Luxe Redux Bridal Cincinnati

Luxe Redux Bridal was my first and only boutique visited to shop for my wedding gown. The whole experience was perfect, a dream come true. They have a beautiful selection of gowns. I was so lucky to have Fiona as my stylist. She brought such a good vibe to the day! She is so kind and went above and beyond to make the day so special. The very first dress she chose for me was the one I said yes to and could not be happier!

I had Margo! She was so helpful and positive and made me feel very comfortable! The store had a beautiful selection of dresses and I found THE ONE in my first visit! Margo listened and catered to my choices of dresses and helped me find a dress that felt perfectly me! Thank you Luxe Redux!!!

My experience at Luxe Redux Bridal was nothing short of perfect! This was my first (and last) time shopping for my wedding dress and Jenna was absolutely incredible! She made me feel so comfortable and listened to everything I had to say from styles, and what I liked or disliked about each dress we tried. I had heard so many negative things about wedding dress shopping prior to my appointment and Jenna proved every single one of them wrong. The dresses I tried, but didn’t love still made me feel beautiful! She also stayed within my budget and has an EYE for size. The dress I said yes to, fits me so well and made me feel more beautiful than I could’ve imagined. She also silently took note when I tried on MY dress, that it was the only one I said I “loved” right off the bat and revealed that later when I tried it on again. She was incredibly kind, and thoughtful. I went back to Luxe Redux 2 days later to buy my dress and even though Jenna was sadly not there, I received wonderful and accommodating service from the only employee there that was managing one appointment, and a walk in while also trying to find my dress, let me try it on again before I walked out, double bagged it because my fiancé was in the car and get me through the steps to walk out with my dress. I felt no feelings of judgment from anyone I have encountered in that location, they have all been incredibly sweet, supportive and accommodating. Thank you again Jenna! It was so fun working with you!

If you want to feel like a true bride with the ultimate hype team, you need to see Jenna at LuxeRedux. I had horrible experience at another bridal shop right before my appointment with Jenna and was ready to throw in the towel. Immediately, Jenna had amazing vibes and made me feel right at home. She listened to everything I was looking for and went above and beyond to help me look for ”THE ONE” after a horrible experience. She made “Saying Yes to the Dress” memorable. They had an amazing selection of dresses. Jenna let me try on anything I wanted and supported me the whole way. I highly recommend Jenna and her team at LuxeRedux.

My stylist Jenna made my try on experience at Luxe great! Luxe was the first place I tried dresses on and I ended up going back to say yes to my dress. They made it easy to text them to stay in contact for a retry appointment with my favorites.

Luxe Redux was my first official dress shopping experience, initially I had looked at a few closing stores but hadn’t tried on a lot of dresses before going the Luxe Redux. Margo was my stylist and she absolutely hit it out of the park. I came in with some inspiration and she hit the nail right on the head with dresses she was pulling for me! She made me feel so comfortable and I genuinely had so much fun trying dresses on with my mom and sister because of her! The third dress Margo put me in was the winner (even though I tried on more after I kept return to the third dress), and she paired it with stunning veil that I couldn’t leave without buying either! Would definitely recommend visiting! They have a lot of off the rack options and recommend seamstresses in the area (some of which will work with the store directly)! Made the dress shopping fun and stress free!

I went to Luxe Redux a little nervous as it was my first time dress shopping. Jenna was absolutely fantastic to work with and made me feel so comfortable throughout the experience. She listened to all of my desires for my dream wedding dress and picked the perfect one first try! My family and I had so much fun with her, and the pricing was incredibly fair for the product. I’m so excited to walk down the aisle in my dress, and I couldn’t recommend Luxe Redux or Jenna enough!

I had the best experience at Luxe Redux from the beginning! It was the first stop when trying on dresses and I was very nervous at the concept of a room full of people watching me try on dresses and the small intimate space immediately made me feel more comfortable. Our consultant Alyssa was so friendly & personable and she instantly made herself a part of our group of friends and family. I tried on quite a few dresses that I think I would have been willing to settle on, but she was very insistent, but in a very comforting and reassuring way that there would be a dress that I would love more than others and even if it wasn’t in their store, I would know when I found it and sure enough I did. I put on a dress (photos attached) and didn’t want to take it off. The store covered my appointment cancelation fees for other try-on appointments I had later in the day which was a very accommodating touch I did not expect. I have since recommended the location to two other friends who have gone on to purchase their dresses there. I will continue to recommend!

