I believe wholeheartedly that the hiccups we had are not at all representative of the overall services and experience other brides have with this company because of the way Betsey handled the situation.
We were extremely fortunate to work with Suzanne on my big day, who was kind, calm, and able to do both makeup and hair services for our party. Big props to her for her professionalism and talent. surprisingly fast for both set up and getting through our large group and making sure to give everyone the care and attention they deserved to make they feel as beautiful as i did and as i saw them.

managed to fit me and my group in. I didn't have time for a trial, and I really wanted to feel like myself in a natural looking makeup look. I also have really fine hair that doesn't want to hold a curl, and I wanted curly hair. When I tell you that I danced for HOURS and this hair held up throughout not only the night but sleeping in it, I was shocked. Nobody has managed to keep my hair curled like that, and the makeup was phenomenal. Betsey is also an incredibly knowledgeable estetician with many years of experience. There was music playing. Her team was so light and kind. All of her supplies and tools were very clean, and she took great care in ensuring I felt comfortable. If you want someone to take the reins and make sure you look great on your day, this is your team. Also, do the make-up trial because Betsey will give you amazing skin recommendations to help prepare you for the day. A huge thank you to Betsey and her team!

traveled on site and were ready to go at the requested time. They are easy to work with and even finished up the wedding party early! The process went smoothly and the communication leading up to the event was helpful - they provided advice, best practices, what people should bring/expect the day of the event - and this made the wedding morning run so smoothly. Betsey and her team are gems to talk to and have in your corner the morning of your wedding.
As the bride, I appreciated having the option to purchase things a la cart. Not all my bridesmaids wanted fake lashes or airbrush so they were able to pick and choose what they wanted which was great to have. Everyone looked amazing and the overall experience was very positive.
