recommend Yanna. She is efficient, effective, helpful, knowledgeable and fast. She was very responsive to emails, text messages and phone calls and took over the communication with the venue. She organised contracts, argued for better prices and deals and even got us a new cake last minute when ours was damaged in transport.
For the day of coordination several things went amiss, thus we would recommend hiring a separate day of coordinator. The start of the ceremony was delayed because not everyone from the wedding party was present, the bouquets had to be retrieved by the maid of honor and it seemed that she was a bit absent during this process. The dining experiences was similarly disappointing as the silverware was incorrectly placed (knife was placed on the left side, fork on the right), and the timing of the dinner was rushed to the extent that we had service during speeches and it appeared that there was a general hurry to "get it over with" and go home. Furthermore, we had ordered a photo booth so that guest could spend time taking pictures while we were taking our wedding pictures and the booth stood empty for almost 2.5hrs. This was a task assigned to Yanna that was either ignored or not carried out properly.
Again, Yanna did an amazing job organising and coordinating pre wedding day - highly recommend her for that; find some else for the day of or given exceptionally detailed instructions for the day of that you talk through shortly before the wedding day to guarantee full comprehension and willingness.

Yanna was incredibly professional, communicative, easy to work with, patient and experienced! She delivered on every ask, big or small. Everything came out absolutely stunning and took my breath away - table centerpieces, chuppah, wedding cake, schedule, etc, it was all perfect and my husband and I are still on cloud nine! As a destination-wedding bride, I needed to feel like I could completely trust my planner and Yanna really took her time to understand my aesthetic making me feel so comfortable.
It’s also clear that Yanna has a plan for every scenario, which I find to be instrumental in ensuring the day is smooth. On the weekend of my wedding the forecast suddenly changed to rain and Yanna was able to secure a tent last minute (nearly impossible) to have as backup (we kept hoping it would hold off). I couldn’t be more thankful that she took the initiative because once the rain came down, that tent came up and absolutely saved the day.
I truly couldn’t be happier with the entire weekend and am so grateful that Yanna was there every step of the way! She became an honorary member of my family and I look forward to the next event!

Yanna had procured for us an incredible location in Malibu and had worked tirelessly to put the whole Event together, which included the catering, rentals, transportation, decor. Everything was done with great efficiency and taste. We were so impressed with Luxe by Yanna, that we’re returning to California this year to celebrate the marriage of our daughter.
