Luxe By Lindsay Photography captures true to life wedding photography, blended with bursts of color and the sentiment of black and white. I photograph in a predominantly documentary style, though I incorporate some posing, especially for family formals, and I guide couples into natural poses during their intimate portraits together. I'm all about moments and interaction. I love to photograph what is happening around me: special little moments throughout the day, the details that are important to you, your guests, family and YOU all celebrating and having fun! I like to bring out personality in my work, and I love catering to different styles, interests, and types of weddings. I welcome the unconventional as well as the traditional, marriage equality, quirkiness & fun! I feel that everyone deserves beautiful, classy, luxurious, and fun wedding photography to cherish forever. I'm based in Charleston, SC and I'm available for travel & destinations. Lindsay was my photographer for both my engagement shoot and my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier! I did a destination wedding in SC so I was a bit nervous hiring a photographer I had never met but Lindsay was great and very quick to respond and accommodate all my requests! From our first meeting she made us feel comfortable and was super patient with us. I was a bit of an anal bride so I had a whole list of shots and poses I wanted taken and Lindsay was sure to get them all. She even suggested a bunch of shots I ended up loving even more. Her patient, easy going personality was very calming and reassuring (especially on the wedding day) and her eye for photos is amazing! So happy with my photos, I couldn’t recommend her enough. Thank you Lindsay for going above and beyond!

Lindsay was AMAZING from start to finish! Not only did she provide great professionalism throughout the whole process, but she made sure we felt so special and cared for. She even went so far as to do a complimentary engagement session for us! Her second photographer Mikhail also brought such fun and creativity. They even surprised us with drone photos on our wedding day! Lindsay got us our photos quickly and made sure we were comfortable throughout every session and had fun. Not only did she provide wonderful photos, but she brought genuine joy to our wedding day. We highly recommend her!

She was very good with communicating the days up to the wedding, asked for details that I wanted for my wedding photos and made the whole process easy, on wedding day I had a blast taking photos with her and her assistant Mahkil, they were fun and had awesome ideas. When I received my photos I was so impressed they came out BEAUTIFUL! Highly recommend her!!!

We hired Lindsay as our photographer for our wedding and highly recommend her! She was professional, personable and a joy to work with. My husband and I were impressed with Lindsay's creative eye and her ability to give clear directions. We had a long photo list before the ceremony and Lindsay was able to organize and manage our multiple families/friends with ease. Her expertise on night photography and her talent in capturing a good mix of both natural and formal shots is what drew us to choose Lindsay. We have seen a few sneak peak photos of our wedding day so far and are really happy with how they turned out & cant wait to see the rest!

I first chose to go with Lindsay because she had excellent night photography on her page and as our wedding was going to be at night that was important to me. That said Lindsay won us over for so many reasons. My wedding was meant to be outdoors and ended up at a completely new location and indoors but Lindsay just rolled with the flow. It was the nastiest coldest day but that didn’t stop her from capturing every moment. The photos were stunning and truly showed all the joy and love that we felt that day. She had such attention to detail making sure that every photo was just right and that all the photos I had requested were snapped! She was truly the best and the photos speak for themselves. Her artistic style showed through while still capturing our special moments. I will definitely be using her in the future!

We can’t recommend Lindsay enough. She is the absolute sweetest and so talented too. She did an amazing job making us feel comfortable in front of the camera and had such a great eye for lighting and composition in all of our shots. She gave us our engagement photos in record timing and they were so gorgeous. We can’t wait to see the rest of the wedding ones and know they’ll be amazing. Her assistant Claudine was equally lovely and talented. They made our whole day so special and stress-free. They’re both the best!

We had our engagement photos done by Lindsay in December 2019. I can't express how much I absolutely loved every single picture! It was our first time meeting Lindsay but she made us feel so comfortable and really brought out our natural selves. Lindsay helped guide us and gave some opinions and feedback, but she really just let us be ourselves. It was like we were just hanging out in the park just the two of us. We got a few sneak peeks and received all pictures when she said we would. Lindsay responds to all emails quickly as well. We will definitely be in touch with Lindsay for future needs!

Lindsay was amazing at capturing our most important moments at our wedding. She was on time and was very easy to talk to and work with. The photos she took from our wedding are amazing!!! I would rate her 5 stars for everything! Please use her you will not be disappointed!!!
