She felt like part of the wedding, not just a vendor. From the start, Marsell focused on *our* vision, not a copy-paste setup. She truly listened to what we liked, what we didn’t, and how we wanted the day to feel. She created a personalized Pinterest board just for us, thoughtfully curating ideas that reflected our style, colors, and overall mood. Every pin had a purpose. Her intentionality made planning feel exciting, clear, and completely tailored to us. Her communication was outstanding—responsive, organized, patient, and detail-oriented. No question was too small. If we had an idea, she listened. If we were unsure, she guided us with her expertise while still respecting our preferences and budget. We always felt heard and understood, which is priceless when planning something as emotional as a wedding. Her dedication still blows our minds. Marsell literally brought 13 pieces of luggage onto our wedding cruise, filled with everything needed to transform the space. She didn’t just show up with a few items; she came prepared to create an entire atmosphere from scratch in a challenging, nontraditional venue. And she absolutely did. Our wedding was *gorgeous*. Everywhere we looked, there was something beautiful, intentional, and cohesive. The décor didn’t just look pretty; it told a story. From big, showstopping elements down to the tiniest details, you could feel how much thought went into everything. Every flower, sign, and accent was clearly chosen with care. Our guests kept complimenting how stunning everything looked and how perfectly it felt like “us.” People asked who did our décor because it stood out that much—100% thanks to Marsell and her vision. On the day itself, she was calm, professional, and completely on top of everything, which allowed us to just be present and enjoy. We never worried about whether things would be set up correctly or whether our vision would translate—it was already handled, and handled perfectly. She anticipated needs we didn’t know we had, resolved small issues before we noticed them, and did it all with a smile. She elevated our ideas beyond what we could have imagined and made the day feel special, intentional, and uniquely ours. Beyond her talent and creativity, what truly sets Marsell apart is who she is. She made the process enjoyable and as stress-free as possible, and we always felt in the best hands. It’s rare to find someone who is both extremely professional and genuinely compassionate, but she is exactly that. We are so grateful for everything she did to make our wedding amazing and memorable. She played a huge role in making our day as special as it was, and we will absolutely use her services for future events.
