vendor recommendations ended up being some of my most favorite vendors. On the day of, Victoria and her team made sure everything was executed flawlessly so that I did not have to worry about anything. The day was amazing and better than I could have ever imagined.

20 — when we ended up postponing, the Luxe team was super supportive/empathetic and offered help coordinating with all of our vendors to ensure we found a date that worked for everyone, which was definitely outside of their scope of work. Overall, they did everything they could to take the stress off of the wedding planning process. One of the best features was the wedding planning software that was available through the whole process, not just the month-of, which made the process much less intimidating and kept me on track. Even though I only hired for month of services, Victoria checked in periodically throughout the whole (two year) wait up to my wedding to make sure things were going well and answer any questions I had. On the weekend of the wedding, the Luxe team was so amazing and made sure everything went super smoothly so all I had to do was be present and enjoy the moment. I cannot recommend enough!!

rest of my life, I could not be more GRATEFUL that I put it in the hands of Victoria and her team!!  I know they will go on to do thousands of more weddings, but I will never forget them and how special they made mine!! <3 Here's what my experience was like: \\ FROM DAY 1:  Victoria gave me access to a dynamic wedding planning software customized for my wedding, where her team and I could collaborate on and access all info including the budget, vendor contacts, vision boards, wedding day timeline, guest list management, and so much more! \\ WISDOM & ADVICE:  Throughout the process my mom and I kept saying Luxe Atlanta were more than just wedding planners, they are also wedding consultants - Victoria and her team are a TREASURE TROVE of knowledge when it comes to how to handle making different decisions about weddings, and they know all of the BEST vendors in the biz, having worked with so many of them before! There are so many missteps I would have made along the way if I didn't have Victoria's guidance!! \\ THE WEEKS LEADING UP:  In the weeks leading up to my wedding, Luxe Atlanta were absolutely incredible!  If you are just considering them for just the "Coordination" package, I would recommend them in a heartbeat!!  Victoria held a thorough planning meeting with the vendors 1-month out from the wedding where she made sure no details for the day-of would slip thru the cracks.  She ran my Rehearsal perfectly, and she was SO helpful in offering to bring all of the little items that might be forgotten! (cake stand, table numbers, seating chart, etc.)  \\ ON THE WEDDING DAY: On the day-of my wedding, she checked on me in my bridal suite early in the day, and then she went to work in the venue overseeing all vendors as they were setting up so I could relax!  Victoria and Anna did so much on that day I'm sure I don't even know about!  To try and just mention a few notable things, they:  fixed an issue with the parking deck not being accessible, coaxed my shy flower girls down the aisle, checked on me throughout the night to get me anything I needed, and they were my SUPERHEROES when they jumped in to solve a (minor but seemed like major problem at the time!) issue with the decor: Literally 8 minutes before the wedding started, Victoria and her team came up with a beautiful and innovative idea to rearrange the decor at the altar so that it fit my vision exactly!!  On top of all of this, they answered a 1,000,000+ questions and all with a cheerful and calm disposition!! (Despite how stressful it must have secretly been for them too! :) ) \\ GRACE & PROFESSIONALISM:  Last but not least, I cannot give a thorough review without mentioning how kind, gracious, and professional Victoria and her team are.  Throughout the entire process, Victoria was always empathetic, understanding, and calm, no matter what dilemma I was bringing to her at the time!  She was also always professional, honest, and decisive – characteristics very critical to event planning! \\ I know Victoria and Anna will be reading this - so to you both I say THANK YOU!!  From the bottom of my heart, you made the most special day in my life so perfect.  For a day I will talk about for the rest of my life, I am so grateful I had your help and guidance.  Thank you again!!! <3 Lauren Baker

ss wedding day. I was involved from the beginning of the planning process and soon i realized that my friend Lauren was more than taken care of. I had nothing to worry about! Victoria worked with the vendors and the teams so effortlessly and helped Lauren and Joseph plan the best day ever. Their wedding was in downtown Atlanta and that presents its own challenges. Victoria and her team helped guide the couple, family, bridal party and guests through a seamless day! Downtown parking, potential rain, large bridal party, family needs etc. / The Luxe Atlanta team lead by Victoria, went to great lengths from the start to finish to make sure that every detail was covered. I really enjoyed her professionalism! She is a pro for sure and that paired with her joyful nature and detailed-mind, made her one of the best coordinators. Book her for sure! Can't say enough good things about her.

