I know it can be super frustrating working with big companies, and nobody is there to answer your questions when you need them too! Amber is such a wonderful person to work with! Before wedding, I scheduled a hair cut appointment, because I needed a hair cut before my wedding, and she was super responsive to me and was able to squeeze me in! We talked about my wedding day look, and it felt like I was just talking with one of my girlfriends. On my wedding day, I loved how my wedding hair and makeup came out, it literally lasted all day. I did cry a lot during my first look, but a little blending away of the tear tracks made my makeup look perfect again. All of my bridesmaids that wanted their hair and/or makeup done looked fantastic too, everyone was happy with how they looked! Amber is so fun and easy to work with, extremely communicative, easy to work with, and her time management skills are fantastic!
Amber is professional and accommodating. She listens and creates whatever the clients request! She is the best!
I hired Luminescence for an event I was going to. She did an amazing job with my makeup and hair. I loved her so much that I went to her to cut and color my hair. She did a great job, listened to what I wanted and consulted with me in person and via text before my appointment. She really transformed my look and made me feel so comfortable! I highly recommend her!

Amber has been doing my hair since I moved to CT in 2020 and I recommend her to anyone. She did my hair along with the girls in my bridal party. She's very efficient, punctual, flexible and she's very personable. I'm always happy with the work that she does everytime I go and see her. Also, she's very accommodating and dedicated to her clients.
Amber is wonderful. She is experienced in coloring, styling, updos, extensions, make up and lashes! She is pleasant and professional, always on time and flexible.
