They had a lot of options for rentals. The only thing that prevented me from giving 5 stars was that I had to contact them multiple times to get quotes and communication was slow or went through multiple channels to get a response. But they delivered everything as expected.

The folks working at Luxe Party Rental are incredible!!! Chelsea and her crew were extremely professional, responsive and super friendly! We rented chargers, linens, corn hole, and beer buckets from Luxe and everything looked fantastic! So glad we found Luxe and I can’t sing their praises enough!! Thank you Luxe!

Loved all the items we brought in from Luxe - the Gold Chivari chairs, the ceiling fabric and lighting added to the beautiful venue, the wooden bars were perfect for our Cocktail Hour & Reception, as were the outside string lights! Created the perfect touches to our wedding vision - thank you to Luxe!

We recently used Luxe rentals for our wedding and were happy with the service. Mallory was easy to work with, flexible when finalizing details, and worked with us on delivery options. It was a great experience overall, and we would recommend them for any rental needs.

This is a long review -- but worth the read if it saves you money & headache. I don’t know how Luxe has to many “5 star” reviews. It was the only wedding vendor that I was disappointed by. When I started planning my wedding, Luxe said that they could get all the inventory I needed & presented themselves as an one-stop-shop. However, over the following year I dealt with endless headaches from Luxe. From the start, I could never speak to the same person twice. It was always a different girl answering the phone/email – which created a lot of unnecessary & confusing back-&-forth. Most of the time, they would forget to get back to me. It felt like babysitting. When it came time to schedule the walk-through, they told me that most weekends are busy, due to weddings & events. I understood & explained that I live 6 hours away & would need to meet on a day close to a weekend (for travel). "The boss" ultimately said that he would only be available mid-week for a walk-through. So, in addition to paying Luxe $8000, they also expected me to take off work in the middle of the week, drive 6 hours, & 6 hours back just to meet him. I gave up & agreed. **READ THIS ** However -- the meeting never happened due to Hurricane Irma. In fact, I had to postpone my wedding due to the damage to our site & the town being declared a FEMA disaster zone. Cancelling your wedding is an awful experience – but thankfully, every vendor was understanding in moving the deposits to a new date…. Except Luxe. I gave a month & a half notice that I anticipated cancelling my wedding due to the hurricane, & was immediately told that the deposit is non-refundable. I knew this (via the contract) – but it speaks volumes about a company that would take advantage of an uncontrollable situation – & keep thousands to profit from someone’s misfortune. My other vendors also had nonrefundable deposits, but at least had the ethics to move the date due to a natural disaster. The biggest disappointment was that I didn’t have any last minute companies that could cover all the items I had planned, so I had to use Luxe for the new date. Once again, after charging me full price, they said they could only meet me mid-week of Thanksgiving. So in the midst of cancelling, re-planning, losing a lot of money, paying full price again, and the holiday/wedding -- they still were completely unaccommodating. I waited a week while they failed to respond (again), & finally called (for the hundredth time). I was advised that they were no longer able to meet for a walk through “at such short notice,” (what??) but they would see if the boss had any extra time to accommodate me. I asked, "What happens if you aren't able to do a walk through before the wedding?" Luxe girl advised that if they could not meet for a walk-through, they would not be able to light my wedding. My entire reception was outside at night! After over year of planning, babysitting staff, paying $10,000, & jumping through hoops to use their services, they pretended to be too busy to finalize the event. Thankfully their boss managed to set aside some time to do the walk-through days before my wedding.. Such a gem! Ultimately, their wedding service was standard -- nothing special. My planner & I were very accommodating & polite throughout all of this, but Luxe was disorganized & never failed to take the low road. I strongly encourage others to proceed with caution, consider other options, & be wary of fake positive reviews.

I ordered the gold chiavari chairs from Luxe for my wedding. I was very particular in only wanting wood chairs and Luxe delivered on my request! I also had to add more chairs last minute and they were accommodating. Lastly, I had to confirm the pickup and delivery schedule with the venue and Luxe was very patient during the waiting process. They also said it didn't matter which day, they were able to accommodate either. They gave us as delivery window from 8-11am and the chairs were delivered by 8am. Very efficient and easy to work with. I strongly suggest going to their shop where you can see things first hand, it's totally worth it!

They were super helpful in deciding what to rent for the wedding and the best price I could find for what I wanted. The website was also user-friendly. I appreciated that their prices were easy to find up-front. Their pick-up and delivery schedules were relatively flexible.

Wow! Luxe Party Rentals was amazing to work with! I loved how their entire inventory is online with pictures, descriptions, and prices!! This helped me so much when planning for our wedding- as I did not want to waste my time calling around rental places for prices on everything. And their rental items were beautiful and exactly as pictured on their site. Our wedding was in the Ocala National Forest and they delivered our items for an extra fee! The guys the picked up and dropped of the rentals were dependable, hard-working, and professional- which was much appreciated!

Loved Luxe Party Rentals. By far the best selection of rentals in the Jacksonville area and reasonably priced. I needed to make a few last minute changes to my order and they were kind enough to accommodate them even though it was outside of the timeframe specified in the contract. I would highly recommend.

