I loved using Luxe Redux in a box! It was shipped in beautiful packaging which made me still feel so special while trying on the garments. Plus the customer service was amazing and I felt like I had a personal assistant every step of the way! PLUS the dresses were impeccable and the descriptions were completely accurate of the conditions of the dresses! I had bought a dress a while before the wedding and the dress wasn’t fitting and I didn’t want to spend thousands on a new dress. This was the perfect way to get a designer dress for a fraction of the cost!

This experience has been over the top AMAZING from start to finish! The exceptional communication, service and attention to detail is beyond what you could ask for. I’ve been fortunate to have both experiences, in terms of trying on dresses in a bridal boutique as well as doing the Luxe Redux Try on at Home experience. Although the bridal boutique experience is great and fun, ultimately, it’s a 90 minute appointment and in trying on so many dresses you don’t get to fully immerse yourself in the moment and just take time to see how you really feel in the dress at different times of the day in different lighting. Luxe Redux Try on at Home gives you the opportunity to have 48 hours with your dress, to try it on as many times as want and to think about how you feel in it. I’ve expressed to both Cait and Mary Grace how your dress should be just as unique as the man you said yes to. It’s not about what’s on trend or what you see on TV or magazines. Finding your dress is like finding your mate, it takes time, and the at home try on gives you time to get to know the dress, material, the fit and ultimately the giddy feelings like when you knew your person was the one. Cait, you have MADE this experience beautiful, thrilling and spectacular. Your thoughts, opinions and guidance on different designers, cuts etc were above and beyond the call of duty. Mary Grace, you were just as amazing and wonderful, very attentive and just so happy for me! Ladies, I want to stress this as much as humanly possible, the bridal stylists that work here are INCREDIBLE!!! The level of excitement that they have for you and your special day is exactly what you want when you’re dress shopping. What an incredible experience! I found Luxe Redux after living through a gown disaster. My original gown couldn’t be altered to properly fit me and so I was scrambling for an alternative. The Luxe Redux process was super easy and affordable. I tried on three designer gowns within a couple of days at the last minute and it put my mind at ease knowing I had options. Amazing communication from Cait throughout and easy to mail back. My final dress was not from Luxe Redux but having the home try on options really helped me make my decision. I can’t say enough about the experience - it was amazing! Do it, you will not regret it!

Had a fantastic experience finding a pristine Monique L’Huillier gown about 6 weeks before my wedding. I took a chance and only ordered 1 gown but it fit so well and was in excellent shape. I did it all remotely and it was so nice to be able to try the gown on in the comfort of my own home. Cait was super responsive and helpful. The gown looked gorgeous on the day off. Highly, highly recommend!!

I had been eyeing dresses from this specific designer for a while, but I could not find any retailers near me to try them on in-store. I'd gone to 2 local bridal boutiques and found beautiful dresses by other designers, but I just wasn't sold on them. With a few internet searches, I found that Luxe Redux Bridal carried several of those dresses, and to my surprise they were extremely affordable! I fell in love with a dress that had been used a sample gown in-store. I was nervous about ordering online since bridal sizes can be so different than street sizes, but one of their personal stylists, Cait sent me everything I needed to find my size at home. She was so responsive to every one of my questions/needs. I ordered on Thursday evening, and my dress was at my doorstep by Tuesday afternoon. (Unless you buy a dress off the rack, this is unheard of. I was told the dress I ordered in-store would take 4-6 months to make.) I tried it on as soon as it arrived, and it fit like a glove! The quality was as good, if not better than any I'd tried on at the boutiques. So thankful I found Luxe Redux Bridal!

Luxe Redux bridal really helped me find my dream dress. I began to hyper fixate on a dress that was discontinued about two years ago, and I was searching for any opportunity to see one in person and/or try it on. There were only a few gowns available scattered across the world I was looking at flights to other cities things that would’ve been ultimately very costly had I not ended up choosing the dress. I feel so lucky that they had the dress I was looking for in stock and available to try on from home even though I live several states away. The process was super easy very affordable and the Stylist I spoke to was very friendly and helpful. I ended up being able to secure the dress and I just feel great about everything! I wish more bridal shops offered the box tryon service, especially as a larger bride. I find it very difficult to find Bridal stores that can give me a variety of choices in my size range so it was so nice to have this option! I’m grateful for what Luxe was able to provide for me!

