Luna Belle Beauty

n place the ENTIRE DAY/NIGHT! We are so grateful they created a fun and open environment for love and laughs! Thank you for making my grandmothers, mother in law, mother, bridesmaids and I feel so beautiful in our own skin and for hyping us up! We had an amazing day, and it all started with how confident you both made us feel! <3

o trust someone with your hair and make-up on your wedding day, and our group of 6 ladies was very diverse with different skin types. Not only did they do a beautiful job with everyone's hair and make-up, but they were so efficient that we finished one hour ahead of schedule, which meant we had more time to enjoy each other's company on our wedding day!!! I went to Reno for a hair and make-up trial 2 months before the wedding, and I asked for a couple more adjustments on my Wedding Day. Kristina and Melony listened carefully to my vision and they executed it flawlessly! Looking back at our wedding photos, everyone looked incredible with make-up and hair that stayed in place, and showed up nicely in our photographs. They are kind, skilled, and professional and I would hire their team again in heartbeat!

smaids, mothers, and myself ready for the big day. The makeup looked absolutely amazing and suited the aesthetic of the wedding. The hairstyles were perfect as well. Being the bride, my hair and makeup was exactly what I was hoping for. I would absolutely recommend Luna Belle Beauty for other wedding/events!

day. The look was exactly what each of us wanted with all different skin colors and tones it was perfect!

hey worked fast but yet didn’t feel like it was rushed. They absolutely took our wants and visions into account and completely executed! I felt so beautiful and so did my mother and mother in law. It was a warm day so I was concerned of the heat affecting the make up but it stayed on until I took it off at the end of the night! I got so many compliments on my hair as well! It came out exactly how I was going for! They were culturally sensitive to my mother in laws Vietnamese traditions as well and allowed her and my mom to do their good luck ritual for health, happiness and lots of babies! Thank you Luna Belle Beauty for making me and my family feel like princesses and queens that day! Professional photos to follow but for now, here are some that were taken that day.

urls-- and it's not always easy to find someone who can work with curly hair! Kristina did such an amazing job, the style was exactly what I had in mind! She was such a pleasure to work with, highly recommend!

erful people to have there on my wedding morning, and made everyone look so beautiful yet wonderfully themselves (and we had both men and women of all ages). I would 1000% recommend using LBB!!

he made me feel beautiful without looking like someone else. I took off one star because the communication with whoever manages the stylists was a little difficult/confusing. I honestly think it just might have been a new girl and there’s a training opportunity for her to be a bit more thorough. I would definitely work with this company again though!

ntact with someone other than the admin person. Administration Side ⭐ Overall, the whole experience left me frustrated and anxious. They lacked communication, follow-through, and customer service. In short, after I signed a contract, it took a month of exchanging 20 emails to get anything scheduled/confirmed. This included me requesting 3x's for available dates and times for a trial, and sending 3 follow-up emails after a 3-5 day wait for a response from the company (not including the weekends). I also had an issue with not receiving the invoice in a timely manner. They did not request a deposit once my wedding date was reserved, nor did they provide me an invoice with the remaining balance 15 days prior to my event. Rather, I received the full invoice through an email at 9:00am and a 1:00pm reminder that payment was due THAT day 10 days prior to my event. Note: My original artist had a family emergency. This may have impacted the admin's ability to schedule things in advance, but I do not accept this as an excuse. I was left hanging and left wondering 90% of the time. Hair & Makeup Artist ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Morgan was great. For not having a trail with me, she made me feel/look beautiful. I showed her some inspirational photos and she did well replicating the looks. I appreciate her for agreeing to come last minute to be there for my day.

to the other vendors we hired for our wedding the administrative side of the business was a little more difficult to deal with and not as warm as others that we hired. There was issue with settling contracts/scheduling because they kept getting number of services we needed incorrect. But after some back and forth, they got everything sorted out. They took quite a while to respond to emails, which can be frustrating when you are trying to plan such a big event - again, this was in comparison to all the other vendors who I hired for our wedding who were quite responsive and seemed happy to work with us/welcomed our business. With these issues, I was worried about the quality of the artists but they were wonderful and exceeded expectations!

chelle started doing my makeup and she not only made me feel beautiful, but she helped ease all of my nerves! Both ladies were such a pleasure to work with and provided a fantastic service! I felt amazing about my finished look and it was all thanks to these amazing ladies!!

results were on point. Highly recommended and professional services.

time and stuck to the schedule (even a little bit ahead) and they were so FUN! They helped me get rid of my wedding nerves by talking and laughing with us the whole time! THANK YOU all for helping us feel so beautiful on such a special day!

glam team enough.

us understand the process. The way that Shana did my hair and make up was SO spot on. She was able to do a natural, dewey look with a beautiful low bun. All of the other artists were great as well! My wedding party were all extremely happy with how their hair and makeup came out. I would recommend Luna Belle to all brides and their bridal party!