MARGO IS INCREDIBLE. She was the perfect balance of careful listening, providing customized recommendations, and sharing industry knowledge. She showed my family and I the perfect time, was kind, and didn’t mind my waffling during the appointment then charging back in a few hours later to try it on again. She did her research ahead of time, and nailed my style perfectly. In general, the store is gorgeous and you can’t beat the prices or, frankly, the selection. 1000% recommend for finding your dream dress.

Jenna was incredible to work with! She knew exactly what I was looking for and really heard what I wanted. The FIRST dress she had pulled was EXACTLY what I was going for and after trying on a few other gorgeous options I ended up going with her first pick! I’m so grateful to have met and connected with such a wonderful consultant. Luxe is also such a gorgeous shop with a fabulous bridal vibe. I love the fact that you get your own space for your friends and family to all be in the same room with you and not have to share the space with other brides during your appointment! It truly makes your time special and doesn’t feel like any other regular shopping experience. Makes you feel like the day is about YOU and your once in a lifetime special moment. Couldn’t recommend enough!!!

I just got my dress here! Jenna was amazing. She was very sweet and did an excellent job picking out dresses, even picking out one that I had no idea would be the one. They have a great selection of sizes as well.

My mom and I went together to begin the wedding dress process with Luxe Redux Cincinnati. We were SO HAPPY to find THE DRESS was the first one I tried on. I really enjoyed how this was a more personalized process. They text you before to ask for pics of inspiration or for your wedding Pinterest page. They are patient and listen to your thoughts on each dress. I really didn’t have a good idea of what I wanted before coming in, and so I couldn’t give a ton of direction but it did not matter at all. Would definitely recommend this shop to anyone!

I worked with Margo and it was an absolute dream. She had me try on a few different styles and fits so I could be confident in my choice. I ended up saying YES to the very first one I tried on! Thank you Margo for making me feel so beautiful and special.

Jenna at Luxe Redux was absolutely incredible! I had been to two other bridal shops prior, called Luxe to see if they could move my appointment up, and Jenna was able to accommodate! She looked through my inspo board prior to the appointment, and then listened and understand exactly what I wanted when I explained in person. Every dress she pulled surprised me in the best possible way. It was like she listened to what I wanted and then found something even better. I ended up choosing one of their exclusive designs, so it will be brand new and in my size. I could not be happier with my decision to shop at Luxe Redux!!

I cannot say enough good things about Luxe Redux! I truly felt like a princess the entire day and I felt so beautiful. I had Margo as my stylist and she was the most perfect person EVER! I absolutely adore her for how fun, easy, and enjoyable she made finding the perfect dress for me and the guests I brought with me! She actually went completely above and beyond. I will forever remember how wonderful this experience was and I hope Margo knows how much she means to me! My experience at Luxe Redux was perfect. Margo knew exactly what I was looking for and she fit right in with me and my group, so it was a great experience! Margo was so excited that I was interested in a black wedding dress, and even though I decided against it simply because of the ball gown shape, she fulfilled my Helena dreams. I tried on 5 dresses in all and walked away with *the one*, selected by Margo.

Alyssa was absolutely incredible. I got my dress "early" in the wedding planning process (we were engaged for 6 months and I got my dress about 4 months out to account for alterations). I talked with Alyssa when I made the appointment on the phone and we discussed likes and dislikes, wants and things to avoid. She was able to use this information when she pulled dresses when we arrived for our appointment. After I put on the first dress, she asked "How does it feel?" and all I could say was "It feels real, it's really going to happen!" She pulled 4-5 more dresses to let me get a feel for what all was out there, but needless to say, I went with that first dress and it was absolutely perfect. Alyssa was able to provide information for a seamstress and the preservation company/kit. She made the entire dress buying experience so fun and so great. We laughed the entire time. I still cry when I hear "Time of My Life" and can hear her saying "Are you saying yes to the dress?" - weird the little details you remember! I can't thank Alyssa enough!

