Laura was the best! Not only were the florals beautiful, she very easy and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Laura went above and beyond to make my tropical romantic wedding vision come to life. She stuck around all day to make sure everything was perfect. I got so many compliments from guests saying our flowers were the most beautiful they’d ever seen. Look no further than Lux and Union!

I highly recommend Lux & Union- Laura is an amazing florist! I did not have a solid vision going into my wedding, was unsure of my color scheme and did not have much knowledge around florals and decor. My planner connected me with Laura and she took the time to answer all of my questions and talk through the details with me. If I had an idea or shared a picture, Laura made it happen! Our ceremony was on a rooftop and we ended up not being able to use an arbor, so Laura problem-solved and offered some alternatives. She built two beautiful floral pillars, turning our dilemma into something better than we could have imaged. When 3 of our flower girls couldn't attend because of COVID- she was so great about shifting gears and switching out their bouquets for something else. I was so thrilled with how everything looked on our big day- the Laura is such a sweet person and incredibly patient!

As soon as I started looking into florists I knew Lux and Union was the one for us. There's something about Laura's style I just love. It's both whimsical and polished at the same time. Laura was so flexible and easy to work with- even dropping off greenery for our rehearsal. I gave her the colors we wanted and told her to be as funky as she wanted. We believe in letting creatives do their thing. I also asked her if she could add rosemary to my bouquet for my nanny (Rosemary) who passed years ago. This really made my mom tear up. It was a subtle touch that really meant a lot. There was a slight hiccup with a couple tables not having the ginger jars we rented for centerpieces but it was remedied with a little rearranging. This was due to lack of communication on my part since I planned my own wedding. ;) Over all, we were incredibly happy and wouldn't have done anything about our day differently. I'm pretty sure Laura even donated the flowers the day after the wedding which is something I wanted to do but didn't know where to. Would 100% use Lux and Union again for future events!

I can’t even begin to explain how perfectly Laura pieces together your vision with her expertise. From the very start, I knew I wanted to trust her as the professional and allow her to bring my vision to life. She went above and beyond my expectations for my florals. The days following the event, I received messages saying people kept smelling my flowers to check it they were even real. THATS HOW INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL THEY WERE. Book them. Just do it. Lux & Union is amazing! Laura did a beautiful job on my wedding flowers. She incorporated everything I wanted from blooms to colors, etc. Laura is so sweet and also very flexible. We had to reschedule our wedding due to COVID which came with some changes along the way. She helped make the process so easy and stress free. I cannot thank her enough! Very talented florist! Highly recommended!!

Laura is awesome! She is quick to respond, detail oriented, and professional. She helped me out so much in planning our wedding. I basically just gave her a few ideas I had for and she put everything together for me, then we talked through everything so I was able to make any changes or add/remove things as I wanted. Everything turned out perfectly!! I highly recommend her!

I highly recommend Lux and Union! She was a pleasure to work with and her floral arrangements are gorgeous.She helped narrow down my design style when I was struggling putting it into words, sending helpful inspiration photos to convey specific ideas. My original wedding plan had to be canceled due to Covid, and Laura graciously pivoted with us and was extremely flexible as we scrambled to make new plans. We hired her after seeing her floral arrangements at another wedding, and we were immediately taken by her work. She is a delight to work with!

I've met Laura literally twice in person and yet, she's probably one of my favorite people ever. They always say it's important to like your vendors as people too, not just for what I do, and Laura has a gift for making everyone feel like a friend. Not only is she a stellar human being, but my florals for my wedding were an absolute DREAM. Laura was super patient with me as I worked through figuring out what I wanted, and she took my vague, rambling descriptions and turned them into something that was absolutely stunning. The arbor she designed was probably my single favorite thing about my entire wedding, I wish I could have those kinds of flowers in my life every day!

One of the best decisions I made was having Laura as our florist for our wedding!! Not only were our centerpieces, bouquets, and table décor gorgeous. But her attention to detail, authentic approach, artistic influence and affordable prices made this a no brainer decision. Very responsive and easy to work with, any concern or question I had was promptly addressed. Couldn't have been more pleased.

