LUX Dance Studio

and most of them stem from the endearing heart and soul ( and soles!!) of Debbie, Luxe owner. Are you having trouble learning to truly live in the moment? Heard of dancing like no one’s watching? Well, to Debbie, these are not just catch phrases; they are genuinely how she moves through her life—although she will be expertly watching your every motion. She will not only extract the dancer from within, but will be a vibrant example of a person who truly is present in every moment! She infuses joy in the air with every breath and step she takes, and if this sounds too good to be true, then you must come find out for yourself. Surely you will look forward to every session in this pristine and upscale space. Every square inch of her studio is permeated with possibilities, and you come out feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. Debbie exudes grace, and humbly and kindly shares the genius of her talents with whoever waltzes through her doors—two left-feeters and all! We can’t ever thank her enough for all her warm encouragement and boundless energy— and for perfectly choreographing this exquisite dance for us!!!

Not only did she make us feel comfortable, but she gave us the tools and tips to gain confidence in ourselves. If you're looking for a down-to-earth dance instructor that's going to be your biggest cheerleader, Lux Dance Studio is a no brainer.

ding day. We had such a great time and are so grateful for the help and support Lux provided to make our day special. We are excited to go back for more dancing and fun!

t one point I told her I think we need to dumb it down and she knew we were going to get it one day! Our first dance was so special to us and we will remember the moves we learned from Lux for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much Debbie, you are the best!

more comfortable dancing together for our first dance and to do something other than the traditional "high school arms around the neck and waist" type of dance style. When calling to make the appointment I was able to get in touch with someone right away and they were extremely friendly and helpful. I called on a Tuesday and made an appointment for that Saturday. Our class was at 9:30AM with Debbie. Debbie was so friendly and personable. She listened to our first dance song and what we were looking to achieve from the lesson. In the 45 minutes, she left us with an intro to our dance, a rumba dance style we could do throughout, and a dip to close. It was more than I imagined but something we could realistically accomplish in two weeks without a crazy amount of practicing or skill level. Debbie provided a lot of valuable feedback throughout the class and stayed on pace so we were able to get the most out of our 45 minutes with her. We felt very prepared for our first dance and we are super excited for our wedding day! They also have 2 pack classes if you want more time to polish your first dance as well as several classes where you can have a very choreographed dance with intricate dance moves. For other couples I would definitely recommend to purchase more classes and to go way farther in advance than 2 weeks :) It is great that they take couples months out all the way to the week out who are just looking to improve their dance skills. The studio is gorgeous and there is plenty of space. I would definitely come back here for other dance classes and would recommend to any other couples!

s, and we learned basic steps for several ballroom styles in addition to our dance. Not only did we get a beautiful first dance, but we also enjoyed the monthly dance parties and the incredible community Lux offers. We truly looked forward to going to our lessons and group classes every week - between Ben and Debbie's skill and personality and the studio's design and location, it was like a date night every time!

she put into making our dance special is highly evident. She truly has a great talent. She was always patient and positive. We always said we were so lucky we were paired with her as our dance instructor and we enjoyed learning from her. We've had numerous compliments from our guests at the wedding and were amazed at the dance she put together. Lauren & David

ong. The wedding planning process was crazy busy of course, and we didn’t have very much time to learn and practice the dance. LUX Dance Studio was so flexible with our hectic schedules and Debbie was a fantastic teacher! Neither myself nor my husband had previous ballroom dance experience, but Debbie explained everything clearly and demonstrated the techniques with a fun, positive attitude, which made the learning experience very enjoyable for us and even more excited for our wedding. We loved performing our dance at our wedding and everybody loved it! I would highly recommend LUX Dance Studio to anyone, whether you are looking for more adventurous choreography or simply gaining some basic dance skills! LUX Dance Studio is amazing and working with them was an absolute pleasure!
