Danielle was fantastic! She was professional, made us feel very comfortable and she was an absolute sweetheart. She had a pleasantly calming energy. It was super helpful that she met with us a couple times before the big day so that we could come up with a game plan. Most importantly, we were thrilled with the results of our photos. We appreciated that she took so many beautiful candid photos since we’re not huge fans of the typical posed wedding shots. She made us feel as natural as possible and for the first time ever, we actually had fun taking pictures! We highly recommend Danielle and her assistant.

We absolutely LOVED working with Danielle for our wedding! Not only was she was enjoyable to be around on one of the most emotional days of our lives (like a good friend!) but she also captured the most amazing moments throughout the day, which we will cherish forever. Off the bat, Danielle is an incredible photographer. We look the best we ever have in her photos and were blown away by the beautiful moments, both posed and candid, that she captured. From a technical and artistic standpoint, we loved everything -great composition, natural colors, and a keen eye for detail. Of course skill and artistry are very important for the final product, but the working relationship is just as important to consider. Working with Danielle was an absolute dream! Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but Danielle’s quick response time, easygoing nature, and sage advice made the whole process immeasurably easier. We stumbled upon Danielle (Luv Lens) when we were originally looking at wedding venues in Vermont. Since our wedding was less than 50 people, it was important for us to have photos that make you feel like you're part of the experience. After reviewing Danielle's portfolio, it was clear her photography reflects an organic feel and depicts the whole wedding story throughout the day. This is exactly what we were looking for. Right from the very beginning, Danielle was very personable and communicative about her process and quickly mocked up a wedding day timeline factoring in enough time so we never felt rushed during the big day. She was very responsive to all questions we had prior to our wedding day and was willing to hop on a call to talk things out. We were incredibly lucky to be able to work with Danielle for our elopement at Edson Hill in Stowe, VT. Danielle’s bio mentions she likes to “capture the imperfect moments, the unposed, the colorful, and the real.” She did exactly that. We had sun, rain and hail on our wedding day and Danielle kept calm and professional throughout the whole experience, continuing to shoot outside amidst the hail. We just received our photos from our engagement shoot with Danielle, and they are incredible! Not only was she so easygoing to work with and made the photoshoot stress-free, but the photos turned out amazing. The way she captures candid, real moments is so special and rare. Danielle from Luv Lens was recommended to us by one of our venues, and was one of the best decisions. My husband and I where a bit worried about the photographs because we, especially myself, are often very awkward when getting our photos taken. We did an engagement shoot first in which we simply did a small hike with Danielle and our dog. It was the perfect way to get to know Danielle and we are so glad she convinced us to do the engagement shoot. It not only helped us get use to what its like to get our photos taken but also helped us get to know Danielle. Having her be part of the wedding was perfect because not only did she take amazing photos of us and our guests, she felt like a friend which when someone is following you around on your big day is an awesome aspect. When she first showed up in the morning for the getting ready photos it was very natural and fun. Danielle has a natural way of making you relax while taking your photos. We are absurdly happy with the photos of the day they completely capture the day, when we look at them they bring us back to the day and what else could we ever ask for.

Our wedding photos are amazing and we could not be happier with Danielle’s (Luv Lens) work. The photographer was the vendor we spent the most time researching and deliberating. We loved Danielle’s style. After meeting with her, we immediately booked her for our wedding. She is relaxed, friendly, unobtrusive, but gets all of the beautiful shots you want and hope for (and then some), both candid and portraits, and we felt totally comfortable with her. Fully recommend!

Danielle recently shot our wedding a few weeks ago and we couldn’t be happier with our choice. First and foremost, her work speaks for itself. She’s got a talent for capturing real moments and less of the super posed stuff, which is exactly what I wanted. But what was even more amazing is her ability to put you at ease in front of the camera (no easy feat for my husband and I). I am a former photographer, so I’m comfortable behind a lens but not in front. Hanging out with her for the day was like hanging with an old friend. I couldn’t recommend her more!

I highly recommend Danielle as a wedding photographer. She was a delight to work with and her photos captured our day perfectly. During the planning process, she regularly made herself available for discussions and was very helpful in laying out the timeline for our wedding day and timing of certain photo opportunities. She worked very well with our wedding venue and the church where we held our ceremony as she prepared for the right shots of our wedding, families, and reception. Danielle knows the Stowe, VT area very well and had creative ideas for off-site locations for one-on-one shots. On the day-of, she was prompt, organized, and very composed; many guests and family members commented about how much of a pleasure she was to work with. She was present throughout the day but not obtrusive. When photographing my husband and me one-on-one, she was calm and creative and helped us create shots that made us feel comfortable and reflected who we were. Danielle edited and returned the photos to us very promptly and we were so happy with the end result. We have varied and creative shots, both posed and candid, that highlight us, our friends, family, venue, and the natural beauty of the Vermont landscape surrounding us. We highly recommend Danielle for her skill, attention, organization, and wonderful personality.

