Jenna made my dress shopping the best it had been the whole day. I went to 3 stores and out of the 3 luxe was the best because of Jenna. She made everything calming, relaxing, fun, exciting, and the best part was she listened to me. She listened to what I did and didn’t like. I ended up coming back to get my dress the same day. When I did I made a point to go give her a hug and to thank her for giving me the best experience possible and for helping me find my dress. We both shared a few tears together and I was so grateful for her. She was unforgettable.

Margo helped me and she was so kind!! She made me feel comfortable and she picked my dress on the third one! I loved my experience and wouldn’t change it for the world!

And when I switched directions on the style dress I wanted, she was a pro and pivoted so easily! She pulled my dream dress and was kind enough to cancel my other two bridal appointments at different shops. Luxe Redux has an amazing dress selection and the best stylists! You can’t go wrong here!

I loved my experience at Luxe Redux!! I found my dress there after 2 previous appointments other places. I asked our consultant Jenna if she had a certain dress, and she knew immediately because she has the entire inventory MEMORIZED! With over 500 hundred dresses in the back, that’s a testament to this salon’s commitment to excellence and only hiring the best people. I had a great experience finding my civil wedding dress at Luxe Redux Bridal! As someone shopping solo (no local family), I really appreciated Fiona's patience and kindness towards me! I already knew that my options would be limited given my budget, but she still gave me the same respect and consideration as anyone buying more expensive dresses. Her small talk did not feel forced at all, and what I appreciated the most was that she gave me TIME and space to Facetime my loved ones and figure out how I felt in the dress I tried on rather than pressuring me to make a decision quickly! I didn't expect to walk out with a dress coming in (I just wanted to see what my options were), but I loved the dress I tried on so much that I had to get it! My last stop after a very overwhelming day ended up being where I found that one :) thanks so much Luxe Redux!

I had an amazing experience at Luxe Redux! Brittany was the sweetest ever and helped me find the dress of my dreams! I had previously visited some other shops that couldn’t quite find the dress I was envisioning, but I felt like Brittany made it her personal mission to find the perfect dress for me (and she did!). She also kept our budget in mind. She was very tentative and I did not feel rushed at all. She treated me like a friend and made me feel so confident and comfortable throughout the time I was there. I couldn’t have asked for someone or somewhere better to find THE dress for my big day.

I absolutely loved my experience at Luxe Redux! I found the one here, and I couldn’t be happier! Jenna was amazing—she truly listened to my vision and pulled the most beautiful, unique styles that helped me figure out exactly what I wanted. She was kind, thoughtful, professional, and so personal—it felt like working with a friend. I had such a blast with her, and she made the whole experience so enjoyable! Her authenticity really shone through, and I felt so comfortable the entire time. Not only was my dress an incredible deal, but it’s absolutely stunning—a breathtaking piece from their collection that I’m so in love with. 😍 The store itself is also gorgeous, making the whole experience even more special. I also found my dream veil here—everything just came together perfectly! The experience was magical. my mom, future MIL, and two bridesmaids there to share the moment with me. I had one more bridal appointment scheduled for the day, but Jenna made it easy by calling to cancel and applying the fee I would have paid to my dress. Such a relief! Plus, I was able to get a bridal box to store my dress in, so I won’t be stressing over cleaning it later. Overall, it was an incredible experience that I’ll always cherish! 🤍

I was so nervous trying on wedding dresses and unfortunately I had just come from a terrible appointment across the street. Jenna changed all of that for me in an instant and made the day I'd been dreaming about become a dream come true. At an appointment close by, I had felt rushed, pressured and backed into a corner. I left feeling very defeated. It took no time for Jenna to completely turn my day around. She really took the time to understand who I was, what I liked and the overall vision I have for my wedding. I couldn't believe how on point she was with picking what she pulled. She did so good in fact that I couldn't decide between two. But at no point did she make me feel pressure to make a decision, she allowed me to try them both on over and over, and added a veil, sleeves etc. to help me see my vision. She gave such amazing advice and walked me thru different scenarios I would have never considered. I left the appointment so excited to have found not one but two choices I couldn't go wrong with. Jenna then proceeded to work with me when the time was right to get back in with fresh eyes and make a decision. She's seriously so sweet and will make you and your guests feel so comfortable and special. I highly highly recommend if you want to make your day an unforgettable experience.