Laura is a miracle worker. After my first florist I'd reached out to got booked up, she recommended Laura to me and that was the best decision ever! For starters, she is so kind, responsive, and understanding. She was excited to see my vision come to life, which made me ever more excited! She was so flexible and whatever I needed to add or take out to fit my budget, she would do! And my goodness. The FLOWERS. I almost cried seeing my bouquet. It was exactly how I dreamed and something I will never forget. I'm actually getting them professionally pressed and arranged so that I'll always have them. Laura is amazing!! She is INCREDIBLE at what she does and is an incredible person. We had a destination wedding in Charleston, so before hiring anyone I spoke with a few florists. Everyone seemed very cut and dry until I spoke with Laura. Immediately I knew she was it because she was professional yet personable, funny, passionate, very kind and patient, and she actually listened to me (and of course I loved her instagram page showing her personality and her creations). But for a florist to actually listen to you in Charleston, was very rare by the experiences that I had. She just has those positive trustworthy vibes and you immediately get a great feeling. Plus, she is very proactive. I sent her some inspiration pictures after our call and she immediately put together a package/plan with pictures, which also included the types of flowers she was thinking for some of them. I loved this because I could look up the flowers and really imagine it and get a good idea. I tweaked things here and there due to budgeting reasons (though Laura has very reasonable pricing!! we just didn't put as much in our floral budget) and she understood, was patient, and worked with me on other ideas that would fit within my budget. I let her know the things that were the most important and then let her run with it. Let me just say, I LOVED what she came up with and all of my other vendors were in love with her creations too and couldn't stop raving about them, especially my bouquet. MY BOUQUET WAS TO DIE FOR and was just so unique yet very romantic! (I couldn't part with it so I am pressing them and putting in a frame!) She has so much talent and is very knowledgeable about all flowers & plants! DEFINITELY choose Laura from Lux & Union and you will be the HAPPIEST BRIDE ever!!! If for some reason you are having doubts (which I doubt is possible), follow her on Instagram for a while and check out her posts and stories. They really help you get a great feel at her passion, expertise, and great personality (or just give her a call). Plus, her creations truly are a work of art. Lux and Union was absolutely incredible to work with! They went above and beyond to make every single one of my dreams came true at our wedding. Our Wedding Day was unbelievably hot outside and her and her team worked additional hours to make sure the flowers didn't wilt. Every flower that we requested was there on the wedding day and placed together beautifully! Wow, where do I even start? Have you ever met someone and within the first 5 minutes you feel like you have known them for years? This was an my experience with Laura. I feel so lucky I found her. I'm not from Charleston and was referred to her by a good friend in Nashville where I am from. Not only did Laura listen to me but she also listened to my mother who was very involved in the planning process. We gave her an overall vision with some specific floral suggestions but ultimately Laura knew which flowers would be best (fresh) according to the season. We trusted her to utilize her creativity and OMG!! My bouquet was A MIDSUMMER NIGHT DREAM! Not only that, she genuinely respected and went above and beyond to stay within our budget. Even as far as substituting florals that would look just as great but a bit cheaper. In addition to her talent, Laura is also hilarious - bonus perk. You may fall in love with her and have pizza months later with her charming husband. More importantly than receiving everything I wanted in my florals, I gained a new friend. Trust her and enjoy!!

We couldn’t have been more happy with Lux & Union throughout the entire process. We were treated so wonderfully and totally loved our flowers. I got so many compliments on my bouquet and the look of the wedding as a whole. All of the flowers I had asked for were there plus some awesome ones I’d never seen before and wouldn’t have been able to ask for. The flowers were better than I imagined. Laura was super responsive and helpful and even talked us out of spending money with her on extra things that she didn’t think we needed, which I thought was very honest. Laura was also so calm and receptive which made us feel like everything was under control and no big deal. We wholeheartedly recommend Lux & Union for beautiful flowers and a lovely experience planning your decor.

We had such a wonderful experience working with Lux & Union. Laura was incredibly patient and flexible as we continued to develop our vision for the venue. She did a fantastic job helping us identify the best flowers and arrangements in light of our budget, and she took great care in listening and understanding our vision. In terms of execution, we were blown away by Laura's talent; she transformed the reception space. You could see the small touches and details she added here and there that really went above and beyond. She also did beautiful draping work over our entryway. The cherry on top is that Laura is such a kind, sweet person... you forget you're talking to her about wedding planning because she makes you feel so at ease! She's a real joy to work with, and I highly recommend her if you want a personalized, special experience.

My husband and I cannot recommend Laura enough! She created effortless, stunning, and elegant floral arrangements for our wedding that were truly one of a kind. Although my husband and I are extreme novices when it comes to the botanical world, Laura was remarkably flexible and understanding. She took into consideration everything that we wanted, from the types of arrangments and styles through to the colors; she even went the extra effort to procure local materials for accents (pampas grass, feathers, etc.) and fall leaves so that we could have an autumnal leaf-confetti send-off! Through her ingenuity, she created stunning arrangments while keeping our budget low, though you would've never known it; several individuals remarked that it looked remarkably expensive or like out of a "chic magazine." Not only is Laura an extremely talented individual, but she is also such a pleasure to work with. She is always positive, bright, and cheery and we always looked forward to her correspondence. I hope that my other friends will become engaged soon so I can work again with Laura for another wedding!

Laura is one of the most patient and understanding people. Her attention to detail is spot on. She listens to your ideas and comes up with suggestions to fit both your budget and what you envision. She has a great sense of humor and was such a calming presence for all of us the day of the wedding! It was such a pleasure working and getting to know her over the months of planning. Side note- her fiance' ( I think she may be married now) and her mom came to help set up! It is great to see such a strong family background and how much they enjoy working together. If you don't use her, you are missing out!!
