My experience with Luvari initially began with a major product listing error, where a made-to-order ring I purchased was quietly altered to a much thinner, lower-value specificatio...n post-purchase, followed by a forced refund and incredibly poor communication from front-line customer service. However, days after the issue escalated, the CEO of Luvari personally reached out to me with a more than fair resolution to make things completely right. While the initial administrative and order breakdown was stressful, seeing a company's leadership take direct, genuine responsibility to correct a mistake completely changed my perspective. Because of this decisive intervention and their commitment to customer satisfaction, I can now confidently recommend Luvari as a business that ultimately honors its integrity.
