If you have curly hair don't bother. If you want to ask questions without a defensive and dismissive passive aggressive response don't bother. I didn't like the way my wedding hair trail turned out, I asked for a redo and she responded with a dismissive response about the rain that day. I know my hair, the humidity should not have made my hair fall apart as quickly as it did if it had been properly straightened, which it wasn't. I couldn't get a hold of her for a week after I asked for a redo of the trail. She never sent the contract and when I asked for a refund, because she never sent the contract, she said yes and then never did it. I also had a diverse wedding party and when I asked her about her foundation range she got defensive and dismissive. I found a wonderful hair stylist at Blowout Co. Chattanooga, so if you're looking for better service (and a better price for the trail) I recommend them, but honestly GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
