I had the best experience finding my wedding dress here! Mariah was my stylist, and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. I came in with a favorite dress from the website, and she pulled that one plus a few other great suggestions for me to try.
I immediately loved the dress I had seen online, but the sample’s zipper wasn’t working properly, so I wasn’t totally sure at first. Mariah and her teammate worked some serious magic to get it on correctly and really accentuate my waist. Once I saw it the way it was meant to fit, I was completely sold.
The whole appointment ran smoothly and right on time, and I left feeling so happy and confident with my choice. Such a great experience and I’m beyond thrilled with my dress!

In November of 2023 I purchased my wedding gown with Luv Bridal. Per the contract, extra fabric matching my gown was ordered; I intended to have custom sleeves made. When I was not...
ified that my gown was available for pick up I asked to confirm if the extra fabric had been delivered and I was told that it had not and was not given an answer as to what had happened or when I could expect it to be delivered. I spent the next few months calling and texting the business but was always given the run around (the manager was unavailable, with another client, in a meeting etc.). I picked up my gown in April and there was still no update on the extra fabric. The manager (Carley) told her staff to advise me to consult with the seamstress to see if it would be possible to build the custom sleeves using fabric taken from the hem. I did in fact consult with several seamstresses whom told me it was not possible. There were several messages that went unanswered from Luv Bridal when I attempted to follow up on the status (mid- April). About one week after picking up my gown i received a message that the fabric was not going to make it on time and that I would get a call once there was an update from the manufacturer. One week later Carley calls me to tell me they were able to obtain 'similar fabric', however this fabric was NOT similar to that on my dress. The material I was sent had sequins of which the gown I purchased has none. The worst part is that the material they sent me was DIRTY. How is one supposed to use dirty material to custom build white sleeves for your wedding? Luv Bridals failure to uphold their end of the contract, poor communication, and negligence is unacceptable. As a consumer I entrusted them to help me obtain my dream wedding look but they cost me time, money, and heartache as I will never be able to have the look I envisioned for my wedding day. What they did is UNACCEPTABLE.

Trinity and Efrain took my guests and I to my dressing room to get settled in. She then took me through all of the dresses and took notes on dresses I liked and didn't like. She then used that info to pick out dresses she thought I may like. Every time I tried on a dress, she asked what I liked about it and didn't. She would then alter her choices based off of my input. It was incredibly thorough and impressive. Eventually it came down to a dress I liked but it was missing the detailed trail. She popped and idea in her head, fixed my trail, and made the dress I wanted. Besides the fact that I loved it, my family also started crying once they saw me in the dress. So, many dresses later, some stress crying, support from my family, Trinity, and Efrain, and Trinity's thoroughness, I was able to say yes to a dress!!!

Sarah as a stylist and she was AMAZING! It felt like hanging out with a friend and she made me feel comfortable from the moment we met. She was straightforward about asking for my style and budget, which I loved that she respected. She was especially honest about asking how willing I was to try on dresses past my budget, which was such a great thing to do.
They have many accessories to add on to your dress as well, which is great for imagining what your full look will be.
This was a great place to bring friends and family too. They allow up to 5 additional guests and have a bunch of refreshments for everyone. The actual space is huge and you don't even feel like you're in anyone's way while you're trying on dresses. I also loved that other stylists and brides walking around were so supportive and complimenting one another on dresses they were trying on.
I ended up saying yes to the dress here. I can't wait to go back in a few months to get my dress!

All of the ladies there seemed wonderful, but I want to give a special shoutout to my consultant, Trinity. She was warm, welcoming, and encouraging. I felt like I was in great hands from the moment I met her. I also appreciated that she respected my budget and didn't try to push me outside of our set amount (some places do this and it feels horrible). She walked me through the process of selecting gowns to try on, encouraged me to pick different shapes and styles, and even threw in a couple of wild cards of her own. The gown I ended up selecting was one of her picks! I felt beautiful and special through the whole process. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this place.