I highly recommend this company for many reasons. Like many others I had tried in several dresses at local stores and just was not able to find the right one. The dress I purchased I had seen online and thought was beautiful however was not able to find one locally to try on and did not feel comfortable making such a large and important purchase without seeing and trying on the dress in person. I loved being able to try on the dress at my home and have more time than the hour or two you get in a bridal in store appointment to make a decision. The process was very easy and smooth. I would 100% recommend this online company. I chose this company because you can try on the dress and send it back if it doesn’t fit! I did not likethe dresses I found locally and I didn’t want to take a chance with something that was not returnable. I had a couple very negative experiences trying on dresses that did not fit in person so, choosing a dress with readily available measurements I knew would fit in the comfort of my own home was very important. It was really nice to have some time to think and spend some time in the dress before deciding. Their prices are very reasonable. Just read the instructions carefully because they have a very short return window.

With less than 60 days until my wedding, I was feeling very uneasy about not having a wedding dress. However, Cait at Luxe went above and beyond to help me find the perfect one. The process of ordering dresses online to try at home is so smart; and all of the dresses I ordered were in great, gently worn condition!! I can't express how grateful I am that Luxe Redux provided me the opportunity to try my wedding dress on at home before purchasing -- I had been eying a certain dress for months but could not find any retailer in my area that had a sample on hand to try on. The dress was everything I dreamed it would be, but I didn't have to deal with the anxiety of purchasing a nearly $2,000 gown without making sure I loved how it looked on me first! I giggle writing this review because I did not realize Cait has been a fairy godmother to so many! I had the most tragic beginning to ordering my bridal jumpsuit for my courthouse elopement, with Cait reaching out to let me know the item was no longer available due to unforeseen circumstances on the carrier's end. She offered to let me know if it became available again, and with a little of her bibbidi-bobbidi-boo magic, the item was available and Cait was ON IT in letting me know! She was kind, understanding, and incredibly helpful, offering suggestions with alterations once I sent a picture to her of myself in the jumpsuit. I have not been in a bridal store yet and Cait truly made me feel as if she was right there by my side the entire time. 20/10 would recommend Luxe Redux Bridal and Cait to any and every bride!

I’d explain Cait as my fairy godmother with dresses. I explained my vision to her and she has been sending me links to dresses she thinks I’d love to check out. It feels like so much more than just a typical wedding dress experience. She goes over and BEYOND!

I’ve tried on at Least 50+ dresses and I finally found my dress through luxe! I love the try on box idea that allows me to try on a dress that I wasn’t able to find in my state! This was the most amazing experience! I found my dress and was so excited I got to try on dresses from different designers from the comfort of my own home! With a limited budget I took my sis to a local discount boutique. I just wanted to get that experience out of my system while finding my silhouette. They were very pushy. I'm a very private person. If you are on a budget DONT PUNISH YOURSELF! Luxe Redux can help. You can have quality designer in your budget! The staff is professional but at the same time, exhibit excitement for YOUR purchase whether it's a $500 sample or a $4000 investment! One day I hope to show up at their shop as a surprise! I am definitely referring my engaged 💍 girfriends! The quality of my Essense dress is amazing. Original price was 2100.00. I can't say enough good things about Luxe Redux Bridal. I used their at home dress try on service and although I didn't pick my dress from the selection I tried the customer service and experience was top notch, so easy to work with and send back. I did so the accessory try on box as well and chose my hair pieces from that. Later I ended up finding my dress at BHLDN but it didn't come with the sleeves, the designer was shipping sleeves out in August and my wedding is in July. I thought I wouldn't be able to get them but then noticed Luxe Redux was carrying a sample with sleeves of my dress, I reached out and they pulled some strings and were able to sell me the sleeves separately! They shipped super quick and I'm so happy I get to have them for my wedding day. If you are in the try on stage I highly recommend this women owned online boutique and if you're looking for accessories don't skip them either. 10/10 thanks again!!

