Nicole is a registered yoga instructor, and they decided to combine their knowledge of yoga and knack for tasty creations into one company, Luna Soul & Bowls.  Imagine treating your guests to vibrant, flavorful "late night snack" açaí bowls that nourish the body while delighting the taste buds. At Luna Soul & Bowls, we believe healthy eating can be a memorable experience, and we're here to make your special day one to remember. The team will travel to your venue for your wedding celebration and set up a fantastic array of açaí and pitaya bowl ingredients. The customization possibilities are endless, from coconut flakes, cacao nibs, and granola crunch to Nutella, honey, and peanut butter toppings. The duo can also serve fruit and protein smoothies, protein snacks, and more. Tara and Nicole use only fresh and wholesome ingredients to provide each guest with a healthy and delicious experience. Luna Soul and Bowls is by far the best açaí bowls in the area! The staff is phenomenal…friendly and professional and the shop is spotless!! Love my bowls and Luna!!!!🍲

Luna Soul & Bowls makes the tastiest healthy treats, and they are always fresh! I often order a smoothie or açaí bowl after a nice relaxing yoga class, which is filling without that over-full feeling, and gives me a healthy boost of energy for my day ahead. You can have a yummy treat without feeling guilty about it! The staff is always super friendly as you watch them prepare the ingredients in front of you.

The bowls themselves are made with fresh, top-quality ingredients and offer great customization options. Luna Soul & Bowls is the creation of an aunt-and-niece duo with a shared vision of health, wellness, and community. Tara Gardner, born and raised in Vineland, spent 30 years teaching Deaf children, dedicating her life to nurturing and empowering others. Her passion for helping people live healthier, more fulfilled lives laid the foundation for what would later become Luna Soul & Bowls. Nicole Lane, Tara’s niece, was raised in Sea Isle City and grew up with a deep love for fitness and well-being. Now a yoga instructor and co-owner of Luna, Nicole brings vibrant energy and mindfulness to the business, inspiring others to live in balance. Together, Tara and Nicole wanted to offer Upper Township more than just yoga and nutrition—they wanted to create a space where people could embrace a healthier, more intentional lifestyle. Their latest venture into catering was sparked by a simple observation. After being asked to cater a baby shower, they realized something was missing from most events—healthy food options. Baby showers, bachelorette parties, weddings, and birthday celebrations rarely feature fresh, preservative-free options like açaí bowls. With this gap in mind, they launched a catering service, offering freshly-made açaí bowls as a nutritious alternative for all kinds of gatherings. At Luna Soul & Bowls, whether you're seeking yoga classes, a custom açaí bowl, or a unique, healthy catering option for your event, Tara and Nicole are here to guide you on your wellness journey.
