If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. From our engagement session to our wedding day—and even our baby shower a year later—working with this team has been one of the best decisions we made. Our engagement shoot was incredible and helped us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. By the time our wedding day arrived, taking photos felt completely natural, and that confidence shows in every single image. The photos are absolutely stunning. They captured every emotion, every little detail, and all of the moments we’ll cherish forever. The videographer they contracted in was also WONDERFUL - people didn't even realize he was there! Our wedding video is stunning all thanks to Rachel and Chris. But what truly sets them apart is who they are as people. They were so accommodating, organized, and genuinely fun to be around. They kept the day running smoothly, kept everyone’s spirits high, and somehow managed to make us laugh even during the busiest moments. By the end of the night, they didn’t feel like vendors—they felt like family. They were even out on the dance floor celebrating with us, which perfectly sums up the energy and joy they brought to our wedding. The fact that we asked them back to photograph our baby shower a year later says everything. There was never a question of who we wanted to capture another milestone in our lives. Whether you have an intimate wedding in a backyard or an elopement on a mountaintop, they're ready with their cameras. All their focus is on you. It's all about raw emotions, having fun, and creating memories that will last a lifetime. Lumos Wedding Photography has curated three detailed packages tailored to the budget and preferences of each couple. Beginning with bronze and ending with gold, couples can choose one package, with standard features including 1-2 photographers, 7-12 hours of coverage, and a beautiful album of proofed, edited, high-resolution images captured in the preferred style of the couple, which can be discussed over a questionnaire and Pinterest aesthetic board. Additional add-ons include an engagement session, videography, extra coverage, and album design.

y were such a calm and grounding presence in the middle of it all. They made the day feel easy, seamless, and so much more effortless than it had any right to. They were thoughtful in every moment, always exactly where they needed to be, and somehow kept everything moving so naturally without ever making anything feel forced or overly structured. Having people like that around on a day that means so much is invaluable, and their presence made such a difference in how the entire day felt. they were so on top of everything from start to finish. Every transition was smooth, every important moment was accounted for, and they kept everything moving in a way that felt seamless and natural. We never had to wonder what was next, never felt rushed, and never felt like we were being pulled out of our own wedding just to stay on schedule. They somehow managed to keep everything on track while still making the entire day feel relaxed and present, which is such a rare balance. They are also incredibly professional, thoughtful, and so clearly talented at what they do. You can feel how much care they put into every part of the process, and that level of trust gave us so much peace of mind throughout the day. There is something so special about being able to fully let go and be present because you know you are in good hands, and that is exactly what they gave us. They have such a beautiful eye and captured everything in a way that felt natural, emotional, and so us. Nothing felt stiff or overly posed, and somehow they captured everything exactly as it felt. Every image feels thoughtful and intentional while still feeling effortless and full of life. For two people who had absolutely no idea what to do in front of a camera, they made us feel so comfortable the entire day. I hardly know where to begin in describing how wonderful it was to have Rachel and Chris photograph and video our elopement. We originally booked them for our wedding in Long Islan...

We wanted a day that was private, intimate, peaceful, happy, and perfectly us. I would say that Rachel and Chris not only captured these elements of our day, but ensured that our day was everything we imagined it would be. We look back at the photos and videos daily and it brings back all of the wonderful memories of the day. In addition to photographing our elopement, Rachel and Chris also documented our wedding celebration with our family and friends. They arrived early to photograph the detail shots while we were finishing getting ready. They were very organized all day, making sure to get the shots we had requested, but never missed a candid moment. Looking back at the photos, we truly re-live every moment. Rachel and Chris were our biggest advocates on our wedding day making sure we prioritized what was important to us. Rachel also held my lipstick and made sure it was perfect in every photo. Chris was very attentive handing out tissues and water when needed. They are so much more than outstanding photographers. They are so fun and made us feel comfortable in every shot. During one part of the day where I was particularly nervous, Rachel sat with me in a quiet room. I will never forget the support she gave me in that moment by sitting with me. I also love how they incorporated themselves seamlessly into the celebration, to the extent that I hardly noticed them taking photos during the ceremony or reception. I cannot recommend them enough and am so grateful to have met them. I 100000000% recommend them and I hope to be able to have them photograph many future big moments in my and my husband's life together. Thank you, Rachel and Chris. tely incredible from start to finish! I am not the girl that wears make-up and I do not feel confident in front of a camera, so "getting ready" for hours and knowing there would be a camera around all day was stressful on its own- but the moment Rachel and the positive energy she carries walked in I was eased. She is reassuring, gives the right amount of praise, makes her brides feel beautiful, and makes her couple feel seen for who they truly are. Being behind the camera on wedding day, you can tell Rachel is in her element and loves what she does. Being by my side all day, she felt like much more than a photographer - she was a schedule keeper, an extra mental and emotional support, a hype woman, and an emergency kit queen. Rachel had this way of taking charge and cueing during photo sessions where you can tell she adapts her technique to the situation/people that are in front of her, to get the perfect shot, while still making those people feel comfortable and have fun. Her patience, personality, and dedication to our vision kept us confident and having fun throughout the entire day. Rachel and Chris captured the vision I imagined of my wedding day perfectly! Her detailed shot list outlined all my requests, and Chris even suggested a few different shots in the moment that are in my top favorites. We have been overwhelmed with positive feedback from our guests on not only the physical pictures but also this team's professionalism, creativity, kindness, and just being all around incredible people. They were inquisitive to the vibe I was looking for in my wedding photos and even used the Pinterest board I made to ensure that the photos were what I was expecting. They were able to guide us through a variety of poses and even scoped out many different locations around our venue. They were not afraid to manipulate us on the fly to ensure the best pictures possible, and even shared with us some of the best shots as the day went by. Their ability to adapt to exactly what we wanted was invaluable and truly appreciated. And we even got back loads of photos edited within 48 hours! r wedding and how a photographer would be able to capture moments during a sit down dinner rather than your traditional wedding. Marc was AMAZING. My friends and family are still raving about how fun and kind he was throughout the ceremony and dinner. He took the time to scope out some awesome locations around the beach and restaurant to take pictures. To be honest, I gave him permission to tell us exactly what to do in terms of poses, times to take pictures (sunset, etc.) and locations and I am so glad I did. Lumos clearly has experienced, creative, and dedicated photographers. I HIGHLY recommend using this company.