I didn’t even know that you could get a dress last minute, let alone try it on for only $50!! Luxe Redux Bridal has the most incredible selection and prices. Price points for every bride!! Also, I absolutely adore my virtual bridal consult, Cait🥰🥰. She text me and checked on things, responded quickly to all of my questions and made sure I found the perfect dress to say yes to!!!

Such a great experience! While recovering from surgery I was able to shop and use the program to try on gorgeous dresses at home, since I couldn’t go into stores. I had customer service updates, and tracking sent regularly and everything arrived in a timely manner. After everything arrived, a lovely associate reached out to confirm and check to see if I needed further help, alterations, or consultations on other styles. I cannot recommend this service enough. I decided to go an alternative route in search of the perfect wedding dress and do an at-home try on this weekend so I didn’t feel pressured by a sales person in an overpriced boutique. I found this amazing site through a quick google search called luxereduxbridal.com and the entire experience has been 10/10. This is a woman owned company that offers high-end designer gowns at a discount, and all proceeds go to benefit charity. Win-win. I’ve had my own stylist, Cait, who has been communicating with me on a text basis since the gowns were shipped. Such an easy process. You keep the dress you want and send the others back with a provided prepaid return label. The best part of this experience is my 91-year old grandmother got to be a part of this very important decision, and I truly wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. The entire experience was so special and I’m grateful I could share this with her. The gown I chose is an absolute stunner and is unlike anything I’d ever find anywhere close to where I live, and I got it at a great price. I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!!

Beyond grateful to have found Luxe Redux Bridal! After a long engagement, my fiancé and I decided we’d waited long enough and set our date, with only six months to prepare for our wedding. I used the Luxe in a Box at-home try on service to find my wedding dress, and it was truly an amazing experience! The box shipped super quickly, and almost as soon as I received it, a stylist texted me to see if I had questions. My stylist was helpful and kept in contact when I had questions. Now to the dress. Y'all. This was an online designer sample for $500, and I thought there would surely be something wrong with it. It was BEAUTIFUL and AMAZING. I kept it on for half an hour just twirling around. I am so impressed by the sample quality, the customer service, and the ease of receipt and return of my luxe in a box. I am a plus sized bride and was not looking forward to going through a traditional wedding dress experience. I would HIGHLY recommend Luxe Redux Bridal. The website was very clear, I ordered a try on box and ended up finding my wedding dress! The site showed a model that was just my size which was super helpful. I ended up getting a high end dress for $675 which includes a discount they gave for a stuck zipper (as this dress was previously a boutique sample). This dress resembled what I had tried on in person at shops but way more in my price range. The dress also came with clips to try on with. This bridal shop has an only store with a TON of great wedding dresses for ridiculously amazing prices online! I purchased a dress at another bridal shop and I've been having doubts if its "THE ONE". I've been vigorously hunting for another dress on stillwhite or anywhere withing my tiny budget. I somehow stumbled on their website and found a dress that gave me butterflies (VERA WANG TOO!) for a great price. They were SUPER kind and worked with me to help me get the dress. Seriously the best online retailer experience I've had- it really does feel like you're dealing with a small high end boutique, but it's all so convenient and online! When the dress arrived I got a text from my stylist Cait- and it was a real person, not a robot or call center. I didn't end up buying the dress I tried on (it just wasn't the one) and I felt no pressure- Cait even sent me a text reminding me to return it. I loved everything about the Luxe Redux Bridal experience. I found the website looking for a dress from a 2019 collection and I found it on the LRB website so I decided to order two dresses that I liked. That week I tried about 40 dresses in stores and as soon as I made my order through LRB I knew that one of the two dresses I ordered was going to be my dress. Cate was extremely understanding and even let me kept THE dress a couple of extra days so that I could finish trying all the store dresses. Being able to try on the dress at home, with my own mirrors, with natural light helped me so much to see the fit of the dress in “real life”. Also, the final price was incredible and delivery was extremely fast. Congratulations to the Luxe Redux Bridal team for this incredible business idea. I can recommend this experience to everyone. Be aware that some are sample dresses and they might have minor imperfections but the $50 rate is worth paying to try them on at home and make a more informed decision.