Victoria took on the challenge and contacted all of my vendors and got everything sorted out so that the ceremony went off without a hitch and got everything moved to our new date for the reception next year. She had everything and thought of everything so that I didn't need to stress on the big day. She is so sweet and thoughtful and is amazing at what she does.

I trusted Victoria as soon as I spoke to her on our initial call. Besides the fact that we talked about our love for dogs, she's very personable, calm and very organized. She knows her stuff—asking all the right questions in order to get every detail just right on the big day. The best thing you can do as a bride is to hire Victoria and Luxe Atlanta Events. The photographer-planner relationship is so important during a wedding day and Victoria's forethought and work made the day feel close to effortless. planning process, she has been so kind, patient, and understanding (even when we changed our minds about things an annoying number of times). Our wedding was scheduled for September 19, 2020. Due to the pandemic and wanting to keep loved ones safe, we decided pretty early on to postpone. I was understandably upset and Victoria handled the whole situation with such grace and was so empathetic towards us. She reached out to vendors, worked with the venue, and made a very high-stress situation easy for us. We tried to book a new date with our original venue and there were issues with the contracts, extra fees being tacked on, and a major lack of communication between their team and ours. After a lot of negotiating (which Victoria handled 100% for us), we decided to cancel with that venue and start looking for a new one. Victoria was able to get almost all of our money back and work with very difficult people to make it happen. It was incredible! When we were looking for a new venue I wasn't available to drive to Atlanta to go on venue tours, so Victoria went for me and FaceTimed me in. The entire time we have been working with her she has gone above and beyond for us! We recently booked a new venue for November of 2021 and she immediately hopped on a call with me to start planning for the new wedding. She has seriously been such a blessing through all of this and we are SO thankful we have her. It stinks that we had to postpone our wedding, but I'm a little happy because it means that I get to work with Victoria more. She truly cares so much and she feels like a friend to us now. She is incredible at her job and hiring her was the best decision we made!

mom, who suffers from a immune deficiency disorder and with many of our guests being older or considered high risk if they were to contract the coronavirus, or traveling to attend our wedding, we had to make a decision just weeks before our our original date to postpone. It was not an easy decision to come to, but we felt it was the best decision given our situation. Our wedding is now set for spring of next year and although our wedding hasn’t yet occurred, I cannot express enough gratitude for what our planner has already done. I cannot imagine how overwhelming it would have been to deal with everything that was involved with postponing our wedding on our own. Our planner was able to work with our 11 other vendors and venue to find a new date that worked for everyone! It was easy to see that she truly cares for the couples that she works with and tried to make things as easy for us as possible. She offered us digital postponements to send out to all of our guests and even sent us a little gift to open on our original wedding date which gave us something to still look forward to on that day! e a top-notch planner! She was super patient, kind and accommodating throughout the whole process. By the time I found Victoria, I had only the venue picked out and pretty much nothing else done. She immediately got things moving and kept me focused and on track, which is exactly what I needed. I loved her efficiency and organization skills as well as the awesome tools she used, which she shared with me :) Unfortunately, work consumed my life for most of the wedding planning process, so a lot of things ended up getting pushed to the last few months solely because of me! However, Victoria was so great and made it all work although I'm sure it was a lot to cram in the span of a few months. Not only did Victoria handle the logistics to ensure everything ran smoothly, she also had some wonderful styling ideas (I'm still such a fan of the mantle backdrop idea she came up with!). On the day of the wedding, I really couldn't have asked for anything more. I was truly expecting something to go wrong just because that's how weddings seem to go, but honestly, there is nothing I would have changed about that day! There was never a moment where I didn't know what to do or where to go (and no one else asked me either!) and I wasn't stressed at all. It was so smooth and seamless and all I did was just enjoy the day and be in the moment, which I think is truly what the wedding day should be about. Victoria was a great planner first and foremost, but she was also a great friend and support system throughout the process. She's the best!

to hire LUXE Atlanta due to their packages being a little more comprehensive compared to some of the others and their pricing was less - thousands less than some of the quotes I received! 😱 Our planner always made herself available to answer any questions that came up. She even offered to speak with my mom to answer some questions she had. Their planning software was great and really helped keep everything organized and in one place. They checked in frequently with us. The actual wedding day they worked as a team to make sure everything went as planned. From cueing everyone to walk down the aisle to coordinating our sparkler send off, everything was seamless! I can honestly say the most stressful part for us was remembering our vows 😂
