Madison, as store manager, was a constant and reassuring presence throughout all three visits. She wasn't just overseeing things from a distance — she checked in, remembered where I was in the process, and made sure every appointment felt seamless. You can tell she genuinely cares about every bride who walks through the door, and her hands-on approach sets Luxe Redux apart from the moment you arrive. What struck me about Luxe Redux is how naturally inclusive the whole experience felt. The team reads the room beautifully — adapting their energy and approach without missing a beat. It's the kind of place where LGBTQ+ couples and neurodivergent brides can walk in and just breathe, knowing they're in good hands. That's not something every bridal shop gets right, and Luxe Redux absolutely does. On my final visit, new team member Rachel was shadowing and already had the warmth and attentiveness of someone who's been doing this for years — a great sign of the team they're building. I'll be honest — I walked into this process not knowing where to start or what I was looking for, and that felt daunting. Walking out with my dress, the relief was immediate and enormous — like I could finally breathe again. And then came the excitement, and with it, the quiet confidence of knowing I'd found the one. finding it! Chloe was my stylist and made me feel so comfortable and heard. She asks such good questions which immensely helped me in the decision making process. Her questions and knowledge of the dresses and bridal styling is what made it so easy. I also had a group of 7 and they were able to accommodate the group which really mattered to me! And of course, I found my dream dress (at a lower price than I expected to pay)!!! I highly recommend Chloe and the Luxe Redux shop. Thank you!!

My experience at Luxe Redux in Cleveland was so warm and relaxed in the best way. I felt heard and supported while trying on different types of gowns, making decisions about what I liked and didn't like. Emily took her time and got to know me personally. Thank you, Emily, for being so kind! You are amazing at your job...you found me THE ONE (in my first bridal appt, might I add) and I couldn't be anymore thankful! I came in mainly so that my mom could share the experience with me, since I don’t live here, and I never imagined I would actually leave with a dress that made me feel absolutely and surprisingly beautiful. My friends encouraged me to keep an open mind. I thought I only wanted a short dress, but Madison, my concierge, was truly incredible at guiding me through the process. She has such a gift for this - she made me feel comfortable, understood exactly what I was looking for, and even pushed me gently out of my comfort zone. Together, we found four variations of what I had envisioned, and she helped me see the beauty in each one. People always talk about that moment when you “just know” it’s your dress. I never believed it - until it happened to me. Madison’s eye, her experience, and her way of bringing my vision to life were truly remarkable. I believe she manages the store, and it’s clear that anyone she trains is fortunate to learn not just the craft, but also how to treat brides with such care and respect. Not once did I feel pressured to buy; instead, Madison genuinely wanted me to find the dress I loved and felt comfortable in. Mission accomplished! Bravo to Madison and the Lux Redux team!