Rachel and Chris are amazingly talented photographers. They were beyond easy to work with, easy to get in touch with and speak to, professional and FUN!! They made us feel so comfortable from the day we met them. We did our engagement shoot with them first and they made us feel so comfortable in front of the camera. They made our wedding day feel so effortless and calm. We had a very big bridal party and they made sure to get every shot and keep things moving. You can feel their passion for photography when they are shooting and it really shows in the final product. They are beyond talented!! I received my teasers within 24 hours of my wedding and the pictures were absolutely stunning!! ortable and confident on my wedding day. She was able to capture incredible shots while allowing me to be my natural self. She had a “Mary Poppins” fanny pack that somehow held everything my bridesmaids and I needed, including a hand held portable fan that kept me cool, calm, and collected all day! Chris was on drone, groomsmen, and video duty and was able to capture all the important moments that were so special to us. One of the most memorable moments during the wedding day was our sunset photoshoot with Rachel and Chris. They gave us all the right cues for the perfect shots and also made us laugh throughout the whole process. They work so well together and we felt the love all day long! Their turnaround time was incredible and they got us teasers the NEXT day!!! Needless to say we love Lumos and can’t recommend them enough!!

n top of everything. Rachel and Chris became our day of planner and took control of coordinating with all Of our other vendors. Rachel held my lipsticks, bustled my dress (literally all day) and even had a little sewing kit and pins for when my bustle broke. Not only did they take the most breath taking photos, but they were there for us through every emotion and feel of the day. They had such professionalism and amazing personalities, all of our guests loved them. I truly do not have enough to say about them, you will Definitely regret not using them. oments on our biggest day! Throughout our wedding day Rachel and Chris went above and beyond what we expected of them. They arrived and immediately got to work capturing our details. They also assured me with kind words when we had to make last minute changes to our run of show and made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout the day. A highlight was sneaking out of our reception for the most breathtaking sunset photos! We had initially decided not to do them but Rachel encouraged us to and I can’t thank her enough! Rachel and Chris are responsive, professional, passionate about their work and and an absolute blast to work with! eremony at our apartment rooftop, and then a bigger reception at a venue in the city. Needless to say, it was a bit of a wild day, with our guests helping us set up final decorations, basically everyone was involved! Rachel and Chris quickly understood the assignment, and were themselves pitching in the entire day. Not only that, but they helped us find moments to ourselves for our portraits, and made us feel like the coolest and prettiest people in Brooklyn that day. Their flexibility, ingenuity, and can-do attitude was a morale boost for us during an otherwise ridiculously stressful 12 hours. Oh and did I mention the photos came out AMAZING!? Their personalities and approach put us in a place of calm and helped the photos turn out magical. We’re so happy we found them and chose to work with them! e of the many things we appreciated while working with her and Chris is how efficiently they work. Not a moment is wasted, and whenever Rachel needs to readjust (a location, an angle, a pose), she's able to do so in the blink of an eye. She was excellent at directing us so that the photos looked organic and not staged, and both she and Chris responded very well to the vague instructions we gave them. What we found extraordinary was the impressive turnaround time on both our engagement shoot and our wedding shoot: they were extremely quick to get us several teaser photos that were skillfully and tastefully edited. And perhaps most important are the ways Rachel and Chris coordinated with our DJ, guests, and event coordinator to keep the night moving smoothly, get the shots they needed, and take care of any last-minute problems that arose. At one point, the top button of my husband's jacket popped off during our pre-wedding photo shoot, and Rachel was ready with a safety pin in her bag to put the button back on. When we shot outside briefly and began to sweat, Chris provided us with towels that he had in his bag. Above all, they are warm, friendly, good-humored, and adept at making their couples feel at ease. Just know that if you hire them for your wedding -- and you should! -- they won't just be your photographers; they will work hard to make sure you get the wedding of your dreams and that the entire evening goes as smoothly as possible. We are deeply grateful to have worked with them, and you will be too.
