Using Vicki and her team to assist us with our wedding planning was the BEST decision we ever made for our wedding! They made the process so easy and not stressful at all. Vicki is so on top of everything and took care of everything so we didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day and we got to enjoy every minute of it. This company truly cares about making the wedding day so special for their clients and they go above and beyond to ensure it’s perfect. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely obsessed with Vicki Blood and her team. This woman made our wedding day seem so effortless with her organization, advice, leadership, and the list goes on and on. Planning can be nervewracking but even with “day of” coordination, she helped make sure we didn’t overlook anything, coordinated timelines with all of our vendors, and made us feel so comfortable asking her questions, even ones that we thought might be dumb. So grateful for the way she helped bring our vision to life, helped steer us towards amazing vendors and design choices when we were unsure, and made our day run so smoothly. She was such a pleasure to work with and I highly recommend her and her team!

I recently got married and had the absolute pleasure of work with Taily on my wedding. I paid for their day of coordination package and Taily went above and beyond. She assisted me with a seating chart, a day of schedule, and did everything she promised on the day of the wedding. There were little issues the morning of the wedding day (due to my lack of communication) and Taily fixed the issues before the guests ever arrived so the wedding day was perfect! Her communication, kindness, and professionalism are remarkable. Taily and Lulu events are the best in the business!! Stop looking for your wedding planner now as you have just found the best one!

My initial conversation with Vicki went very well. She was honest that we didn't need "full life cycle" planning given the progress we had already made, but that day-of could really help. Taily, our assigned planner, was wonderful in helping map out our timeline and getting connected with all of our vendors. The actual day of went seamlessly and I am SO appreciative of Taily and Elaina. Having them on-board meant we actually got to enjoy our day and they were able to manage any issues before we even noticed them. They took care of everything from the moment before we arrived through to packing everything up for us when it was time to head home. I would highly recommend them!!

I don’t even know where to begin with how amazing Taily was as our day-of wedding coordinator! From our very first interaction, her communication was exceptional—clear, prompt, and always reassuring. She truly listened to what I envisioned for the day and brought it to life flawlessly. Taily made everything run like clockwork. Every detail, big or small, was handled with such care and professionalism that I didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her calm and confident presence kept me grounded, even during those naturally hectic wedding moments. I felt completely supported and at ease, knowing she had everything under control. What really touched me was how Taily and her assistants treated me with such warmth and care—I honestly felt like a princess all day long. They went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable, happy, and fully able to enjoy every moment of our celebration. Thanks to Taily, our wedding day was truly perfect. I can't imagine how it would have gone without her, and I wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for a coordinator who is both incredibly talented and deeply compassionate.

Before I even hired her, Vickie was helping take the stress off wedding planning for me. I knew she would be the one to hire after dozens of consultation calls with other coordinators when she started easing my budding anxieties about who to book for DJ and flowers, etc. From the start, she took care of me and my vision and budget for our wedding. You can tell this is the best of the best; my only regret was not hiring her for the full wedding planning package instead of just day-of coordination. She and her team were incredibly professional, and I can't recommend them enough!!

We can’t say enough about Vicki and her team at Lulu events. They went above and beyond throughout our entire planning process to help ensure our day went off without a hitch. From helping bring our vision to life, to curating an A list vendor team, we can truly say our wedding was a 10/10. A very special shoutout to our Bridal assistant Taily for her help throughout the day, all of the bridesmaids felt extremely relaxed and confident with her help and guidance.

Holy moly. Taily from Lulu Events Co was AMAZING! Look no further. You have found your Day of Coordinator. She was calm, checked in with us, made sure we had everything we needed, attended our tasting, ran our rehearsal, did a zoom meeting with us, provided a schedule, and did so. much. more! I am so thankful I called Vickie and we hired Lulu Events to be our wedding planners. Taily is amazing and was available every step of the way with us. Taily was our main contact and I cannot say enough about how wonderful she was. She is "Taily our Savior" in my phone because if I needed anything at all, I knew I could shoot her a quick text, email, or phone call and she would assist me.

We hired lulu events as our day of coordinator. We worked with Vicki who went above and beyond just coordinating our day. Nothing went missed. Her and her team were excellent to work with. Highly recommend!!

