out the planning process. As an interracial couple blending of our cultures was important to us and having a bilingual DJ and MC was a non negotiable. Daniel was the perfect fit. He was very fairly priced and offered everything we were looking for, including CO₂ guns, a Photobooth with an attendant, and the ability to personalize the Photobooth experience for our guests — all of which ran incredibly smoothly. It was helpful to have all of these things through one single vendor rather than multiple people to coordinate. What truly set him apart was how intentional and thoughtful he was with our music. He helped us create a detailed plan that included songs we loved, songs we didn’t want played, and the exact timing for everything. Most importantly, he seamlessly blended both of our cultures throughout the night in a way that felt natural and effortless. Our dance floor was full the entire night. He also communicated directly with our wedding planners to ensure the timeline was perfect, which allowed the day to flow without a single hiccup. He was flexible enough to switch our wedding cake cutting song at the last minute for us (sorry about that) and to tactfully take requests during our reception while keeping the atmosphere on the dance floor fun and energetic. I think we only had 1 or 2 smaller items that needed extra attention, but Alex was able to identify and resolve those quickly to keep things moving along smoothly. We had a Mexican/American wedding and both sides had a great time because DJ Alex mixed our music perfectly to cater to both sides.

For reference, I’m Mexican American and my husband is White from Southern Illinois. DJ Alex had all our guests dancing and enjoying themselves. ! Daniel is so kind and thorough and truly an amazing DJ! He was able to customize our first dance song specifically for us and he helped us bring our vision to life! He kept us organized and was helpful throughout the entire process. We told Daniel that our goal for the wedding was to have everyone dancing and to have him read the crowd if a song wasn't working and HE DELIVERED. Every single event from the Vibora de la Mar to the Money Dance was included. Our parents felt like they were enjoying their culture and a blend of ours. Even until the night before our special day, DJ Alex and Daniel made sure that we felt prepared and that any question that we had was answered. Our wedding day soon came and we enjoyed it from beginning to end. Days later our guests are still contacting us to express how much fun they had. DJ Alex communicated with us the entire time during our wedding. Everything that we wished for on our day was executed beyond what we could hope for. The dance floor was never empty. Our wedding was so incredibly organized. Nothing was missed. No guest was left out. Words cannot express how grateful we are with Daniel and DJ Alex. At our final walkthrough, Daniel helped us create a detailed timeline (several pages long!) with every detail of the wedding. We had several spaces at our venue that needed AV-Daniel even went so far as to visit the venue on his own and work directly with the venue to make sure the equipment and setup would be seamless on the day-of. For our wedding, we had DJ Alex. He was so responsive to us as well. Our main request to him was to keep people dancing all night long for the reception-and let me tell you EVERYONE (old and young) were dancing all night long. Hit after hit after hit! We had people tell us it was the best reception music they've had. We were so impressed with Lunik's we cannot thank them enough for making our day so special and fun.
