ter put a deposit on a bridal gown purchased a veil and paid $395 for a Crystal hair comb. It took over a year to get the wedding gown and it was really difficult frustrating and upsetting because the owner made it so hard to pick up the dress when we finally picked it up in Brooklyn. I asked about the Crystal hair comb and she said she would mail it within two weeks. That was some time in 2025. I have files on emails. Text messages and phone calls to the owner and I still have not received $395 refund or the Crystal Hair comb. I will continue to write these reviews until we get either the refund or the comb. I called and reported her to the federal trade commission. If you would like pressure and anxiety during your wedding planning this is the place for you.

I have been waiting a while to write this review.. in hopes that Dina may make things right but as (apparently) usual for her, she has done nothing but lie. Having ruined what would’ve been a very simple process for me.. she is among one of the worst business owners I have ever known.
On day one, when I had my first bridal gown try on. Bridesmaids and mother in law joined me. I went in with a budget of $2,500.00 and she didn’t show me a single dress under $3,000.00. That should’ve been my first red flag but somehow we let her convince us to pay all cash and absolutely no credit immediately for a $1,000.00 discount on a beautiful gown. Leaving with just a silly paper receipt was another mistake I made. There was no guarantee of delivery and when asked for tracking info, I was ignored. After months of no contact around October I decided to contact her. She ignored me until December saying I would get my dress mid month. I explained that this was unacceptable. I needed to alter my dress and I had been asking for months already. Still no tracking info. I finally decided to reach out to the manufacturer and asked about my order. They called me back the following day and explained that THERE WAS NO ORDER FOR MY DRESS EVER SENT TO THEM. This was NOT the first time they were hearing this about the same shop with the same exact issue. They said they were sending me the dress as a courtesy and i was more grateful than words can describe. I still do not have a dress but I am hopeful that it will arrive since the manufacturer has taken over. As for Dina, the owner I have been lied to over and over. She deserves to be shutdown for being a thief. I am not the only person she has scammed and I promise I will not be her last. I’m not even mad that she showed up for the appt in pajamas, late.. but like let that be a sign. Even the experience in the store was awful.
Good luck, please be wary and vigilant. Do NOT let this woman steal your money or the happiness your big day is supposed to bring.

s that Dina is unprofessional and does not know how to run a business. I bought my dress in August for my wedding that was taking place the following May. That’s NINE months. Dina said my dress would arrive mid March. I called again March 14 and Dina’s assistant answered and said my dress was coming in the next week or week and a half. Called back a week and a half later, Dina’s assistant again answered and said my dress would come next week. At this point, we are 5 weeks away from my wedding and no dress. I called multiple times to speak to Dina and she dodged my calls every time leaving her poor assistant to deal with an issue that she should have dealt with personally. I was anxious, stressed, wanted answers as to where my dress was and Dina was nowhere to be found. I called three days in a row asking for her and she was busy each time. Eventually when my dress did get delivered, she had no problem calling me to tell me it was delivered. Only then was she found. Don’t waste your time with her. She fails to realize every time leaving her poor assistant to deal with an issue that she should have dealt with personally. a store. When I came for the initial appointment, the store owner (Dina) was cold and rude. She barely talked to us or made eye contact and basically made me feel very unwelcome. My appointment was in January and she told me the dress would be delivered by March. Once March came, I reached out and she told me that now it's delayed until the end of April. When I called again then, she said it will now be May 30th. I was the only one keeping communication with her and it was clear she didn't care if my dress wasn't going to come in time for my wedding (June 18). Thankfully it did end up coming a few weeks beforehand, but the stress and lack of communication was terrible.

When I got to the boutique she had a completely different attitude which was very calm, not to talkative and a bit stand offish. There was a second woman there who was very pleasant and sweet with a warm smile. The experience was nothing I expected but I won't judge because Instagram and a business place calls for different behaviors. However, being a first time bride with high expectations on experience when doing business with anyone is something I feel should be a given. I was not given this. Lastly, I later requested info from my account on the dress I selected but the response time was not so prompt. So, due to my experience this is why I gave 3 stars. However, the dresses and the boutique is nice it just didn't work for me but I did say YES TO MY DRESS with someone else and the experience was everything I imagined it should be for any Bride to Be.

helped me try on many dresses in my fairly tight budget and even helped me FaceTime my mom and in-laws to narrow it down since there were appropriate guest restrictions. I was so floored by my dress and the fact that they helped me find one that didn’t need any alterations which also was a huge money saver. rent color beading that was hard to match anywhere. With one look at the picture she picked the perfect headpiece, bracelet, and earrings. I also got my shoes from here which were unbelievably beautiful. To top if off I got a pair of blinged out sneakers to go with my dress (probably my favorite part of my attire).
My mother had a very simple dress but needed something extra to make herself stand out. Dina was able to give my mother ideas. Everyone compliments how stunning she looked.
