he wedding day came, he was very fun while in control of our rowdy group. He had a plan to get all photos combinations done we could want. He also had a creative eye for where to do our couple shots. Luis went above and beyond and stayed a little late to capture our first dances since the timeline was behind schedule. He even sent us an adorable memory box with our photos on a USB drive after the wedding. The photos were perfect, highly recommend for and all around great experience!

Here are all the reasons we highly recommend Luis: Frist, It’s hard to find creatives who are both immensely talented and also professional, and Luis is both of those things. He has an incredible eye & keeps his shoots fresh & interesting, but also is polished & professional and delivers photos on time. Very easy to communicate with, and always got back to me immediately with any questions I had. His second photographer, Francisco, is equally as talented and professional and even though we didn’t meet him until the wedding day, I felt like I’d known him all along. Second, Luis is also incredibly passionate about photographing weddings specifically, and has the absolute perfect temperament for it. My venue did not provide a golf cart to me that we were supposed to have access to in order to photograph our first look & pre-ceremony photos, and I was pretty upset about it to say the least. Luis was perfectly calm and immediately found great spaces to capture our first look & made me feel like it was no worries whatsoever. I was able to pivot and enjoy our first look and am so happy with how those photos turned out. He also is great at keeping photos moving- he knows how to direct people in a way that’s to the point and also fun. He that always made me feel like we were running perfectly on time. Next, our engagement photos turned out amazing!! We were lucky enough to work with him in California & they are absolutely stunning. We had so much fun shooting them with him. Last, he’s just an awesome guy. All our other vendors from our planner to our DJ & videographer were so excited when we told them we were working with Luis. He is kind, fun, easy to get along with, and he has infectious passion for his work. I also want to add that even though my husband and I are very comfortable in front of the camera, Luis is also very good at directing the shots. So if you’re uncomfortable in front of the camera, he knows exactly how to relax you and direct you so you look very comfortable! We cannot recommend Luis Hermosillo enough- he is truly a special individual with an amazing gift and Rockford is lucky to have him!