After looking at many bridal store reviews online, I went to Luv to go first-time wedding dress shopping and I'm SO glad that I did!
Some of the highlights:
- SO MANY DRESSES and ...
they were priced well! Some of the sample gowns there were only a few hundred dollars. All of the dresses I tried on were under $2000 which can be really difficult to find with designer gowns.
- They treat you amazingly! My consultant was Fabiola and she was so kind, attentive, and patient.
- Your guests sit on a couch outside of the room where you change in and out of gowns. Fabiola presented each one to my mom and my maid of honor. It really felt like Say Yes to the Dress without the cameras :)
- They go above and beyond with customizations (this probably depends on the dress a little bit) and help you explore adding things like straps, sleeves, etc
- There's a refreshment area where you and your guests can help yourself to lots of different drink options
Fabiola found my dream dress for me, but it was only the 3rd gown I had ever tried on, so I decided to try out one more store to make sure I was exploring my options. I ended up going back to Luv for a follow-up appointment where we did some customization to the gown, and said yes to the dress! It was such a fun experience, and I hope that I'll be able to convince my friends to go here when they're looking for their dresses too!

esses here is insane! They offer a dessert bar/mimosas for you and your party. My consultant was Priscilla and she was the best! I went in here not having a clue on what type of style dress I was interested. She was so patient, and willing to listen to what I had to say as I went from rack to rack looking at different styles. They allow you to snap as many pictures as you're trying them on. Because of Priscilla, I walked out with my dress on my first try! I really love the Atmosphere in this place. estions for me that I didn't even think I would like on my body and I was just blown away! The service was outstanding and the selection was massive. They also had sample sizes galore! I never worried about not fitting like I did at another shop. They can accommodate a good amount of brides at one time, but you literally feel like you have the place all to yourself! They have such a cute setup for all viewing and trying on dresses and the lighting is great in the try-on rooms as well. They also offer mimosas/champagne for you and your bride tribe as well as a full snack bar with waters and sodas as well. I really cannot express how grateful I am for the experience here and how helpful and supportive every person in there was. Extremely professional and just truly kind girls! My MOH is going to be back in a few months solely based on her coming with me too!
I said yes to the dress this past Saturday and I cannot wait to pickup my dress this summer!

ay not look like much on the outside but once you walk in, the energy is amazing and it's set up beautifully. I CAN'T STRESS ENOUGH HOW AMAZING THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS. I brought in 5 other gals with me, and they treated ALL OF US so nicely, we felt welcomed and enjoyed just being there! They have a big enough selection of beautiful dresses that they WILL have in your size to try on! My consultant Holly was the sweetest, and absolutely made me feel comfortable. All the girls who work there are dressed so cute and they were all so nice and excited for me! Holly made sure to pay enough attention as we walked through the show room to see different dresses… each girl with me got to choose something they wanted me to try on, along with my choices… I did not exactly tell her I wanted to try on the dress I ended up getting. She told me that I touched MY DRESS 3 times and moved on, but she pulled it anyway and it turned out to be EXACTLY what I wanted. She paid so much attention to detail. If you go, please request her!!!! I ended up getting my veil here as well knowing that I would not be able to recreate the look that Holly had me try on. The fitting rooms are set up so cute as well, huge mirrors all around, and it an intimate setting for you and whomever you’re bringing. I really did LOVE this experience. It was just all around such a beautiful for me and my MOH and my family. I have ALREADY recommended this to another friend of mine getting married!!! Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Don’t skip out on LUV BRIDAL 😊

store i had gone to when my sister was getting married. I am so lucky to have found this store. Our experience was so great that my best friend booked her dress shopping after she saw our experience here to for her wedding. I was Fortunate to find my dress here it tuned out to be the first one I tried on that i fell in love with. Thank you ladies for making my dress shopping a great memory!

Luv Bridal was by far the best experience I had. I flew home for one day to go dress shopping with my mom and cousins and had gone to 4 places that day and wasn’t finding anything ...
I loved. On top of that, some of the places I went to rushed me and made me feel bad about my budget ($2500).
Luv was the last place we went that day and as we drove up we weren’t quite sure where in downtown LA we were and we were all a bit nervous but then we stepped into the store and it was incredible. Everyone was incredibly nice and accommodating and there was beverages and snacks - which at the time was just what we needed.
Trying dresses on was a dream. I worked with Priscilla and she was so professional and easy to work with. This store is just a great example of doing all the little things right - every detail was thought out and the customer service is next level. Truly he experience you want when you’re trying wedding dresses.
I’m so thankful I found this place and that I walked away with an amazing dress.
