I’ve spent years capturing weddings and events through photo and video, and I genuinely love creating experiences that feel both stylish and fun. f Photo Booth time and one hour of the 360 machine. The 360 booth was for cocktail hour, and I was looking so forward to doing that with my husband once we wrapped up doing photos and I was extremely disappointed to walk into my cocktail hour without the 360 booth being there. After I spoke to my organizers, I was told that they had completely forgot to come, and there was some type of miscommunication on their end and that they would be on their way For the reception. We also paid for four hours of the Photo Booth, which ended up only being two hours because who they had sent was inexperienced with setting up the Photo Booth and took them approximately two hours to set up which left us from 8 PM to 10 PM for my guests to use the booth. It was such a shame to pay $2500 for two hours of Service. My planner and I reached out to the team at Luxe booth and it took them over a week to answer us in regards to how they would settle this. They offered us a 50% refund due to this being on them which I was happy with the fact that they took responsibility. However, I was emailed and told I would be refunded on a certain day if I provided my Venmo, which then I did and confirm that I accepted their 50% refund and I’m still waiting to receive that refund. I have sent multiple emails and so has my wedding planner and there has been no communication for three days from the Luxe booth and Move Mountains Co company. I am so thoroughly disappointed and I highly recommend that people Do NOT hire this company. They don’t care about people unless you are Olivia Culpo or you’re dropping $7000 on videography and photography for them.

y were also able to use our custom monogram in the photo strip design. Unfortunately, due to space, the booth was placed in a spot that went unnoticed by most of our wedding guests. The DJ didn’t make an announcement until the end of the night, after my mom requested he do so. We were kind of surprised the booth attendant didn’t make any effort to spread the word. Even my husband and I missed out! Though I suppose that part is our fault because we planned it—the irony. Either way, while we’re super bummed it was a bit of a flop, the few photos that were taken came out great and are so fun to look back on.

ger, was always so incredibly responsive to my emails and made the process so seamless! Plus, I loved how personalized the whole experience was. When creating our photo sheet, we completed a detailed form about our vision for the day and then got several mockups to review. I had created a custom image/logo for all our wedding details and was able to implement it into the photo strip design. Everything about the booth was so much fun! The props knocked it out of the park, I mean you can’t go wrong with a unicorn head! People of all ages loved it, I was the bride and they had a hard time pulling me away from the booth! At the end, they send you a link with all the photos from the night so I was able to see them and relive the fun all over again! Overall, the photos turned out beautifully and cannot recommend Lux Booth Co. highly enough! Look no further, they’ve got you covered.
