Everything leading up to the wedding was great! Patrice was very responsive and accommodating. I thought the scrapbook would be one guests could sign at the wedding, but it was not. Not a big deal, that’s on me for not checking. However, after I got back from my honeymoon I emailed Patrice multiple times to see how we could get the scrapbook from her, and I received no response. Finally, my husband called her. He said she seemed genuinely surprised that there had been an oversight in sending it, and she would overnight it to us. Also not a big deal, things happen, I get it. But it’s been over three weeks since she told us that. I know the mail can be slow, but we should have it by now. I really, really hate writing this for an otherwise good service, but our wedding was in June, and now it’s October. We received our professional pictures and videos, but still don’t have the photo booth scrapbook. Part of what we paid for when we hired this vendor is a scrapbook to remember the event, and I would hate for the same thing to happen to other brides.
