we came into Field of Flowers and met with Anne, and we knew within the first 5 minutes that we had found our florist. She was very kind and patient and understood what we were looking for and she absolutely nailed it! She went above and beyond her duties and helped us with other aspects of our decorations just as a courtesy. We are very thankful to Anne and to Field of Flowers for helping to make our wedding a success!

It was hard to tell if they could pull off what I wanted, because I could only go off of images of flowers they have previously done, and mine were not exactly the same as anything they had done before. But when the wedding day came, and my flowers were , they got it exactly right! They were perfect!

His delivery and set up team were fantastic, they helped us trouble shoot the best options for the flowers in the event of rain, they had a quick set up and tear down and reset when it didnt look like rain and then it did... but they were so nice... it was an amazing customer service experience. I would recommend Lush Celebrations and Mr Charlie Herrick specifically over and over. Thank you so much for the beautiful simplicity and exceptional customer experience.

We got married around Mother's Day and as it neared the wedding, I had more of a difficult time getting in contact with them. On my contract (which I should have looked more into it earlier), the bridesmaids bouquets were listed as normal calla lilies rather than mini calla lilies. It was inquired about and ultimately at the wedding, they were given normal calla lilies but they still looked beautiful. I would definitely recommend using a Field of flowers for flower arrangements but make sure to run through the information multiple times to ensue everything is exactly as you imagine it.

It was a zen reception, so there was even bamboo and cherry blossom mixed in! Even the groomsmen had bamboo in their boutonnieres! Fabulous!

and boutonnieres. They were all perfect. We added our own ribbons around the hand held part of the bouquets. They flowers were beautiful and although hydrangeas can wilt easily these were very durable. We loved them!!!

they set up your centerpieces so you can do any last minute changes if you need to!...on the day of my flowers were beautiful and tied in with my color scheme! delivery of flowers was prompt and flower arrangements were executed perfectly!

T COORDINATOR WAS NOT COMMUNICATED TO MY NEW ONE CHARLES. I EXPRESSED THAT THE ARRANGEMENT HE PUT TOGETHER WAS INCORRECT AND HE NICELY MADE THEM HOW I WANTED THEM. IT LOOKED LIKE HE WAS TAKING NOTES ON ALL THE DETAILS HE MISSED AND I GAVE HIM MY FINAL PAYMENT. WELL COME THE WEDDING DAY THEY HAD THE WRONG FLOWERS AS MY CENTERPIECES. IMAGINE YOU PLANED ON ALMOST EVERYTHING TO BE ALL RED ROSES AND THEY MAKE YOUR CENTERPIECES WITH WHITE HYDRANGEAS WITH RANDOM 3 RED ROSES IN THE MIDDLE. IT WAS MY WORST NIGHTMARE, SO MANY MEETINGS WITH THESE FOOLS AND THEY STILL MESS IT UP. I PLAN ON GETTING MY MONEY BACK FOR THEM NOT DELIVERING MY VISION AS PROMISED IN THE CONTRACT. CHARLES IS NICE BUT OBVIOUSLY THE REASON WHY MY FLOWERS WERE RUINED. MY BRIDAL BOUQUET CAME IN BUDS, WAS HORRIBLY PUT TOGETHER AND MY MOMS CORSAGE EVEN FELL APART BEFORE THE RECEPTION. I WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO LOVE THE WAY THE PICTURES CAME OUT BECAUSE MY BOUQUET WAS JUST THROWN TOGETHER. MY CONTRACT STATED THAT THEY WERE GOING TO PUT RED ROSE PETALS ON MY SIGN IN, GIFT AND ESCORT CARD TABLES AND FOR SOME REASON THEY ADDED WHITE ONES WHICH I NEVER ASKED FOR! GOOD LUCK TO ANYONE WHO TRUSTS THIS PLACE THE WAY I DID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

guys were awesome! my only issue was that i wanted only sunflowers in my bouquet and they added a lot of white flowers to it, but it was still absolutely gorgeous! we only got the bouquets and leis for the men, no decorations or centerpieces. everything was delivered on time and without issues.

Brittany seemed very nervous the day of our wedding and pressured us about whether the 4 o clock ceremony was going to be outside at 12 and said she needed to know by 12:30(it rained the morning of our wedding). I also felt that my bridesmaid bouquet and my throw bouquet left something to be desired. During the process, I contacted other florists because of issues with FOF and looking back, I should have went with another florist.

ding I was rather disappointed with the final product. Some of the flowers in my bouquet had brown spots on the tips and my "complimentary toss bouquet" was a joke. I don't know what happened between the consultation and the wedding but I was not pleased with the overall experience.

inted by the service and some inaccuracies in the order. My husband was supposed to have a starfish attached to his boutonniere and it was missing. We asked to have flowers used to top the cake, and yet they did not bring enough flowers. When the delivery person started to put the flowers on the cake, he did not follow the directions we gave, and started smearing the frosting around, gouging the cake in the process. My in-laws and wedding coordinator ended up re-decorating and fixing the cake to make it look alright. The flowers ended up being ok, but they were not what we asked for and had in the contract. Since the wedding, we've contacted FOF and they've agreed to reimburse us for the mistakes made. We appreciate that, but it doesn't actually make it right, since things weren't correct for our wedding.

Plus, they were late to set up the ceremony decorations so that 5 minutes before I was supposed to walk down the aisle, they were still arranging the petals on the runner. My guests had to wait to be seated so that the florist could finish working! This is simply unacceptable.
