Do it- you will not regret it. Taily and the team at Lulu are experienced, professional and SO GOOD at what they do it’s scary. But more than that, they will help you think through things big and small to make sure the final result is exactly what you envisioned, only better. Taily made sure we had everything we needed in place, checked off, and wrapped up neatly so that the process was fun and stress free and we could enjoy the whole process from planning to the actual day and we are still glowing thinking about it (not to be cheesy but it’s the only description that matches how insanely glowy we get thinking about our wedding day). She made sure our vision came to life, got to know us and how we are as people so she could make sure we got pockets of time to connect before the party since that was really important to us, and pretty sure she is actually superwoman – from repairing a broken earring and stopping a family member from rearranging tables pre-ceremony, to hyping you up before you first walk down the aisle and caring for you the entire time, Taily is a dream and you will be sad when your wedding is over because meetings with her about schedules are even the best. Moral of the story - Lulu is the best. If you want to have a great time and actually enjoy planning your wedding with someone who cares about you and your growing family, this is who you pick. I want to get married to my now husband (yay!) all over again so that we can hang out with Taily and relive what was the most special and perfect day again.

I don't care what city, state, or country you are getting married in, you need Vicki on your team. I got married on Amelia Island in July 2026 after beginning the planning in January 2026, and within those few months, Vicki was a cheerleader, an advocate, and a boss all in one. She didn't just make the day seamless, but she made it perfect. From recommending the best vendors for HMU, rentals, and THE DJ OF THE CENTURY, to getting me cold medicine the day of my wedding, she and Lauren were the foundation of our day. I wish there were enough words for how cool, concise, and confident Vicki was and how that made the rest of us feel the same way. was scary not being from the area. From my first conversation with Vicki, I felt at ease and signed my contract that same day. I was eventually assigned to my day-of-coordinator Taily, and we hit it off from the get-go. Her vibrant personality and attention to detail put me at ease immediately. She always made me feel like a top priority no matter how busy I knew she was with other events and as the wedding day grew closer, each meeting we had she came prepared and was always 10 steps ahead. On wedding day, I was the calmest I had been through the whole process, and it truly was because of her. Not only because she was so organized and on top of everything but because you cannot help but feel happy around her. My wedding day was literally the most perfect day, and Taily and her side kick Kennedy made sure every second ran smoothly. My family and wedding guests still rave about how wonderful Taily was and not just because she made sure timelines were followed or details were perfectly in place, but because she really is such a wonderful person and it is very obvious the moment you speak to her. Thank you to Lulu Events for providing such fantastic service, thank you Vicki for running such a great company and hiring such an amazing staff, and the biggest, most heartfelt thank you to Taily for just being your amazing self and making our wedding day absolute perfection.

She’s very organized and always a few steps ahead. So many times on the wedding day, I’d think of something, only to realize she had already taken care of it. What stands out most is how she manages everything so seamlessly while still being there for the little things, like grabbing a drink, fixing your dress, giving you your lip gloss, and making sure you have what you need without even asking. If she didn’t immediately know the answer to a question, she would always follow up with us after communicating with our vendors and getting the answers. She would regularly ask us what was stressing us out throughout the process to see what she could take off our hands. On wedding day, she & her team had everything taken care of. extremely knowledgable, organized, down-to-earth and fun to work with. I engaged Vicki as a partial planner and she helped with the rentals and flowers, as well as all of the logistical details the month and day of. She made sure that nothing fell through the cracks, which was a huge relief amidst all of the planning stress. She also recommended her content creator for capturing social-style video clips of our wedding day. This is a great option if you're looking for video but don't have room in the budget for a full-blown videographer. So glad we added this onto our planning package!

From setting up the decor 100% how I wanted, making sure we were all where we needed to be, to even bringing us food/drinks for us to enjoy after the ceremony, I couldn't have asked for anything better. My family loved her and I received so many compliments throughout the night from our guests of how amazing she was. Cue the Step Brothers movie quote: "Did we just become best friends? YEP." The initial consultation with Vicki had me feeling so confident that I chose the right vendor to work with, and they definitely did not disappoint!