Luxe Party Rentals was wonderful to work with. My WIFE ( that's fun to say!) and I rented an assortment of items from them for our Walkers Landing wedding in Amelia Island, including custom lighting and draping in the ceiling, chiavari chairs, uplighting, and linens. Their office staff was very responsive, helpful, and friendly, and the delivery crew did an excellent job and was wonderful to work with. They were also priced very competitively, especially considering the quality of their products and staff. I have worked with other rental companies in the past for functions at work, and various other parties and Luxe absolutely blew all of them out of the water in every way. I would HIGHLY recommend them for any event!

Utilizing LUXE party rentals was effortless! They were so easy to work with, responsive, and knew exactly what I was looking for. They were also familiar with my venue, therefore, ahead of the game with drop off and pick up routines! We rented gold, chiavari chairs that were beautiful and added the perfect touch to our venue!

Luxe was absolutely fantastic to work with. I rented over 300 chivari chairs from them for my wedding and they also did the draping and lighting. They were so great to work with even though I made multiple changes to my order throughout the process. They really went out of their way to accommodate me and what I wanted for my wedding. Everyone was really great to work with. Definitely recommend!

AWESOME! Not only are the prices fantastic, but so is their staff! Very flexible and will work with you to create an amazing day. They are very nice with any changes you may need to make and are very helpful and kind. All the linens were nicely ironed and looked fantastic!

Luxe Party Rentals was incredible to work with for our backyard beach wedding. Mallory and her husband Phillip were so accommodating and were so gracious with each update we made to our proposal. They came out to the house and measured the yard, got us the perfect size tent and all the “fixings” we needed to make ourselves a perfect wedding. The tent was absolutely beautiful with the lining up inside the ceiling and three chandeliers, bistro string lights, black and white dance floor, and a stage for the band – everything was flawless. Thank you SO much Mallory and Phillip for accommodating us and for your crew building up our backyard into the perfect wedding scene. It was absolutely perfect!

Luxe provided amazing service and products for our wedding. They were easy to work with and very responsive. With any change or question I had, they responded within a day and sometimes the same day. Luxe provides all kinds of options to put the finishing touches on your day. We rented chairs, lighting, vintage props, a tent and a breathtaking cross for the backdrop of our ceremony. Items were delivered and set up to perfection. This is a one stop shop for all your party and wedding planning needs!

I loved Luxe Rentals! We had a long engagement so we constantly kept adding things to our rental agreement, especially the month before the wedding. We made many changes and additions and each time, they were so great about it! They have a large selection of items to rent and great quality! I would definitely recommend using them!!

Luxe Party Rentals was a great company to work with for the ceremony chair rentals for our wedding. They were the only company in Jacksonville I could find that has Mahoganny padded folding chairs with ivory cushions instead of black. The price was comparable though still a bit high but overall the rentals were great. We chose to set them up ourselves as the set up fee was not in our budget and seemed a bit much. In doing this they have strict rules for how they are unpacked and stacked back up if you don't want fines, but we seemed to do just fine as we have not received a fine. There contract signing process and email correspondence was very simple and stress free. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and I would recommend them!

This company is fantastic in all respects. They are quick to respond when you contact them (Sarah and Phillip are great), and it's a perfect company to use if you are looking for no-frills rentals when you are doing the event design on your own. We found it to be a great value for the cost (which is much lower than other companies that design your event for you), and the quality was great, and the service was terrific. Even the guys who came to set up our reception room were pleasant to work with and knew their stuff. Luxe let us set up our event 3 days early since that worked with the venue. Drop off and pick-up were seamless. We used Luxe for table linens, chargers, and italian string lights. I couldn't recommend this company higher.

Luxe was a company we contacted very last minute about some very beautiful benches for our wedding at Treaty Oak Park. The owners were very knowledgeable and easy to work with. They had done numerous events there so it was a piece of cake. The benches were perfect.

Extremely helpful and flexible with schedule to make sure we got the chairs when we needed them. Great quality for a great price.

Phil is such a pleasure to work with. Our wedding was very much a do it yourself kind of day and he made it as easy as pie! Came early in the morning, per request and gladly, set everything up just the way I asked. Very patient, kind, hard working, and takes a lot of pride in his work- his assistant is too!! Phil brought extra tables just in case I changed my mind, as a bride that happened a lot, and he didn't leave until he knew I was satisfied. All of his rentals are HIGH quality and has the best I could find from Jax to the panhandle. He has benches! No one has benches for rent, but Phil did and they were perfect. I would recommend using Luxe Party Rentals to everyone and anyone. Zero complaints, 110% satisfaction.

I was very happy with this company! My husband and I got married on the beach. They had everything set up, keeping the tide in mind and then were able to put everything away seamlessly. The handmade benches and wedding arbor were a beautiful touch and made our day exactly as we wanted it. I would recommend them to anyone!

I rented the chairs for my outdoor ceremony and reception from Luxe Party Rentals, and had the best experience with them! The chairs were the lovely white padded garden chairs, which looked fantastic. They brought the chairs a little earlier than planned- which was amazing because we were behind- and had everything set up quickly. I'm so glad we went with Luxe because rentals are such an integral part of a wedding, it's nice to have a company you can count on to help the day run smoothly!
