o arrive on the wedding day. We received an email from her on the day before the wedding reminding us of her cancellation policy. Luckily at that time I was able to make a backup plan even though I would not know if I needed it until she officially cancelled at 7am the day of the wedding. We had vendors come to Winston-Salem from Charlotte and Chapel Hill so coming from High Point should not have been an issue. Her policy stated that she had 30 days to provide me with a full refund and it took all 30 of those days and multiple reminder emails from me before she did so.

All my girls looked amazing and I could not have been happier with how my hair and makeup turned out.
The other unforeseen benefit is that Nancy and her team quickly seemed like part of the wedding party. You don't think about to with before hand but when your makeup team is there most of your big day it's a huge huge benefit when they're fun and acting like a part of the group instead of awkward onlookers. Everyone looked stunning. So many people commented on my hair and makeup. And even better - all of our styles and makeup lasted all night. Nancy was very open to criticisms and changes and she truly does an amazing job.
