I had the best experience at Luxe Redux in Charlotte with Sara as my stylist. I was feeling discouraged going into the appointment having already tried on almost 30 dresses. I told her exactly what I was looking for and the elements I wanted. She asked permission to pull a wildcard option and that was the one! So grateful for her. I loved how clean and private each dressing room area was. All around a great experience!

d vibe I wanted for my dress. She was so supportive and kind, and has incredible intuition and style. Thanks to her, I said yes to my dress! The rest of the staff were equally as nice and helpful, and even offered to call and cancel the bridal appointment I had scheduled later that day, since it was obvious I felt guilty about doing so despite the appointment no longer being necessary. I can’t recommend this shop enough, they have a gorgeous stock of gowns and an incredible team of consultants. Thank you again to Monique and everyone at Luxe Redux!!

istened so well to what I thought I wanted, paid attention to my reactions with each dress, and was incredibly thoughtful with her recommendations. She made the entire appointment feel fun, comfortable, and personal without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I tried on several dresses that matched what I originally pictured, but the dress I ended up choosing was actually Sara’s final recommendation after she had seen everything I thought I wanted. It was not at all what I expected to walk out with, but it ended up being my absolute dream dress. Sara clearly knows what she is doing, and she has such a gift for understanding brides and finding the right dress. She is a rockstar and truly made the experience unforgettable!
