Jack Winer took care of us for our engagement ring. My fiancée wanted a princess cut which is not something they specialize in (they focus on rounds) however we worked with Jack nonetheless because he was patient and was a good listener. He brought in several stones for us to look at and while ultimately we ended up getting the stone online, he was still more than willing to make the setting. The great thing about Lux, Bond & Green is that they make the ring setting in silver at no additional cost before making your final ring in Platinum or Gold. This allows you to see what your custom design will look like and make adjustments with a real ring vs. a computerized CAD image that most jewelers use. This was a huge advantage for us as we had a fairly complex design in mind that needed to be tweaked throughout the process. In the end, the ring came out absolutely perfect. My fiancee and I work near Lux, Bond & Green so we continue to stop in from time to time for complimentary ring cleanings and to say hello to the staff which are all great. I highly recommend coming here if you're looking for an engagement ring, especially a round (they have a great selection of hearts on fire diamonds).
