I booked Luvone’s Beautiful Occasions for both decorating and coordinating services for my wedding, and I honestly couldn’t have made a better choice!
I shared my vision and ideas...
with Luvone, and she brought everything to life even better than I imagined. The decorations absolutely exceeded my expectations on my wedding day! Everything was beautiful, elegant, and exactly what I had envisioned.
Luvone was also amazing throughout the entire planning process. She was always responsive and got back to me in a timely manner whenever I had questions or needed anything. And on the big day, everything went so smoothly! Having her coordinate everything allowed me to relax, enjoy my wedding, and truly be present in the moment.
Her staff was also so sweet, professional, and helpful. You can truly tell that they care about their clients and take pride in what they do.

weeks. She assured me it was going to be beautiful and it was indeed beautiful and beyond my expectations. She completely gets me. I explained my vision and she took and ran with it. Friends were already texting me how wonderful the venue is before I even arrived with my fiancé for the surprise. Everyone loved it! I can’t thank her enough. he made that idea come to life and it was even better than I could have imagined. Not many people can say that their wedding day went off without a hitch, but mine did. She handled everything including all of my vendors as well as decoration set up and tear down. She handled everything so well, that I even got bored waiting for everything to start (LOL). She made communication nice and easy throughout the whole process. She listened to my ideas and executed them flawlessly. I knew nothing about planning a wedding. She was even able to help me with my tight decoration budget (~$2000). I would love to use her services again in the future and I think any couple would be lucky to have her on their team!

it was so nice to see them! Luvone was always there if we needed anything and was on top of it all! She made sure we were addressing even the smallest details and kept everyone on time for the ceremony lineup. She was wonderful at coordinating with our vendors, as well as engaging with our families, guests, and bridal party. Also, pre-wedding communication and responsiveness was fabulous - she was always available via texting and phone conversations. Finally, she checked in with us before she left at the end of the night to make sure we were totally satisfied with the way everything went. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

ion come to life and made sure that everything was exactly how we wanted it to be on our special day. Whether that be reaching out to vendors to take stress off of our plates, or sending recommendations of vendors that she worked with and trusted; she really helped to put our minds at ease during the last planning push. She went above and beyond for us when inclement weather threatened to ruin our day and even went so far as to set up our reception space TWICE so that it could be outside like we had originally planned. As a bride who was on the fence about trusting my wedding day to a coordinator, I can say without a doubt that I would book Luvone's Beautiful Occasions a million times over and only wish that we had hired her on sooner!

ncerns were heard and taken care of. As a bride, the day of my wedding I didn't feel an ounce of stress and I truly believe that's due to Luvone being on top of everything. I also loved that Luvone was capturing photos and videos of me and my bridesmaids as we got ready during the day since I didn't have a videographer and only had my photographer for a certain amount of time. I would definitely use Luvone's services again and recommend her to others!

Luvonne has that special and classy touch. The ceremony and reception was at the Regency Manor in Southfield. The large room that holds 500 guests (there was about 125 in attendanc...
e) was by itself just plain until Luvone transformed the room into a stunning environment. She added pipe and white satin drapes along the walls, rented the best tables and luxurious chairs for the guests, decorated the tables with perfect chargers, floral centerpieces and beautiful candles. She also added a stage with a beautiful archway for decorated with draping and flowers. Her use of uplights all around the walls and the archway set the stage for a dramatic affect. We loved the glass display seating chart in the foyer too. I just wish I can show photos through this review site. She added many great little touches that are too numerous to say in this review.
On top of it all, she and her staff are complete professionals and wonderful to work with. I most definitely will refer her to all of our friends/family.

dding out of state, which is difficult but Luvone was constantly there for us, throughout the year as we planned the wedding. Luvone was up for the challenge! She helped us find countless vendors that we never would have found on our own. Her decorating is amazing, and her sweets table was BEAUTIFUL. Through it all, Luvone always remained positive & cheerful. She even came back to my parents house after the wedding and helped them put back things when my husband and I flew back to the west coast. Luvone was still helping! All in all it was a team effort, but she was the leader. She is a beautiful woman, inside and out!

Thank you for making our day so beautiful! I especially loved my Kids Zone (treats, coloring books, and toys) as we had a ton of kids at our wedding and needed something special for them. I am so glad that we took her advice and added that to our plan.
I appreciate her staying on site to help at our reception. Things got a little wild with my nieces and nephews running around towards the end. She was so gracious and stayed and helped. It wasn't her job, but we were so grateful. I hope that my dad's tip made up for her trouble a little. Lol! I'd recommend her a thousand times over! Thank you so much Luvone!
