But I couldn’t deny it when I put on that dress, that it was the one I needed. Rachel was excellent to work with and she had me try on many many styles, some that I would never think to try on. And it just secured my decision that I chose the right dress. When it came to styling Rachel knew the dress needed to elevate it elegantly and the final look is stunning, I am so excited for my big day!

use she kept pulling dresses that didn’t match what I said that I was looking for, but I think that she was trying to make sure I saw different styles before making my decision. I didn’t appreciate that they put hair pins in my hair after I picked a dress, but they didn’t tell me the cost until we were checking out. It was like $200 for 10 hair pins. The accessories are way over priced, so I bought my veil off of Etsy instead. My dress did require lots of alterations because it was not my size, which was pretty expensive. I am not sure the bargain price I got the dress for was worth it because of the price of alterations. I used the recommended seamstress, Carolyn Fang, who made it fit so perfectly and was easy to work with. Overall, I did love my dress and it fit my vision.

many options and styles it was hard to choose. This was the best experience I could have asked for and I can’t recommend enough.

hat the first thing she asked me was about my fiancé and our engagement story. She was so amazing that I ended up picking the first dress that I tried on (which I genuinely feel was made for me, it is perfect!). She also made sure that I was okay throughout my appointment as I have POTS, so I was worried about how I would feel while standing for so long. Erin offered plenty of water and gave me time to sit down as much as I needed. She made trying on dresses so much easier for me and made it so much fun! I also appreciated that she gave me dresses within my budget! She is truly the best at her job and we loved her!! I couldn’t say better things about Luxe Redux Columbus!

She put us at ease and walked us through the process, and she did a great job highlighting the benefits and keeping expectations realistic for various fabrics, constructions and embellishments. Erin pulled several dresses and talked us through them until we found the absolute perfect dress. Then she styled me with some complimentary accessories, and made some further recommendations to complete the look. The experience was so much more fun than I thought it could be! The salon is beautiful, comfortable and stocked with so many high quality dresses and accessories in an array of styles. My coworker's wife had recommended Luxe Redux to me because of excellent experience (and gorgeous dress!), and I am so happy with mine. Thank you, Erin and Luxe Redux!

to finish. She did such an amazing job managing my family while still keeping the focus on me and my vision. She really listened and understood exactly what I was looking for. I especially appreciated how detail-oriented she was — she pointed out things like which shades flattered my skin tone versus which ones washed me out, which made such a difference. Every dress she pulled was beautiful (seriously, narrowing it down was the hardest part!), but she somehow knew exactly which direction to go. She also walked me through what alterations would realistically be possible with the dress we loved, which made me feel so confident in saying yes. That transparency and expertise meant everything.