I have been pouring over my wedding pictures for days now and couldn't be happier with the overall quality and emotion Danielle was able to capture. Our budget didn't allow for both a photographer AND and videographer so I wanted someone who was able to capture our "story" in still images. Danielle is that person PLUS she is a gem to work with. She made us feel confident and comfortable throughout the entire process and has enough experience to offer advice along the way. In the end we have beautiful photos and a new friend. Danielle was an absolute joy to work with, and we could not be happier with her photos. From day one, Danielle was extremely responsive and worked with us on every little detail - from helping us work through the day-of schedule (including coming up with creative solutions to accommodate our large family, all of whom wanted photos with the bride and groom), to setting up smoke bombs to create a foggy, in the woods look for our first look photos, Danielle had all the answers. You end up spending virtually your entire wedding day with your photographer, and that couldn't have been easier or more fun for us thanks to Danielle. If you're looking for legitimately awesome photos and a creative photographer who you'll end up being friends with for years to come (okay, so far we're only a month removed from the wedding, but that's proven to be very true so far), Danielle (and Luv Lens) is your best bet. When we got our photos back from Danielle, it was truly like she gave us our day back. My husband and I absolutely loved working with Danielle. My husband is rather photo-shy so finding a photographer who would be able to put his anxieties at ease during the wedding day was important to us. In fact, the personality of the photographer was just as important to us as the quality of work. Needless to say, we went into the photographer search process with a tall order. We were lucky enough to find Danielle of LuvLens through the Knot and after one conversation with her, we knew that she would be the perfect photographer for us. Her work is absolutely beautiful with a stunning but subtle edge to it. But, what we liked most about Danielle though, is her focus on the "real" and the "candid". We took next to no posed photos which helped to make every part of the day feel authentic and genuine. Being with Danielle throughout our wedding day felt more like being with a friend than it did a hired photographer. She has a wonderful way of putting everyone at ease and keeping the day laid-back and fun. We received our pictures about 6 weeks after our wedding and getting to pour over the pictures together as a couple has been an incredible experience for us. Our family is from all over the country and after the wedding we each returned to our respective homes. Receiving Danielle's photographs made it seem like we were all back together again. We have shed multiple tears of happiness while looking at Danielle's work and feel privileged to have had her be a part of our wedding weekend. Our only regret is not booking her services for the entire weekend. We cannot recommend Danielle more highly!

Danielle is not only an AMAZING photographer, but an even more amazing person. My husband and I had the pleasure to work with Danielle for our engagement pictures, our welcome party, as well as our wedding which was just a few short weeks ago. From the moment Danielle and I spoke on the phone for the first time I instantly knew she was the right person for us. Her love for what she does shined through without even having met her yet. Her quick response when we were first began chatting was extremely helpful and comforting, especially when juggling so many pieces of planning our wedding. She captured my now husband and I in our true love, quirky and all. My other half hates being in front of a camera and Danielle was patient with him and made him feel 100 times more comfortable. Our experience with Danielle continued from there and I couldn't imagine what it would have been like if we had decided to pick any other photographer. Since our wedding was just a couple of weeks ago, Danielle is still working on our wedding photos, but I so badly wanted to write my review as soon as I could! The weekend of our wedding she was with us on Friday and Saturday. Friday she came and shot our rehearsal (which I will treasure having those little extra photos) as well as our welcome party. Having Danielle there with all of our guests the night before the wedding was so wonderful because everyone got to know who she was...and we got time for more memories to be captured. I highly recommend Danielle! She made me feel so comfortable even though I'd never done anything like a boudoir shoot before. I went into the shoot a bit nervous, but she quickly made me feel completely at ease, and it ended up being fun! The photos are classy and beautiful and will be the perfect gift for my fiance.

The 2 things that meant the most to me at my wedding were my flowers and my photos. When doing research for a photographer I went off of other people's reviews and recommendations. A friend had used Luv Lens for her wedding and had highly recommended Danielle. I had a budget of what I wanted to spend and her packages were well within that budget and gave an array of extras along with it. Danielle's photos are not only gorgeous but her photos bring a sense of art and reality to them that I had not seen before. She is very easy to contact and I fully trusted her to capture the most amazing day of my life. I'm so thankful to have come across her services and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to capture a moment in time.

Danielle is such a kind and warm person. She was able to make everyone feel comfortable behind the camera lens which is a challenging thing to do. She has such a talent to spot good shots and angles and knows how to make everyone look flattering. She was quick to respond to all my emails and questions prior to the event and she was super on top of everything at the wedding. A boudoir shoot is an investment, but it's a great one, and with the Fox Sessions by Luv Lens, it's worth every penny! Ill admit I was pretty nervous about the photoshoot but Danielle made me feel so comfortable, the rest of the day was effortless. The session was full of laughs and beautiful settings! Included with my package was professional makeup. It was the greatest makeup that has ever graced my face, i felt awesome. All in all it was an amazing experience and I cannot wait for my husband to see the photos. Danielle worked wonders and I am so impressed with how they all turned out. If you are on the fence about a boudoir shoot... do it. Do it for yourself and do it with Luv Lens.

