Luxe Redux Bridal Cleveland

t from other bridal shopping experiences I’ve had. This was my first bridal appointment, and I brought family and friends with me to share the experience. Even they commented afterward that it felt underwhelming and wasn’t what they expected from a bridal boutique. One challenge was that customers aren’t able to browse the racks and select dresses themselves. While my stylist was friendly, I often felt that my questions and requests were met with uncertainty or that the store didn’t carry styles similar to what I was describing. Since my requests felt fairly common, this was frustrating. I can see the value of Luxe Redux for brides looking for a more budget-conscious option. However, I was disappointed by the quality of many of the fabrics. For the price point, I expected the dresses to feel more luxurious and high-end. Overall, while the concept may work well for some brides, the experience and product quality did not meet my expectations and left me feeling disappointed rather than excited.

lling and speaking to Emily, who was so kind and patient in answering our many questions. From the moment we arrived, Erin was just as wonderful. She was welcoming, easy to work with, and created a comfortable and nonjudgmental atmosphere. Erin is professional and friendly, but what impressed me most was how genuinely attentive she was to what I wanted. She found me THE dress that checked every box that I wanted and stayed in our price range, even factoring in the price, timing, and complexity of further alterations, which she did not have to do but was helpful because we were clueless about all of the above and wouldn’t have known. She was very perceptive and quickly figured out what was important to us and at no point did she make me feel like my preferences were too difficult or too picky, nor did I feel pressured to buy. This was my first (and only) wedding dress appointment and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience thanks to Erin and Emily who made the process painless. I really recommend them whether you’re excited about the process of finding a dress or more anxious like I was.

one I left the store with.

beyond to make sure I felt exactly that. She made sure I found my perfect dress, accessories and that I felt like a bride!! I even just received a personalized thank you note, which I thought was such a unique touch! 😊

ast thing I expected was to find the perfect dress. Erin assisted me and she was incredibly patient and helpful. She went above and beyond to find me one; quickly honing in on the dress that checked all of the boxes of what I wanted. I highly recommend booking an appointment!

ts engaged.” Well, lo and behold, I got engaged first and decided to go there. So, I reach out and make an appointment nervous if I will find a dress that makes me looks good. I meet Chloe who is cool and friendly and really gets me. Dress number one was THE dress. She offered a couple of more options just so I wouldn’t walk away second guessing myself, but we both knew I found my dress and it’s because of Chloe. Thank you, Chloe, and Luxe Redux. I got the dress of my dreams because of you.

try on and feel good in! Madison was amazing and really listened to what I was looking for and found the perfect dress. It was a truly amazing experience!

listened to what I was looking for, and made the entire experience so much fun. Her positive attitude and encouragement made dress shopping such a memorable experience. I highly recommend asking for Madison if you're looking for someone who truly cares about helping you find your perfect dress!

some pictures of my vision. Upon arrival Erin greeted us and talk to us for a minute about my vision and she went and grabbed some dresses. And long and behold the First dress I tried on was my dress! I highly recommend this place and working with Erin!

e whatsoever in my decision making. Chloe guided me along with great ease in changing dress throughout my visit. What I liked about the store was starting out with 3 dresses and not feeling overwhelmed! Chloe made it easy to determine what I liked and what was most important to me in a wedding gown. Thank you for listening to my requests and having an open mind. I would recommend your store to anyone bride to be.

ess. She even got me thinking about some options I never would have considered for myself. I was afraid I'd feel insecure and out of my depth, especially since I'm a few months postpartum, but Chloe made me feel incredibly comfortable, beautiful, and valued. Highly recommend this experience!

dibly sweet and helpful!

o what she pulled for me to try on. After trying on several dresses, I found my dress and I couldn’t have had a better experience thanks to her!

ave so many people there to support me and Mason. It was a dream moment and I couldn’t have asked for anything better.

n appointment here!!

es that complimented my figure and style! She found exactly what I was looking for and I said “I do” to the dress! I should’ve came here first! Highly recommend!

you to get a feel of your style, what you like, don’t like, inspiration pictures, and where you are in your dress journey before you even step foot in the door so that they can make the most out of your appointment. They really take the time at your appointment to get to know you and your style as well before they decide what styles to pull for you first. They are so personable and make you feel so confident, comfortable, and relaxed during this experience. I could not recommend this shop more, and especially Abby!

s wonderfully!!

t was that she remembered details from previous visits and really listened — using everything she'd learned about my taste to quietly guide me toward the right dress. Nothing ever felt rushed or overwhelming. Chloe has a rare gift for making you feel completely comfortable in what can be a surprisingly vulnerable process. She's knowledgeable, intuitive, and somehow manages to be both professional and feel like a friend — the kind of stylist who gets genuinely excited for you, and makes the whole experience feel like it's exactly as big a deal as it is without making it overwhelming. Madison, as store manager, was a constant and reassuring presence throughout all three visits. She wasn't just overseeing things from a distance — she checked in, remembered where I was in the process, and made sure every appointment felt seamless. You can tell she genuinely cares about every bride who walks through the door, and her hands-on approach sets Luxe Redux apart from the moment you arrive. What struck me about Luxe Redux is how naturally inclusive the whole experience felt. The team reads the room beautifully — adapting their energy and approach without missing a beat. It's the kind of place where LGBTQ+ couples and neurodivergent brides can walk in and just breathe, knowing they're in good hands. That's not something every bridal shop gets right, and Luxe Redux absolutely does. On my final visit, new team member Rachel was shadowing and already had the warmth and attentiveness of someone who's been doing this for years — a great sign of the team they're building. I'll be honest — I walked into this process not knowing where to start or what I was looking for, and that felt daunting. Walking out with my dress, the relief was immediate and enormous — like I could finally breathe again. And then came the excitement, and with it, the quiet confidence of knowing I'd found the one. Luxe Redux doesn't just help you find a dress — Chloe, Madison, and the whole team take care of you the whole way through, and that makes all the difference.

ped me find a perfect dress!

he process was super easy & smooth. Chloe was super fun to talk to and was very genuine and kind when asking about myself & my fiance. Highly recommend this bridal shop and Chloe!

The appointment was intimate and I didn't feel rushed at all. They have such a wide selection to choose from with beautiful veils and accessories. I cannot wait to feel like the most beautiful bride in my Luxe Redux wedding dress.

s. Emily was a dream, made it so fun and easy, always keeping in mind my thoughts and feelings. Madison truly is a gem to have the eye for assisting with incorporation of a vintage dress. I could not have been more pleased with my time at Luxe Redux and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for high quality and affordable dresses.

welcoming, the staff is so kind, and the dresses are gorgeous. Cannot recommend this place enough!