Knowing nothing about wedding dress shopping, I made an appointment on line with Luxe due to the ease of the process and website. My daughter is the bride-to-be but lives out of the country, so I was nervous about picking the wrong place for her. Her trip home to find a dress was so exciting. We went to our appointment and was immediately delighted with the personnel and the store itself. Brittany was our stylist. That girl was amazing! Professional, knowledgeable, patient, engaging and just as excited as we were. Little did we know, we found the perfect dress. We still shopped around the area a bit and talked, but returned to Brittany for one last fit to confirm the selection. I had an amazing experience at Luxe! They took me in earlier than my appt was scheduled and got me back into the beautiful fitting area within 10 min and immediately got me started, asked me great questions about my style and what I wanted, made feel amazing especially being a plus size bride! I would 10/10 recommend them!

Shopping at Luxe Redux was an amazing experience! I was worried based on their website that their inventory was somewhat limited, but that worry turned out to be misplaced, as they had literally hundreds of gorgeous, quality gowns to try on. Margo was absolutely wonderful during my appointment. She was so friendly and fun, really listened to both my mom and I to figure out what I was wanting, and is a fantastic hype woman! She found and helped me try on several dresses and once I had a favorite, helped me pick out the perfect veil. And we were shocked at what a great deal we were able to get! I was able to get the most amazing dress AND veil for less than we would have spent on just the dress at other stores we visited. I absolutely cannot recommend Luxe Redux enough!

Yesterday was a special day made even more special by the attentive staff at Luxe Redux. Margo & Brittany were so kind and were wonderful listeners. This was evidenced in the dresses Margo chose for my daughter to try on. She was patient and we never felt rushed to make a decision. All the stars for this sweet boutique.

Jenna, my bridal stylist, was AMAZING!! She knew all the right questions to ask me to figure out what I was envisioning for my dream dress. Then when she listened to every question, concern and comment I made, she knew the exact dresses she wanted to pull from their huge inventory to keep getting closer and closer to helping me find the dress I had in my mind. My mother and sister felt comfortable in the boutiques and also listened to by Jenna. This was my first bridal appointment I went to in the dress shopping process and I’m so glad this was my first stop because Jenna helped me say yes to the dress. I got to take the dress home that day! This was an amazing experience, and I couldn’t have done it without Jenna! She even called the other appointments I had scheduled that day and cancelled them for me! Then, she sent me a list of recommended seamstresses for alterations.

Margo was absolutely FANTASTIC! I never thought I was going to find the perfect dress, but I left with my perfect dress in hand! The entire experience was so magical. I had no idea which style I wanted so Margo pulled dresses of every type and we started from there. we had the absolute best experience with Alyssa! I tried on about 5-6 dresses in our 2hr appointment time and she knew what J liked because she had taken the extra time to look at my pinterest broad and even asked more about it when we got into the store! And even though we knew what I liked we looked at other things to make sure we didn’t miss out! Alyssa really wanted to make this experience the best and she did! me and my mom ended up crying!! I’m so lucky to have had a great experience at this store!! would recommend over and over again!!!

This was one of the best experiences ever! I worked with Alyssa and she truly was the best! She pulled out styles I requested but also put in some surprises and I fell in love with just about every dress! She was very helpful, kind and patient! I had been to three other shops and from the moment I stepped into Luxe my stylist Jenna made me feel so special. She really took the time to get to know me, what my likes and dislikes are and really dove into what I was searching for. Alyssa at LUXE Bridal was FREAKING AMAZING! She made me feel so welcome, comfortable and beautiful during such an overwhelming experience. Had the absolute best experience at Luxe Redux! The previous week I’d gone to a larger shop and, while it was fun, it was also a bit overwhelming and a bit rushed. At Luxe Redux, my stylist Jenna really took the time to help me understand what I was looking for and ended up finding me the perfect dress. We ended up going with an entirely different dress than I had pictured myself in, & and I’m so grateful that she knew what dresses to pull for me that would fit perfectly. It was an added bonus being able to take my dress & veil home the very same day! Highly recommend!!