Vicki is an absolute godsend! She stepped in at a time when I really needed it. My only regret was not hiring her sooner! She is truly amazing and made sure everything ran perfectly. Hire Taily you will NOT be disappointed !!! She was extremely competent, detail oriented, organized, calm, fun & most importantly made us feel like our big day was the most special one she’d ever seen! All of my family was extremely impressed by her (especially my mom & you know how Moms can be)! We wish we could do it all again & we would do everything the same with Taily!!! Coral was her assistant who was also amazing & created short wedding video clips for us (since we didn’t have a videographer) which we will cherish for forever. Caroline helped us with admin work & was very easy to work with! Vicki is who we were in contact with originally & spoke with regularly months leading up to the wedding. Vicki is super knowledgeable, quick to respond & gave us great advice. Overall, fabulous at what she does!!! The entire Lulu events team was a home run & we would do it all the same with them. Thank you ladies for everything. Your hard work & positivity is appreciated more than you know.

I absolutely loved working with Vicki and would recommend her to anyone! I decided to give Lulu Events a shot after seeing positive reviews on the Knot and I'm so glad I did. She's extremely knowledgable, organized, down-to-earth and fun to work with. I engaged Vicki as a partial planner and she helped with the rentals and flowers, as well as all of the logistical details the month and day of. She made sure that nothing fell through the cracks, which was a huge relief amidst all of the planning stress. She also recommended her content creator for capturing social-style video clips of our wedding day. This is a great option if you're looking for video but don't have room in the budget for a full-blown videographer. So glad we added this onto our planning package!

When our day-of coordinator canceled, we were at a loss for what to do! But Lulu Events stepped up. Taily was amazing! She was professional, a great problem solver, and had answers to all our questions. Taily went above and beyond—not only coordinating on the day of the wedding, but also dedicating her time beforehand to help with scheduling, contacting vendors, decorating, and so much more. She started as our wedding coordinator, but by the end of the day, she felt like family. My other daughter is engaged, and we’ve already agreed that when she picks a date, our first call will be to Lulu Events to see if Tali is available. I highly recommend having a coordinator for your wedding day! There is no way that we could have done it without her.

Ohhhh how have I been waiting to leave this review! I contacted Lulu Events for a day of coordinator and Taily was assigned to our wedding. The character count isn't enough to allow me to leave enough compliments for how amazing she was! From setting up the decor 100% how I wanted, making sure we were all where we needed to be, to even bringing us food/drinks for us to enjoy after the ceremony, I couldn't have asked for anything better. My family loved her and I received so many compliments throughout the night from our guests of how amazing she was. Cue the Step Brothers movie quote: "Did we just become best friends? YEP." The initial consultation with Vicki had me feeling so confident that I chose the right vendor to work with, and they definitely did not disappoint! We also had the pleasure of working with Susan that day and she was the SWEETEST and was on top of getting things ready for our big day as well. If you get these two assigned to your wedding, just know they are the best duo you could ask for. Thank you Lulu Events, Vicki, and most importantly Taily and Susan, for being a HUGE part of our perfect day. I wouldn't have it any other way! Wedding Day is stressful already, but they literally took away all the stress and then some, and provided a bunch of laughs and some happy tears. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

I cannot speak enough about Vicki and her team. Lulu Events was by far the BEST investment I made during my wedding planning process. Not only was Vicki available at any given moment, but she was so grounding in times of stress, and she was a true confidant. I was 10000% more level headed because of Vicki. The day of my wedding, I never once had to worry about anything bc I knew Vicki had it handled. I am so unbelievably grateful for her. Not to mention, she stepped in when unexpected drama happened and ensured I was her priority. She protected my peace on my wedding day 100%. I’d like to think she is one of my closest people now after all of this. I just adore her so much. Finally I also wanted to touch on the content creator I had the luxury of working with on her team, Alexa. TALK ABOUT A FRIGGIN’ CHEERLEADER. Alexa’s compassionate and creative character surpassed all expectations I had for my wedding. I could not have asked for a better team on my wedding day. 10/10 forever. Vicki Blood was an absolute dream to work with while planning our 30th wedding anniversary. She is extremely professional and was so organized she even kept me on task. I couldn’t have had such a successful event without her and her team.

Where do I begin? Vicki was the absolute best, most helpful wedding coordinator I could have ever dreamt of. Based on the size of the wedding, our venue required us to hire a day of coordinator. Thank goodness they did. Vicki was not only spectacular during the day with her amazing team, she also was always responsive, creative and resourceful leading up to the actual day. It's hard to find people as organized AND calm as she was and it was everything I needed. I was able to relax a little bit more because I knew she was handling it and handling it with poise. I can not recommend Vicki enough. She's so fabulous!!

