He took care of the sound and music for our ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner with such care and attention to detail, making every transition feel effortless and every moment feel complete. When it came time for the reception, the energy Luke brought was indescribable. From our first dance to the final song of the night, he kept the dance floor alive and full of joy. He had this amazing ability to read the room, adapt to the crowd, and create an atmosphere that felt both personal and electric. It wasn’t just music, but it was a full experience that we’ll never forget. They took the time to understand our preferences, from must-play songs to genres to avoid, and even worked seamlessly with our wedding timeline. On the big day, the music was flawless! They even had a smoke machine to make us appear to be dancing in the clouds. It was truly magical. The playlist kept all our guests on the dance floor all night long. So many of our guests commented on how amazing the DJ was, and we couldn’t agree more. ot on. Luke met with us originally to go over the various packages and addons. We knew from the beginning we wanted to have a karaoke segment towards the end of the night, and he was happy to make that happen. We also decided on some ambient uplighting and the audio guestbook option, which allowed our guests (including those that couldn’t attend the wedding in person) to record messages to be pressed onto a vinyl album. Luke recommended a couple of his DJ’s with availability and we decided on DJ “Kalifornia” Karl. Karl communicated with our officiants, photographer, and musician friends that were performing to make sure everyone had the audio setups they needed. We also had a cocktail hour in a separate building that he brought a second audio setup for so there was a seamless transition between the two buildings without any time spent moving audio equipment back and forth, which we really appreciated. He was also on top of any special requests for the dance and the karaoke portions of the night. Overall we were extremely satisfied with the service we received and would highly recommend LRE for a wedding or other large event!

ing had a video call so he can ensure the vibe we were looking for. Between cocktail hour and dinner we left the music up to him and he played a wonderful mix of music to well compliment the event. During the dancing portion of the reception he could not have done a better job sticking to what we wanted for genre while also reading the guests to keep the energy up. Funniest complaint was people didn't want to go to the bathroom because every song he played was a hit. Matty made our day perfection!!

He even came up to us at the reception to ask what remaining 5 songs we would want played before our encore. Just such a nice guy, very loud and clear when doing the introductions. modate speeches after we snuck away for sunset photos… I was blown away by his experience and ability to guide us through our planning calls. He made sure we understood what he had to offer in terms of uplighting and cornhole but was never salesy. He also understood when I said I hadn’t had time yet to finish picking my songs and unlocked our portal for me… twice. :-) Luke ensured that he knew how to pronounce the entire bridal party’s names which was so appreciated. We had so much fun jamming out with Luke all night and would highly recommend him for any type of event! (And if you’re a type A stressed out bride, Luke’s got you. I promise!) I always wanted a photo booth at my wedding, and the ornate mirror option fit our Gilded Age mansion venue perfectly! (Not to mention the amber uplighting really made our venue shine!) DJ Luke was fabulous—he kept the party going, took initiative on the setlist when needed, but ran less conventional requests by us. My husband and I wanted our first dance to turn into a song that all of our guests could dance to, and Luke sent us the transition before our wedding so everything was to our liking. If you are looking for a DJ and entertainment vendor who is fun, professional, and collaborative, we couldn't recommend LRE more! Thank you guys!

He remembered all of our preferences and even took the time to coordinate with our friend who performed a song at our reception. With Luke at the helm, we didn’t have to worry about a thing and we could just enjoy our wedding! All of our guests raved about the music, Luke’s amazing charisma, and his fun yet incredibly professional vibe. He was truly exceptional! We also rented our photo booth and uplights through Luke Renchan Entertainment (LRE) and we were extremely happy with them. The photo booth and printer were amazing quality — and our guests had a blast using the photo booth throughout the night! LRE even customized the photo templates to match our wedding colors and calligraphy. Luke and his entire team were incredibly helpful and responsive throughout the wedding planning process — and we can’t thank them enough for helping to make our wedding day so special! 10/10 we’d work with LRE again, and recommend them to a friend!

He even melded two songs for the father/daughter dance (even though they didn't seem to meld together at first "glance"). He played all the songs we asked for and indulged the guests requests (both in person and the online requests). I think almost every single person danced at some point in time during the night. We could not have asked for a better DJ.

From the beginning, everyone that we worked with at LRE was kind, helpful, and determined to make sure our event would be exactly what we wanted it to be. From booking, to planning our original event, to working with us through several postponements, to planning the final event, everyone that we dealt with was very attentive and accommodating. The planning website made things very easy and allowed us to enter information and work on planning on our own timeline. Communication was also excellent and always handled in a timely manner. As our DJ, Luke was amazing! Incredibly personable, professional, and attentive. He made it a point to make sure everything was the way that we wanted it, and consistently checked in with us throughout the night to make sure we were happy with how things were going. We had a detailed planning call with Luke a few nights before the event and he was able to offer us his insight and make suggestions to make our event the best it could possibly be. He got a great sense of what kind of music we wanted for both the dinner and dancing portions of the evening and he honored all of our specific requests. We left it mostly up to him to play songs that would get people up and keep them dancing all night, and he definitely delivered! The best thing you can do for your wedding is book Luke Renchan Entertainment!

The online planning platform was easy to use and made song selections very easy. Our wedding was at a private home with train tracks behind the property. During our first dance there was a situation with the train. The conductor came to our venue to resolve the issue. Luke did a fantastic job at allowing us to finish our first dance and handled the situation perfectly. Luke did a great job at keeping all of our guest on the dance floor through the entire night. Several guests commented on what a great DJ he is. I would absolutely recommend Luke and his team!!

the whole night. We got so many compliments from our guests about the DJ. We didn't make that many "must play" requests, but Luke's selection for the rest of the music was perfect. Luke also honored all of our "do not play" requests. We used his sound system for the wedding ceremony and toasts as well and had no issues with those at all. LRE was also able to provide lights that we used to accent the beautiful stonework of our venue and to light up the dance floor. The planning process was super easy, Luke was very communicative, and I felt the pricing was very fair. All in all, so glad we went with LRE for our wedding DJ!

We also had Luke handle our ceremony, for which I had specific requests in my songs, and he made sure that each song was played exactly how and when I wanted. I took Luke’s advice at the last minute to add some uplighting, and I am so happy that I listened- his recommendation was perfect for the tent at our venue. In an already beyond stressful experience of planning a wedding during COVID, there are not enough words of thanks to Luke for being an outstanding DJ and vendor. I highly recommend Luke Renchan for our DJ services!