This was a different experience from what i was used to as they chose dresses for me to try on based off on what I described as my style. Margo worked patiently with me as I turned down different styles and requested certain ones. I ended up picking the first dress I tried on ! This place gave good vibes and allows for six of your friends or family members to watch!

After trying on a bunch of dresses at a pervious appointment I thought I had found my dress and decided to look at one more bridal boutique(thank god). My appointment was with Margo who was amazing from start to finish! She takes pride in being a stylist and wow is she incredible at her job! I wasn’t too sure once I found out they had a no touch policy and I wasn’t able to pick out dresses to try on, they pick them for you based off of your wish list/ Pinterest board. Margo completely knocked it out of the park! Every dress she brought in was beautiful and most were exactly the style and look I wanted. I put the first dress on and it instantly brought me to tears and I knew it was the one! I didn’t even try on another dresses and was able to take it home with me that day! The dress was breathtaking and fit almost perfectly so little alterations have to be made. Thank you Margo for finding my Dream Wedding dress!

Hands down my favorite dress shopping experience. I would know, I bought 2 dresses that felt pressured into buying from other bridal shops. I worked with Margo and she made sure that I felt comfortable and confident the whole time. She really listened to what I said while throwing out wild cards the whole time. My pick ended up being the very first dress she put on me and I could not be happier. Not to mention the prices are amazing. Don’t waste your time at the typical stores this place is amazing!

I went wedding dress looking with a few of my family members, and our first stop was Luxe Redux. I had no plan of purchasing a dress, only to get an idea of what fit me best. I was paired with Margo, and she was phenomenal from the start! Margo worked so hard finding dresses that fit me, helped me in them, listened to my feedback, and adjusted accordingly. The very first dress she brought out was the one I fell in love with, and ultimately ended up purchasing. I loved it! The experience shopping at Luxe Redux is so much different than some of the other bridal stores around there. I went to a second appointment just to see the difference and they were not as organized, they didn’t help me in my dresses, just said “here, step in it,” and handed the dress to me. I felt special at Luxe Redux, and the staff was just phenomenal. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE ALL AROUND!

Leading up to the appointment, I had a running text conversation with Margo, my stylist, so that I could share ideas and inspiration. She commented throughout and asked thoughtful questions about why I liked specific styles. On the try-on day, Margo pulled dresses from the website that I liked and one that combined all the thoughts about what I was looking for in my dress. I can’t say enough good things about my bridal stylist Margo! During my consultation call, I explained my frustration with my prior appointments at other shops. I spent so much time and energy answering their questions, putting together my Pinterest board, etc. And then it was clear that the consultant didn't look at any of it before the appointment. Margo STUDIED me before I got there. She looked at every detail on my wedding website. She reviewed my consultation notes with a fine tooth comb and deeply understood my frustrations. She wanted to inspect my engagement ring, know everything about the proposal, and I was really blown away by how much she cared. She didn’t make me go through racks with her. She got me in a fitting room, put a dress on me… and I was in shock. I didn’t know it was possible to love a dress this much. The first thing I said was, “my mom is going to freak out”. And then she did. We laughed, we cried, and we celebrated. It was the “find the dress” moment my mom dreamed about my whole life. The first dress Margo put me in was “the one”. I will never forget this experience and I will be forever grateful to Margo for creating this special day for me and my mom. I HIGHLY recommend Margo and Luxe Redux!!!