in the past who have had difficulty with Asian eye shapes, but Richelle did not disappoint. She did an amazing job on my eye makeup (and everything else) as well as for the other Asian ladies in my bridal party. My makeup looked natural and seamless, and I felt beautiful. Hair was also amazing! Each of my bridesmaids wanted a different hairstyle and Keema did a great job effortlessly delivering on the variety of requests from natural-looking, loose curls to more intricate, braided up-dos. Overall, I was just really impressed with how skilled they both were. In fact, several of my bridesmaids said this was some of the best professional hair and makeup they'd ever received. AND we finished ahead of schedule!!! Just as important, Richelle and Keema were also just super awesome to be around...professional yet fun, easygoing and fit right in with my bridal party. I highly recommend going with Luna Belle and consider yourself lucky if you get Richelle or Keema!

ly made me feel comfortable and I knew then I was in good hands! They requested a picture of what I envision my hair and makeup to be prior to my wedding day so when the ladies arrived they already had the necessary tools and makeup needed - it was super helpful for me too as it forced me to pick one look that I absolutely loved. The girls were also so nice and it did not even feel like they worked on my hair and makeup for almost 3 hours. They would check in on how I was feeling or what I thought during the entire process to ensure the end result was what I was hoping for. They were a wonderful addition to my special day and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Would highly recommend!

dvance and I truly believe Morgan nailed it. I felt so beautiful! And pictures look amazing. Morgan was also very nice. She had such a positive energy that what could’ve been a nervous morning was a relaxed and joyful time. I’m so thankful for her artistry and her great vibe. Thanks again.

quaw creek in North Lake Tahoe. (Destination wedding) What was suppose to be a fall wedding turned into a winter snow storm wedding, needless to say it was BEAUTIFUL! Despite the weather conditions, everyone did an amazing job making this wedding one to remember! It literally reminded me of a snow globe, or a hallmark movie. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to our hairstylist, Nicolle. who did an AMAZING work on myself (the bride) my bridesmaids, moms and flower girl hair!!! She was super sweet and so fun and easy to work with and talk to, she knows her stuff! I can’t thank her enough for rocking it in this snow globe of a wedding, we appreciate it and highly recommend her! I also, would love to give a HUGE shoutout to our wonderful makeup artist Shannon. She killed it doing all of my girls makeup, myself included! She was so sweet and really took the time to make sure we all looked beautiful for this special day! I had airbrush makeup, and I will say I was really impressed with it, especially since I had never had it done. She did a fantastic job and can’t thank her enough as well for sticking it through this snowglobe of a wedding day! Can’t wait for our pictures to come out, so I can share the talent that Nicolle & Shannon have and so everyone can see what A-M-A-Z-I-N-G work they can do! THANK YOU LADIES SO MUCH AND THE LUNA BELLE TEAM!!! Sarah Merritt Lloyd

ng us feel beautiful, nailing the individual looks we all wanted, and sticking to the timeline. Tallie even made time to give my mom a few hair flips :) Thank you Luna Belle for a seamless experience working with your team for my big day!

ey were quick, but not so quick that I felt rushed or didn’t enjoy the service. Everything turned out great and they were super friendly. I used them for bridal hair and make up and hair/makeup for a few family members. I recommend them!

eup from such a distance but Luna Belle Beauty couldn't have made it easier. I was impressed with how quickly I received email responses no matter how big or small my question or concern. I have to mention that I flew in for my trial and had to make a last minute change to the salon location due to transportation issues and they were very accommodating. The artists we worked with, Alajai (hair) and Sydney (makeup), were absolutely phenomenal. My bridal party was so happy with their results, everyone looked so beautiful. If you want reliability, professionalism, experience, and beautiful results, you will be just as happy as we were with Luna Belle Beauty. Thank you for helping make our special day so great!

uldn't have done better. Tallie also did my sister and I's hair and we both loved it and it stayed for the whole day. We really loved both and would absolutely recommend Luna Belle Beauty to anyone looking for make up and hair on their wedding day.

re of. They listened to all of our different styles and needs. I truly love their boho esthetic and they made us feel super natural and beautiful! I couldn't say nicer things about the whole Luna Belle experience. So thankful I found them!

while still being professional! Those two made my day absolutely perfect.

ent location and took detailed notes to share with the artists that worked me day of. All of the artists were so kind and caring. They listened to what I had to say and worked hard to make sure I was happy. Melony, my hairstylist the day of, even helped me get into my wedding dress! I highly recommend Luna Belle. I would definitely book with them again.

vices they received for our wedding. Highly recommend!

