I cannot say enough about Samantha‘s sense of style and her incredible sense of design. Her pieces are young, creatively classic, and beautifully made. It’s timeless and elegant, and at the same time, very unique and eye-catching. The stone is STUNNING - very high quality and catches light at every angle. I get endless compliments and cannot stop looking at my hand and smiling. The band was initially a bit large (my fiancé took his best guess) and Samantha made it super easy to get it resized - now it fits perfectly. Thank you Samantha and Luna Skye for all the thought and care that went into creating my gorgeous ring - I could not be happier.

Knowing they don’t make men’s rings, I gave it a shot anyway and contacted Luna Skye with my request. Was thrilled that they could accommodate and make both our bands. After that, my wife then decided that she wanted to customize her ring. Luna Skye once again came to the rescue. Their customer service team was friendly and really seemed to care and my wife and I love our custom rings.

rom Luna Skye said the stone was flat on top because it shows the moonstone color best. I told her that wasn’t true because I know moonstone shines very nicely when faceted, and at the moonstone I received was faceted on the bottom. She then admitted that the stone was in backwards. I sent the ring back so the mismatched stone on band could be fixed and I again requested a vibrant rainbow moonstone with pink in it, like the ones on their website. This is the reason I purchased the ring for my upcoming wedding. I sent in multiple screenshots of stones they advertise as examples. The second time I received the ring, the canter stone was white opaque white and rose cut. There was zero color. The mismatched diamond on the band had not been fixed. I reached out to Luna Skye again and expressed that I was very unhappy with a center stone color, and that Moonstone be more appropriately cut for a wedding band. Customer service rep lied to me saying that the center stone was the same I had received before, I said that’s not possible because, forgetting the fact that it’s a completely different color, it’s faceted on both sides. The backwards center stone I originally received was completely flat on top. Then she finally admitted it was a different stone. I asked again for a vibrant pink rainbow moonstone, for the mismatched artificially colored diamond to be fixed, and sent it back a second time. The third time I received the ring, the center stone was rose cut, filled with inclusions, and had barely any rainbow flash. The mismatched diamond has still not been fixed and the back of the ring was a disaster. There were gold shavings coming off and the metal was literally warped and peeled in different directions. Customer service rep said they don’t do rose cut stones (I guess Rothstein Jewelry in Beverly Hills doesn’t know what they are talking about!) and made a label to send it back a third time. I again asked for a vibrant pink moonstone like they advertise on the website. I again sent in many photos from their website as examples of what I wanted. I again expressed that the photos they advertise being the reason I purchased my wedding ring from Luna Skye. As I’ve said before, I collect moonstone. I have many jewelry pieces with moonstone. It is a cheap stone and the vibrancy is not determined by size. Luna Skye obviously knows the difference between a beautiful moonstone and an ugly one because by virtue of the ones they choose to advertise. Yesterday I received the ring for a fourth time. It was the wrong size. The customer service rep promised this ring would have pink, but it actually green and yellow. Zero pink. It is at least colored, but when I expressed my frustration over the phone today the rep had an attitude and called it “a difference of opinion.” Wow. The service from start to finish has been tone deaf, dismissive, the emails and responses I’ve received are all generic and it’s obvious they haven’t listened to any of my reasonable requests. I have screenshots and photos of everything. This has been the most frustrating and sad customer service experience I’ve ever had. I can buy a beautiful pink rainbow moonstone for $40 on eBay. But apparent Luna Skye can’t deliver on on my $2,000 ring. Please go elsewhere.

s rings, that I needed to own one. I never imagined it would eventually become my engagement ring! All that being said, I need to dock a star because their customer service is definitely lacking. They are not timely in their responses, and if you have an urgent need or have something to ask, be prepared to have to follow up multiple times and chase people down. Customer service is usually a high priority for me, but honestly, their jewelry is so gorgeous that I have made a very rare exception for them.

with how my wedding set turned out. Truly my dream ring set, and have been obsessing over this line for years. I can't stop staring at my hands (ha!). I was kept out of the design process, which I was quite nervous about but ended up turning out better than I could have expected, and was quite honestly happy to be surprised. Thank you ladies!

ld, ring holders at every sink, and obsessed about taking it off when doing anything active. Two months later two diamonds fell out. Exceptional customer service and they were replaced. 10 months later the opal cracked. This is where the wheels fell off. After pursuing them for a reply they advised it would require $300 and it needed to be sent in. No biggie. 3 weeks later it arrived, with a cloudy opal. My wife is so sad and will no longer wear it. Multiple attempts to reach them have been ignored. So disappointing...

My boyfriend had also called to see if he could make an appointment, but she never got back to him either. Truly baffled by their customer service.

my request for a rose gold double band on the larger size setting; an all around upgrade and something they had not done before. You can totally tell her and her team put plenty of thought and care into custom designs, so if you are in a rush for that perfect ring, give yourself some time so the folks at Luna Skye can perfect it for you. They sent me multiple emails and mentioned that the other customer (who had received MY rings) was waiting to receive her rings as if it was somehow my responsibility to make sure she got the ring she ordered. I work in the online industry as well and thought their customer service was so unprofessional. They immediately went into blame mode instead of taking responsibility for their mistake. I recommend people do not buy from their company as it appears in other reviews I’ve read online that they don’t care about their customers or righting their wrongs.