I was so thankful for Vicki. I used her for partial wedding planning. I was a ball of anxiety and stress for the majority of my wedding planning. I was happy to choose getting a wedding planner even for my small wedding of 30 people. Vicki was professional and great with communication and prompt with responding to all of my questions and concerns. I trusted her with everything. All of the vendors she helped me choose were all wonderful! She brought my wedding vision to life. On the day of my wedding I wasn’t worried about anything behind the scenes and felt at ease the entire day! I had a perfect wedding day and can’t thank Vicki enough!

had really high hopes given all the lovely reviews of Lulu Events. However, my experience was horrible. I hired Lulu Events for day of coordination, and I might as well have been my own day of coordinator. Caroline was my coordinator and everything was difficult with her. Miscommunication (or maybe misunderstanding?) was constant. It took numerous explanations to get simple things, such as layout, finalized. Day off, Caroline was nowhere to be found. Family members were managing issues with catering by themselves after trying to find her to no avail. We had a timeline, but that wasn’t implemented because again, Caroline was no where to be found. It took me, my mom, and a friend to manage the event ourselves. Dealing with Caroline was honestly more stressful than if I had done the whole event myself. The one positive is that the Lulu team did break down decor, which was greatly appreciated. However, I essentially paid $1700 for Caroline to show up late and eat pizza. I unfortunately would not recommend this company.

Vicki was absolutely amazing!! I ended up choosing her over anyone else because of her timely responses when I was reaching out to wedding planners and that stayed consistent throughout the entire process! I was always able to get ahold of her easily and she offered to take on extra from me whenever I got overwhelmed! She has a clear expertise and knows exactly what she is doing! Her day-of management was also perfect and she put together everything so that I didn’t have to do a single thing the day of my wedding. I would not have survived this process without her!

Vicki was the most consistent, logical, and supportive person for us during our 10 month planning process. We needed quite a bit of guidance to figure out what we really wanted and where to look for it. I had not been to a wedding in over a decade, so had nothing for comparison. Vicki’s design ideas and suggestions helped us with big decisions. She also seamlessly and successfully navigated the long distance planning with mother and daughter living in two different states. One of Vicki's most valuable gifts is her decisiveness and honesty. In addition, her greatest asset as a planner is her ability to work with everybody. I greatly admire her abilities as a highly productive female small business owner! She makes it look so easy and you can tell that she really enjoys job. Vicki’s collaboration with so many wedding vendors, gave us the comfort of knowing that everyone we hired was first rate! We will always cherish the time we spent with Vicki planning one of the most important weekends for our family.

Caroline was sweet and helpful whenever we needed. There was useful guidance throughout the planning and gentle nudging to make sure we were getting our end done. On the day of, there were some minor issues that seemed to stem from a lack of coordination between her and her assistant. Overall, she was able to make sure we pulled off an amazing wedding quickly and kept the stress off of us on the wedding day. She was a big help.

I would recommend Lulu Events to everyone I know! We absolutely loved having Vicki work with us from the beginning. I can’t even put into words how grateful we are to have had her as our planner. She made our wedding dreams come to life! I don’t know how I could’ve gone without her. Her experience and knowledge helped us to not feel so stressed even when wedding planning seems so nerve wracking. Her calm and caring demeanor truly was a big part of that. Vicki and her team were the best and most necessary vendors we booked! Our day went perfect and I do NOT want to know how it would have gone without them! Vicki was honestly the only coordinator who we reached out to in our search. After we got off the phone with her we just knew there was no point in inquiring with others! We booked her as our day of coordinator but she treated us as if we booked her most expensive package! Vicki and her team would email us checking in throughout the planning process. She was always a quick email or text away! She probably resolved problems that we know nothing about! OH, she also worked as a security guard on our wedding day!! Running off loiters at our venue! We added in the content creator package and it is a NO BRAINER! Faryn followed us around all day and got the most genuine, fun, and funny behind the scenes moments on her iphone. She sent all the videos to us 3 days later!! I think the videography days are out, and content creators are in!!

As a wedding DJ company, we always enjoy working with Vickie! We have the agenda well in advance, and she's at the event making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently every step of the way. She also has a warm, personable demeanor that makes her fun to be around. This was hands down the best money I could have spent on my wedding. Vicki's team, Caroline and Susan were incredible. Our venue really messed things up during the reception and we ended up running out of food, but thanks to Caroline and Susan most guests barely knew there was an issue as they worked diligently with the kitchen staff to get more food for our guests. I highly recommend going with Lulu events to make your wedding day as stress free as possible. My husband and I cannot thank them enough for their hardwork.