Perfect from beginning to end. I looked far and wide to find the perfect wedding photographer and I definitely found it in Danielle. I wish I had more special events I could hire her for! I cannot rave enough about Danielle! From the first time we met here face to face for our engagement photos, we instantly felt comfortable. More like a close friend we were working with, than a new friend. We loved that she put more emphasis on candid, life-like shots than stock photos and the way she's able to capture moments is unreal. She's very laid-back, she's just confident in her vision and it takes a lot of stress off of you during shooting! Don't even get me started on the quality of her work, the way she's able to capture colors, tones and lighting makes for incredibly photos. I would recommend Danielle ten times over to anyone, we love her!

I did a boudoir shoot with Danielle earlier this year and it was amazing. She was so helpful throughout the process, even helping me with outfit choices. She made me feel so comfortable the day of the shoot and I had a blast. I was disappointed she was already booked up for my wedding date. She did shoot my friend's wedding, which I was in, however and did an amazing job. She caught some really beautiful moments with the bride and groom, wedding party, and guests.

Danielle was amazing to work with from the very start of our wedding planning days. From our first conversation, Danielle made me feel very comfortable and at ease to be working with her. I worked with Danielle on a wedding photoshoot and she is a total joy. Before the shoot, we had not met, so our collaboration was a bit of a leap of faith for both of us. I had so much fun doing my boudior shoot with Danielle! She made me feel completely comfortable the entire time. Danielle gave great direction throughout the process to capture shots that were so incredibly flattering. I came to the shoot a little nervous not sure exactly what to expect but the minute we got started I felt completely at ease and confident. The set for the shoot was beautiful with floral arrangements, beautiful furniture, props, and perfect natural lighting that made the shots that much more flattering. Pictures aside, I would do it again simply for the experience. My advice to anyone planning to hire Luv Lens to do their boudior photos- Trust Danielle and let her do her thing. This woman knows exactly what she's doing. She will make sure you're in the right position with the right props specific to you and your body and you will not be disappointed.

My fiance and I hired Danielle from Luv Lens as our wedding photographer. My experience working with her thus far as been fantastic. We haven't done any photo shoots with her yet but I never spoke with someone who is as accommodating with requests as she is. Danielle seems to have the personality of a person who will do her best to meet every wish her client ask for. She is very personable and she goes above the typical vendor- client conversation to truly get to know more about the couples she is working with. Danielle with Luv Lens has really been great. I was looking around early for a photographer for the middle of next year (June 2017). The photography of my wedding is extremely important to me and I wanted to make sure I was making the right choice. Danielle responded quickly to all of my emails and kept me informed of when there would be a small delay in something I requested (I asked a lot of questions). This was very refreshing compared to the amount of unanswered emails I had sent to other photographers. She was extremely patient and flexible with me and made sure I had all the answers I needed before I made my decision. Since I was booking so early, I didn't even have a venue yet but that was no problem. Unlike others, when she didn't hear from me, she made sure to follow up and I liked that she did. It made me feel like she actually cared and I wasn't just another person. Being patient, felixible and having great communication are some of the biggest things I needed in a photographer and that's what I'm getting. After she answered a thousand questions from me, I booked with her for next year and I couldn't be happier. You really can't beat the value Danielle has in all of her wedding packages. There isn't much she doesn't cover and I like that she will be there with us for our full wedding story (engagement photos, rehearsal dinner, and wedding). It's nice that she has a range of experience. I'm also planning on having her photograph me in a boudoir session for a gift to my fiancé on our wedding day. Possibly one day even do a "Motherhood" shoot. I love the style of her photography and I can't wait to see how beautiful and crisp our photos will be.

Danielle is a very warm person, who is genuine, talented, fun and has an eye for capturing the most special moments effortlessly. Danielle did a fantastic job with our wedding this fall- we hope to be able to use her for photos again in the future. Book this lady !

Everything about this shoot blew me away. I initially found Danielle through my makeup artist for my wedding, Ariel Lewis. I was hesitant to do a Boudoir photo shoot but I knew that's what I wanted to get for my husband for our wedding. Danielle offered to meet me for coffee and after I met her, I was so excited for the shoot. She is so personable-- the kind of girl you want to be best friends with but makes you feel so comfortable at the same time. During the shoot, she made me feel at ease and the photos we took were amazing. My husband loved them all. And to top it all off, she put a rush on editing them and getting the photo book to me, so I couldn't have been happier. I would definitely use her again for a portrait session, motherhood shoot, or anything else really since she really does take beautiful photos and she is SUPER sweet! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Danielle makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. There was a lot of laughter and happiness admist a potentially tense or stress-filled situation. She quickly reads your personality and adjusts from that. She is one of the most talented photographers I have met and I feel very lucky to have received photos from her. She's the best!