orter engagement (6 months) and it was tough to find someone on short notice. I wanted to treat my bridal party, my mom, aunt, and mother-in-law to makeup, so there were a lot of people. Julie, who helped me book for my event, helped me over the phone and extensively helped explain what I needed (I was very new at this). I truly appreciate the amount of time and effort she took understanding my needs. At the time, I was frustrated as another makeup artist company fell through, and was so relieved to be dealing with such a professional here. Julie was also very prompt over email every single time a question came up, it was extremely helpful! At the time of my trial, my makeup artist, Kristina, was so kind and fun! I never wear a lot of makeup, and she was reassuring and helpful explaining every step and product used. Also, she followed the look I picked out to perfection! I loved it. When I noticed that the liner ran a little during the day of the trial, I reached out and she said she would use a different product on the day. She was extremely helpful in using this as true experimentation for the day, encouraging me to sweat, kiss, etc. just like the wedding day. She also gave lots of tips for skin care for the month leading up to the day, and it was so useful!! On the day, we had Kristina again and Richelle. They were early and eager! For my mom, aunt, and mother-in-law (who never wear makeup), they did very light makeup and followed their instructions exactly, which I appreciate. For the bridal party, they made everyone happy and look gorgeous! They kept the mood up and everyone having fun, I could not have asked for a better day! I felt fabulous and gorgeous all day. Thank you again!! We can’t say thank you enough for making our day special.

iendly and always asked my opinion about how I was feeling. Hair stylist Laura, called to speak with me beforehand and discussed hairstyles with photos back and forth over text. Loved them both.

eel gorgeous. They made it easy to coordinate and even switching location last minute due to issues with air bnb’s wasn’t an issue at all. It was nice not to worry about one thing during my bridal prep! Thanks gals! 🫶🏼💕😭🙏🏻

, as well as set up all my bridesmaids who needed hair and make-up. Shannon (my make-up artist) was very helpful in texting me what I needed to buy for retouching my make-up. I showed her photos of what I wanted and she made me look so beautiful on my wedding day. Melony (my hairstylist) was very talented. I showed her a video of how I wanted to do my hair and she just did it flawlessly and even better than I expected. I had her stay a few more hours to do a hair change and she would retouch me whenever needed (since it was raining that day). Luna Belle Beauty team was a joy to work with and I can't thank them enough for making me and bridesmaids beautiful on such a special day.

great work, and were friendly and fun. They did a great job and I'd recommend them for your big day

e! There were 5 of us including me (the bride!) and we were all so happy with the beautiful results.

derstood my vision on each occasion - even when I completely changed my mind the day of the wedding from what we had decided on in the trial! The Luna Belle team was incredibly easy to work with and was so flexible throughout the process. I'd absolutely recommend working with them for any of your beauty needs!

people total) and we had such a wonderful experience. Very nice, welcoming, and professional. My mother was beaming. I would definitely recommend!

lasted all night! They were also incredibly flexible when we had to change our venue last minute because of the Caldor fire. I am so happy they were apart of my day.

hings done. I mean no one ever did my make up and hair before in about 1.5 hrs total. It usually takes at least 1 hr to do just hair. My hair are very thick and heavy and Keema should have taken that into consideration because my hairstyle literally fell apart after about one hour into my wedding, one reason being that was simply not enough hair pins. Thankfully my coordinator used to be a hairstylist so she was able to fix my hair, but I really was a bit disappointed and did not expect that from happening for the price I paid. Plus that took away about 20 minutes from my wedding. Then, it was nerve wracking when Nancy forgot styling products for my groom hairstyle that we also paid for. Overall I don't know if the total cost of service is honestly was worth it for the results I got.

vided a look just as I asked for. Tallie did the most beautiful updo just as I hoped and it stayed very secure through the whole day! Felt like an absolute princess thanks to them and they were very easy to chat with and made it a really fun experience! Would highly recommend.

ial run which produced absolutely beautiful work! I tried on my dress after my trial run and realized it wasn't what I was envisioning together. They took my notes/ thoughts from that to ensure my wedding day was perfect! It was more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you, Nancy and Keema, for everything! Y'all are truly something special.

p artist is capable of. She made me feel like a princess without globbing on cheap eyelashes and purple eyeshadow. I felt like I was fresh out of the beach, but like my makeup actually stayed on after leaving the water, it was perfection. Keema did my hair and she and I actually scheduled a hair cut and die before the wedding. She calmed my nerves and helped talked me through right before walking down the aisle. 10/10 would recommend Nancy Rice and her crew!

ool to hang out with and did an AMAZING job meeting our different requests. She made us feel absolutely beautiful! Now I just need to think of another excuse to have Nancy make us up!!

people who’ve used them can be scary but they made me and my family feel so comfortable, I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. I told them my ideas and what I wanted and they took them and ran with them! Absolutely amazing, talented ladies! I received so many compliments on my hair and make up and felt like a million bucks on my big day!

a warrior braid along the shaved edge but really did not know how to explain what I wanted. They nailed it and gave me a perfect glamorous but edgey do. Make up was also on point and looked natural and awesome even in the bright sun on the mountain at the venue location. They were right on time, super friendly, and did an excellent job. I could not be happier with my choice.
