I was amazed with how many of my bridesmaids, friends, and family came up to me talking about how awesome Ashley was and how impressed they were by her – when OTHER people come up to you, you know they’re good!
Ashley was absolutely amazing in two specific areas:
- First, her day of perspective of what is important (emotionally) in a wedding. At our rehearsal she highlighted the moments that were important between the hand off down the aisle, looking out to our guests for the first time as a married couple, who to start the dinner table visits with, and more. Her document to prep for the wedding weekend was incredibly helpful for us to be organized ahead of time and so we were aligned with what was important for the day of. She always shared her insight at the right time and she helped make sure we enjoyed each part of the day.
- Second, she is a true day of coordinator – problem solves and fights fires without you knowing. Our reception had an indoor cocktail hour with outdoor seating. While we were at our church for our wedding, it had down poured raining 3 separate times on all of the tables and seat cushions, nap tags/menus, glasses, and more (the weather had partly cloudy for the day and no chances of rain). When we arrived we had absolutely no idea that any of this happened! They tables were dry, our chairs were clean, the cake was dry, and the guests had no idea – I had no idea! She and her team absolutely delivered here.
In addition, just like many brides, my dress and bustle completely ripped between cocktail hour and reception before my first dance. She helped piece it back together and it looked completely fine.
We have elderly grandparents who she cared for at the end of the night to make sure they were comfortable with a first aid kit and getting them home okay. Again, I didn’t know this was going on!
I cannot recommend her enough to anyone who is looking for a day of coordinator. Again, I was hesitant about getting one because I thought “I was organized” and it was a local wedding. She is absolutely amazing and will make sure you remember the day in the best way possible. I can’t wait to see her again at other weddings as I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family!

tail and truly listened to what we wanted our day to feel like and look like. She offered thoughtful ideas and guidance based on her previous experience, which helped us refine our vision and feel confident in our choices without ever feeling pushed.
Our biggest hope was to be fully present and enjoy every moment of our wedding day - and having Ashley made that possible. On the day itself, she handled everything seamlessly and stepped in to make necessary decisions calmly and confidently, without causing any unnecessary stress for us or our families. Because of her, we were able to relax and truly soak in the joy of the day.
Ashley is incredibly personable and a joy to work with. Without a doubt, hiring Ashley was the best money we spent during our wedding planning, and I couldn’t recommend her more highly to any couple who wants to feel calm, supported, and fully present on their wedding day.

matched. She brought her expertise while not staying from our vision. The day of would not have been as amazing as it was without her. Her and her assistant Brayley were basically friends/family member that day, while not letting their standard of professionalism stray. All of our vendors LOVED working with her. ad Josh as our coordinator and he was wonderful! He made sure everything ran smoothly throughout the day and even catered to us at dinner by getting us drinks and other little things that he definitely didn't NEED to do! Would the day have been a success without him? Maybe... but I'm truly relieved that we didn't have to find that out the hard way! Even if you think you don't NEED a day-of coordinator, you should definitely book one! You won't regret it, and Luva Events is a great choice!
