What I love most about Vicki the most is that she is a no nonsense kind of gal. I can ask a question & she's going to give me a clear & concise answer. I could ask for her personal opinion & she would give it. She had some great suggestions for little things that we never would have thought about. Vicki ran the rehearsal the evening before and had suggestions for areas that we needed some guidance. She had a long list of questions that she had consulted with my daughter beforehand so she definitely had a plan BUT would easily adapt on the fly when needed. We also had some family dynamics that needed some outside help. Vicki was the lady for that. She knew what the bride & groom wanted to ultimately happen & she helped "guide" certain family members to the plan. The day of the wedding... oh my, where to start! Vicki was up early picking things up & arrived to the venue first. She was busy getting all the decorations we provided out & directing vendors upon their arrival. As a type A personality myself, I went out a few times to check on things & Vicki had it all under control. Perfect - I can go back to enjoying the day! The only thing the bride was stressed about that day was if her hair was going to hold the curl like she wanted it to in the Florida heat! My daughter and her groom had the wedding of their dreams that day. They were able to thoroughly enjoy the day with so much help and planning from Vicki. Vicki is a total Rock Star!

y, I found myself and all my loved ones taking on the event completely stress free, as not only did Vicki have everything handled- she had it handled PERFECTLY. Not a single thing was out of place! Every time I would have a minor freak out of “omg did anyone think to do this/set this up/etc” and I was always met with a response from someone saying “yup, Vicki already did that!”. & I’m a bride who didn’t always have a clear vision of what I wanted, but somehow Vicki managed to take my few descriptions and present everything exactly how I had pictured in my head! Outside of setting everything up perfectly, she was so personable with the vendors (they all let me know how great she was to work with and how on the ball she was) throughout the event, and was consistently supporting us throughout the day by carrying my long train as I walked between pictures, fanning us in the hot FL heat, and overall just making us feel so celebrated and taken care of! I truly could go on and on about how blessed we were to have had Vicki be a part of our day. I genuinely only have good things to say about her and recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs a wedding planner or coordinator!!!!

Vicki, but once I chatted with Vicki I knew she was the wedding planner for us! First, Lulu Events offered the most affordable services. Second, Vicki clearly prioritized my vision, and would do everything possible to make my wedding vision a reality. She was assertive (but still nice) with other wedding vendors to make sure that I got what I wanted. In the final month leading up to the wedding, I was extremely preoccupied with final exams, so Vicki made sure that I didn't have to handle a single thing. On the wedding weekend, Vicki coordinated with all of our wedding vendors and made the whole day go off without a hitch. There are so many things that go on before and during a wedding that you don't even realize, which is why we could NOT have done it without Vicki. Thanks to her many years of experience, I trusted that Vicki would make the right decisions, while still keeping my overall vision in mind. Lastly, because we were having such a small, intimate celebration, it was really important to us to have a wedding planner with an easygoing, friendly personality who would fit in with our wedding guests. From our first conversation, I knew Vicki was just that. During our wedding, every single wedding guest and vendor adored Vicki. She has a way of making everyone feel at ease and included, and can create a bond with each individual person (from the shyest to most outgoing wedding guests). No matter how big or small your wedding is, if you want to relax and enjoy your wedding day, then you NEED a wedding planner. And more importantly, you NEED Vicki!
