cancelled twice on zoom meeting finally got that done. We filed All 20 pages of the questionares and 4 weeks before wedding gave us a final timeline to which it appeared she never paid attention to any of our answers. It needed to be redone. We didnt hear a word from her until the day before our final walk thru to which she promised to have it done. She did not have it. She had one excuse after another. She promised she would have it to us no later than monday. It came and went with no call to us. Finally wed morning at 6 00 am we text her asking for the final timeline. At 7 00pm she sent us an email stating we had bullied her due to texting at 6 oclock in the morning and she was no longer going to work with us. Yep she fired us 12 days before our wedding due to her not able to hold her committments! Kim and Shawn at Ellis Ranch were amazing its just too bad they have this company reoresenting them. BTW our wedding was amazing without her!

: Libbi is sweet and nice and works hand in hand with the venue we booked. She did think of things we would not have and was helpful checking things off the list. Negatives: Libbi was not the very quick at responding and would often go over a week or 2 without responding to us. She said she was busy and it really seems like she overbooked herself and you could tell she needed to hire someone. Libbi took notes at every meeting we had but we found that either the notes were lost or something because she could not keep our wedding preferences and agenda straight. Every meeting we repeating things from the previous meeting. Come the rehearsal and still couldn't remember we were not doing a grand entrance or the order of the wedding party. But the worst was is that she hired a new employee, and sprung on us 3 days before the wedding that the new hire would be our point of contact, no prior heads up or even asked if that was ok. I get training is needed but this was not the best way to do this. On the day Libbi forgot to come get us to walk around the tables and say hi to our large event, and we didnt get to say hi to everyone. Our photobooth was an hour late and she never called them to see why or where they were. Our wedding was still amazing and Libbi was still helpful but there was a lot of added stress that stemmed from working with her that I could have done without. Most of these reviews are 5 stars to maybe it was the timing of our event but we were still disappointed spending all that money and attention to detail was lacking.

us with linens for our June 2021 wedding in Laporte, CO - so to find Libbi and Luxe Event Productions last minute was a saving grace. Libbi was easy to work with over the phone, and though a bit slower to respond via email, Luxe Event Products followed through and was reliable throughout. Their prices were very reasonable, and with Libbi being a wedding planner, she knew colors, and patterning well. Her recommendations to compliment our aesthetic and other items on our tables, worked out well. Overall, she was precisely what I needed, and I was really happy with the turnout. Plus, getting the linens picked up and dropped off was worth the added cost to make for an easy day.

g party was put at ease with Libbi’s ability to answer questions regarding anything that one might have forgotten during the rehearsal as we were literally moments away from walking down the aisle. The bride had complete trust in Libbi’s capabilities and because of that she was able to enjoy every moment of her day. This MOH was grateful and relieved that Libbi is such a force of quick thinking and class!

y phenomenal job. Libbi went above and beyond for us! We hired Libbi back in 10/2020 while we were looking to finalize our plans for our 6/5/2021 wedding. From our initial meeting with her she really listened and understood what we were needing. The rest of the planning process was super simple and it was clearly explained what was expected from us to make sure Libbi had everything that she needed from us to take care of the plan in on her end. We had several additional zoom meetings along the way as well as phone calls and emails. Luxe was great at responding timely and answering any questions we had even if there were a ton of them. We completed all of our planning questionnaires online and then discussed and reviewed them during our zoom meetings. These questionnaires were a great way for us to get all of our ideas and visions written down and shared. We also really appreciated the planning board/app trello they use. It was an amazing way to stay organized and communicate clearly and efficiently everything that was needed. It also was a great way to see everything that we as a couple needed to get done on our end like all the little details you wouldn’t think about and to make sure we had addressed everything about our wedding from the decor, vendors down to the smallest of details and all in a convenient app that let you express your ideas, upload pictures, link Facebook/Instagram and Pinterest for reference to our vision, make to do lists and reminders for deadlines. It was also a great way to communicate with Libbi on what parts of the process we were stuck on and on anything we needed help with or any questions or concerns. Libbi and her team are amazing and absolutely worth every penny we paid and more. Without her and her team our wedding would have been a disaster. We had issues with our caterer day of and Libbi was so professional in handling the issues they caused and still making sure the wedding and reception went on without us or our guests knowing there was even chaos happening with our caterer, which is exactly how it’s supposed to be. We hands down full heartedly recommend hiring Libbi and her team! 10/10.

