About this vendor
Sometimes I struggle to describe what kind of photographs I like to take but this very much sums it up. There are photos that are visually perfect, but if the memory is not in it, nobody will come back to them. Then there are photos that speak directly to the heart and those are worth waiting for and taking. I've been documenting weddings for 8 years, started in Europe and eventually moved to the west coast of America, and I like to think I've seen it all when it comes to weddings. From rainy mountaintops and luxury villas to small backyards weddings and courthouse elopements in small towns. Every wedding is so unique and different but they all have one thing in common - they're full of memories. Old and new, beautiful ones and some messy ones too. I believe those are worth documenting. Not in a predictable tacky way, but in a honest, raw and simple way instead. With all the chaos and beautiful mess. The pretty flowers but also the rain. The hugs, the sunsets but also the spilled wine. Memories over visuals. Documenting over creating. That's my approach.

I had the pleasure of working with Lukas and Grace at a beautiful wedding in the South Bay and would highly recommend them to any couples who want their memories preserved in a way...
that reflects their true selves. They did capture all of the posed shots (especially with family members from both sides) but focused on candids and capturing the emotions and feelings of the day, resulting in a natural and beautifully unique gallery. If you're looking for a photographer who will be with you throughout the full day, communicate well, and deliver stunning photos with incredible editing that enhances the beauty of the couple, the guests, the venue, etc., look no further!
Lukas is not only extraordinarily talented at photography but also an amazingly kind human being. I can't tell you how comfortable he made me and my partner feel. We are naturally ...
anxious and don't love lime light. He was helpful, professional, and kind. I love his approach of perfect candid shots. It was perfect for us as we don't feel at all comfortable posing. We are so happy with the photos he sent to us! I can't recommend him enough. Wish I could give him more stars!
Lukas is the man!! This review won't do his work justice but we will try. He came out to do our wedding in California and was so professional and relaxed, it didn't even feel like ...
we had a photographer. After reviewing all the photos he took of our amazing day we were shocked how intimate and unbelievable each shot was. Would highly, highly recommend and if you hire Lukas know that you will have a smooth and glorious wedding!!
Lukas was incredible and would highly recommend! Pictures turned out incredible. Great blend of natural and more posed shots and all of them “felt of the setting”. He was able to c...
apture the “us” so well and made us feel comfortable and natural the entire time. He also sent us a handful of selects right after our elopement which was a total bonus. Would hire him again in a heartbeat!
Hiring Lukas was absolutely one of the BEST decisions we made for our wedding. He is not just an extraordinarily talented + skilled photographer, he is such a kind and considerate ...
person. He was so easy to work with and made us feel so comfortable. We really appreciated his chill and relaxed personality and approach to documenting our day. Unlike a couple other photographers I had reached out to, he never pressured us to do something we didn't want to do (e.g., getting ready photos, first look, extra hours, etc.). At the same time, he made really helpful suggestions for places and hours to shoot that turned into such beautiful photos and moments to remember. He is such a pleasure to work with. We will treasure his gorgeous, natural photos for the rest of our lives. Don't wait--hire him now!
We were put in a tough situation 2 weeks before our wedding but luckily found Lukas and when we reached out to him he offered to help right away. When we told him the game plan he ...
was immediately on board (despite me saying I wanted it to be gloomy and rainy on our wedding day) and we were ecstatic based off of his previous work! He is such an easy going and comfortable person to be around, the day of and after the wedding, taking pictures was a natural and fun experience. Erik and I aren’t naturally photogenic people but when we got all of the photos back every single one was perfect. We now have photos that capture our personalities and love for each other as well as let us relive our wedding day whenever we look at them. Picking just a couple to frame for our new home was a daunting task because we love them all. Lukas is now a new friend of ours and we would love to work with him again. I would not recommend anyone else because his pictures are timeless and have their own unique style which is rare in today’s age.