I had the best experience at Luxe Redux bridal in Cincinnati. It was my first time trying on dresses and I wasn't entirely sure what style I wanted but Jenna was amazing!! They have so many dresses to choose from and Jenna was super attentive during the entire process. And I got to walk out of the store with my dress. Can't recommend enough!!

My experience at Luxe Redux Bridal was nothing short of perfect! This was my first (and last) time shopping for my wedding dress and Jenna was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I had to say from styles, and what I liked or disliked about each dress we tried. I had heard so many negative things about wedding dress shopping prior to my appointment and Jenna proved every single one of them wrong. The dresses I tried, but didn’t love still made me feel beautiful! She also stayed within my budget and has an EYE for size. The dress I said yes to, fits me so well and made me feel more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. She also silently took note when I tried on MY dress, that it was the only one I said I “loved” right off the bat and revealed that later when I tried it on again. She was incredibly kind, and thoughtful. I went back to Luxe Redux 2 days later to buy my dress and even though Jenna was sadly not there, I received wonderful and accommodating service from the only employee there that was managing one appointment, and a walk in while also trying to find my dress, let me try it on again before I walked out, double bagged it because my fiancé was in the car and get me through the steps to walk out with my dress. I felt no feelings of judgment from anyone I have encountered in that location, they have all been incredibly sweet, supportive and accommodating. Thank you again Jenna! It was so fun working with you!

If you want to feel like a true bride with the ultimate hype team, you need to see Jenna at LuxeRedux. I had horrible experience at another bridal shop right before my appointment with Jenna and was ready to throw in the towel. Immediately, Jenna had amazing vibes and made me feel right at home. She listened to everything I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me look for ”THE ONE” after a horrible experience. She made “Saying Yes to the Dress” memorable. They had an amazing selection of dresses. Jenna let me try on anything I wanted and supported me the whole way. I highly recommend Jenna and her team at LuxeRedux.

My stylist Jenna made my try on experience at Luxe great! Luxe was the first place I tried dresses on and I ended up going back to say yes to my dress. They made it easy to text them to stay in contact for a retry appointment with my favorites.

Luxe Redux was my first official dress shopping experience, initially I had looked at a few closing stores but hadn’t tried on a lot of dresses before going the Luxe Redux. Margo was my stylist and she absolutely hit it out of the park. I came in with some inspiration and she hit the nail right on the head with dresses she was pulling for me! She made me feel so comfortable and I genuinely had so much fun trying dresses on with my mom and sister because of her! The third dress Margo put me in was the winner (even though I tried on more after I kept return to the third dress), and she paired it with stunning veil that I couldn’t leave without buying either! Would definitely recommend visiting! They have a lot of off the rack options and recommend seamstresses in the area (some of which will work with the store directly)! Made the dress shopping fun and stress free!

I went to Luxe Redux a little nervous as it was my first time dress shopping. Jenna was absolutely fantastic to work with and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience. MARGO IS INCREDIBLE. She was the perfect balance of careful listening, providing customized recommendations, and sharing industry knowledge. She showed my family and I the perfect time, was kind, and didn’t mind my waffling during the appointment then charging back in a few hours later to try it on again. She did her research ahead of time, and nailed my style perfectly. In general, the store is gorgeous and you can’t beat the prices or, frankly, the selection. 1000% recommend for finding your dream dress.

I just got my dress here! Jenna was amazing. She was very sweet and did an excellent job picking out dresses, even picking out one that I had no idea would be the one. They have a great selection of sizes as well.

My mom and I went together to begin the wedding dress process with Luxe Redux Cincinnati. We were SO HAPPY to find THE DRESS was the first one I tried on. I really enjoyed how this was a more personalized process. They text you before to ask for pics of inspiration or for your wedding Pinterest page. They are patient and listen to your thoughts on each dress. I really didn’t have a good idea of what I wanted before coming in, and so I couldn’t give a ton of direction but it did not matter at all. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I cannot say enough good things about Luxe Redux! I truly felt like a princess the entire day and I felt so beautiful. I had Margo as my stylist and she was the most perfect person EVER! I absolutely adore her for how fun, easy, and enjoyable she made finding the perfect dress for me and the guests I brought with me! She actually went completely above and beyond. I will forever remember how wonderful this experience was and I hope Margo knows how much she means to me! I'll always recommend Luxe Redux and I honestly wish I could give more than 5 stars to them!