I worked with Jenna and she was so personable and made the experience so easy and she pulled great options all around. She even found me the veil too! So, if you have to wait, remember it's not intentional; everyone deserves their time finding their dream dress. When it was my turn to start trying on dresses, my stylist, Alyssa, arrived, and I immediately felt at ease. She made the once-in-a-lifetime experience of shopping for my wedding dress even more special by making me feel beautiful and confident. Alyssa understood my style better than I did. The first dress I tried on wasn't the one I chose, but it was beautiful, and I tried it on to get out of my comfort zone. The next dress I tried on differed from what I thought I wanted. Once I put it on, I instantly fell in love with it. It was different from what I had envisioned, but it was undoubtedly THE dress for me. I took the dress off and asked Alyssa privately more about the dress. Alyssa told me the price and that it had just come that week. I immediately knew it was the one. The moment I tried it on again, I was overcome with emotion. Everyone agreed- this dress was me. Alyssa then helped me accessorize with veils and earrings, enhancing my confidence even further. The entire process was seamless, thanks to Alyssa. I am so glad she was my stylist because I couldn't have had a better experience. Going into this, I told my mom that I just wanted to try on a dress and buy a cheaper one online because I didn't think I would find the dress for me. Well, guess what? I FOUND THE DRESS for me!! I can't recommend Alyssa enough. I also recommend having an idea in your mind and being open to anything. After we left, everyone talked about how amazing Alyssa was and how the day was so fun. Everyone said that the dress couldn't have been more perfect. I agree, too. You are in more than good hands if you have Alyssa as your stylist. I went to Luxe Redux a few days after Christmas and found my dream wedding dress! Jenna was my stylist and she was amazing! She was great at helping me feel comfortable so I could truly enjoy the experience. She looked at my Pinterest board before I came and pulled a dress that matched it perfectly which I said yes too! I visited Luxe Redux this past weekend as my very first dress appointment and I was able to find the perfect dress. The stylist, Brittany was extremely helpful and was very respectful of the budget that I came in with. I was able to find a dress that I really love and not over-spend on it. I've been dress shopping with others in the past and this was definitely my favorite salon that I've visited. The lighting was great and made me feel confident (some salons have been dim and that really makes a difference when trying something on!). I also really appreciated that it didn't feel like the stylist was trying to pressure me into anything and felt very genuine. It was overall a great experience! <3

This was my last appointment of 4 in one day. I walked in, told Alyssa what I’d been liking in other dresses and what I didn’t like, and the first dress she pulled ended up being the one. She booked me another 2 hour try-on the next day (typically second tries are only 1 hour) so I could bring my divorced parents with me to see my dress, and helped mediate the conversation the whole time. Everything went beautifully and I walked out the door with my dream dress in a garment bag, and the veil ordered and on the way. We had a wonderful experience finding my wedding dress at Luxe Redux Cincinnati! Our consultant was Brittany and she was super knowledgeable and friendly. She was able to listen to what I was and wasn’t looking for, and pulled quite a few options for me to try within my $1500 and under price range. This was the 7th shop I’d visited (which feels absurd to actually type out), so my list was pretty detailed. I loved the idea of being able to purchase the dress that day and have it in hand right away. The dress that I ultimately bought was different than anything I expected, and I have Brittany to thank for that! I’d certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking to find their unique dress at a reasonable price point. Thanks so much for helping me find THE one!!

There are SO many great things I loved about Luxe, I don't know where to start! When we first arrived, we were greeted with a smile and they were so kind! My stylist, Fiona, walked me through the process since it was my first ever appointment and pulled a bunch of different dress options for me to try to help narrow what I loved! Both her and Alyssa pulled a dress they thought I'd love and I ended up absolutely loving the dress! I hesitated for a few days because I didn't want to be impulsive but Fiona checked in with me throughout the week and I ultimately decided to come back in for a retry and said YES TO THE DRESS!! Everyone was so kind and patient and supportive through the whole experience and I can't thank them enough for all they did for me! To any and all brides who want a fun experience, a great price on BEAUTIFUL size-inclusive dresses, and stylists that listen and bounce ideas with you - Luxe is the place to be! I had a great experience with Fiona at Luxe and Redux! She listened to all of my comments about the dresses she was pulling and did so wonderful helping me find my dress! It was my first appointment and I didn't come in with a perfect vision of what I wanted, but I am so pleased and excited to wear my wedding dress! Luxe Redux will forever have a special place in my heart! The whole staff that I got the honor of working with at the Columbus, OH and Cincinnati, OH locations were great!