ion is through a website and automated system. The person doing our “wedding planning” was terrible at replying to emails and calls. One time we waited almost 3 weeks without a reply for a very simple question. During our final walk through at the venue, the meeting seemed to go well. However, it was clear she did not listen to us at all. She said she was going to copy the vendor list so she had it, she didn’t. We said not to pre-plate our food at the wedding and she was having them do that. She just didn’t listen to what we wanted as her customers. The rehearsal was a mess. Multiple people from our wedding party asked if the planner had experience because her train of thought and organization was all over the place. Not only could she not keep a steady thought, but we were rushed. We had an hour and she seemed to be set on finishing in 30 minutes. The officiant wanted more time to practice the ceremony and many of the wedding party left not quite knowing what was exactly happening the day of the wedding. It was embarrassing to say we willingly hired her. I would like to think we were an easy client. We found all of our own vendors and the venue before hiring her. We mostly needed her help with decor and day-of help. Upon arriving to our venue, we were informed they didn’t have the fairy lights we wanted for our centerpieces. While that seems like a small detail, that was something she knew we needed from the beginning and she didn’t look to see if she physically had them until the day before our wedding. As I was getting ready at the venue, she told us she didn’t have them and she replaced them with a candle. She didn’t bother to tell us the day before when she discovered this so my fiancé and I could figure out what WE would want. She just made an executive decision without us and hoped it would be ok. Also, she was dressed nicer for our rehearsal than for the actual wedding. A few guests commented on her attire. I confirmed with her a couple weeks before the wedding that she would be contacting all our vendors to confirm times/date/location. She said that was something she did and told me during the reception that she did. Upon talking to 2 of our vendors after the wedding, they never heard from her. Maybe she sent an email they didn’t see? Regardless, we felt like for something to be confirmed, she should have heard back from the vendors to make sure everything was set. We felt like she lied straight to our faces. Several other issues like this came up and they just weren’t worth fighting with her on our wedding day. We completely felt like our wedding was not a priority to her and that it was on the back burner. I refused to let her ruin our special day, but I don’t want anyone else to be this frustrated and feel like their wedding isn’t t important. Even asking her to bustle my dress (one of her duties), seemed like I was putting her out. I didn’t get my dress bustled until after our first dance so I was tripping on it in front of everyone. At the end of the night, she asked if everything was good. I honestly didn’t even know how to reply. Were we at a beautiful venue surrounded by friends and family marrying the person we love? Yes. Were her services worth the $1000 we paid? Absolutely not.

Not only was the decorations awesome but I would not have survived the day without Libbi Alcorn as my wedding coordinator. She made sure everything was running smoothly and starting on time. She also helped me figure out my timeline for my wedding and lined everything up for me the week before. Every time I was a little stressed out the week before she helped me through everything! I highly highly recommend Luxe Event Productions for any part of your wedding!

Lionsgate Event Center was just lovely from the table decorations and linens to the little touches on the head table. Your organization and planning made the ceremony flow perfectly! From coordinating vendors, to set up, maintaining communication with everyone, maintaining a schedule, and essentially guiding the whole night they were INCREDIBLE. tal chandelier. I looked online at many different sites and almost went with something close, until I found the perfect arch with Luxe. I contacted Libbi and she responded immediately. The price was right and the service was exceptional - the arch was delivered, set up and taken down all within our venue's timeframe. It was truly the centerpiece for the ceremony and photos.

perfect. Libby was easy to work with and completely captured my vision for the wedding. Our tent was decorated so beautifully, our photographer actually captured a picture of my husband walking down the aisle with his parents looking up in awe. s for. I went with Lillie's and Orchard's they were able to get them the Turquoise & Purple color I wanted and exactly the way I wanted them from the pictures I showef. Highly recommended! Received tons of compliments on all the flower's.