After watching what seemed like hundreds of ‘Say Yes to the Dress’ episodes & going to local bridal shops - I stumbled upon LuxRedux. I didn’t know LuxRedux existed but I’m so glad they do! Trying them on at home was a luxury I hadn’t planned on. A one hour appointment in fluorescent lights pales in comparison. My step daughter to be laced me up and my step son to be said, ‘I love it’! I have truly never experienced such amazing customer service from an online retailer in my LIFE! The wedding dress arrived so quickly that it came before my mom and sister would have a chance to see it - Cait was prompt, responsive, kind, and reassuring, and helped figure out a solution so that I could be sure to have their input. Even when the dress didn't work out for my needs, Cait was unbelievably understanding and supportive, which to me was such a testament of how genuinely amazing this company is. Instructions were clear, efficient, everything was packaged nicely and Cait got in touch right away to confirm that the dress had arrived. Cait was my saving grace! I last minute was interested in purchasing a dress skirt that originally came with my dress but at the time, I didn’t buy it. I was within a couple weeks of my wedding day, called over 30 bridal stores within the United States to get told multiple times that it wasn’t possible to get the skirt in time of the wedding. Cait was such a sweet heart and checked in frequently to see how my dress-in-a-box fitted and when I needed to return one she was so helpful at finding me other dress styles that I was searching for and sent another one to me which arrived very quickly! The customer service from this company is phenomenal!!!! I ordered a dress from Luxe Redux online Bridal Shop in Indiana and received my dress within a couple of days! The dress was well packaged, instructions were clearly given in the provided paperwork, and they included 4 clips (2 small, 2 medium) to use when trying on the dress! Within an hour of receiving the gown my personal stylist contacted me to see if I had any questions about the gown or the process. I had a few questions and my stylist answered promptly. I purchased the gown within 24 hours and my stylist messaged to congratulate me immediately and offered to help find a tailor for alterations. She went above and beyond to find me a tailor who could do rush alterations (within 30 days) on the WEEKEND!!!! I greatly appreciate her support and enthusiasm!!!! The entire process went very smoothly!!

Thank goodness for this online bridal shop! I originally found a dress at another boutique but they unfortunately took my money and never ordered my dress leaving me without a dress 30 days before my wedding. I panicked and immediately began looking online and found Luxe Redux Bridal. The shopping experience was soooo so so easy and seamless! I ordered 5 dresses to try on at home. These dresses were in my hands within 3 days and I was able to find the perfect dress for me within a WEEK of starting all over again! I consistently got texts from my stylist helping me along the way and answering ANY question I had! Not only did they have a large selection of designer dresses, I was able to save over $1000 (including alterations!) from the original dress I found from a traditional brick and mortar boutique! I would 1000% recommend this shop to anyone looking for their perfect dress!

This bridal boutique was just as nice, accommodating and helpful as anyone can be! You can search their website for the perfect dress. And if you’re not sure how it will look on you, you can have them ship it to you for a small fee to try it on at home. We shopped boutiques - with appointments and 3-4 hr sessions… Luxe Redux Bridal was more helpful and efficient than any others. We bought a dress and it shipped in 2 days!! YES, I received my dress in 2 days. Not 5-6 months like they tell you at other boutiques. Completely women-owned, and got personal texts and emails with updates and check-ins. Wonderful bridal boutique.

I actually found my dress at Luxe Redux Columbus shop and the stylist (Makayla) was super nice and helpful! Several weeks later I decided to give their online accessory home try on box a shot and I loved the earring and the surprise veil that the stylist threw in! The stylist (Cait) was very responsive and guided me through the process of purchase, there was minor issue of my return label and it was resolved very quickly. I had the honor of trying one of their elegant dresses on through Luxe in a Box. What a great experience. The gown was just heaven to put on. Perfect fit. Although I did not currently purchase my box, I am looking forward to making a decision very soon. Cait was soooo helpful with my questions and cheered me on from afar. It meant the world to me. I was getting nervous about the wedding dress I bought a couple years ago so I decided to order a few from this site to try on. Although I didn’t keep the dresses that were sent, it was a great experience! The communication was consistent and the dresses arrived before their expected date. I love being able to try on at home to change shoes and accessories at will. It was a great experience and I would recommend to anyone!!
