I fell in love with my dress the moment I saw it. Everything about it felt perfect. Though it was too small by 5 inches, the bridal stylist assured me it could be altered. Trusting her, I bought it along with the matching veil, completely in love with the look. Unfortunately, after visiting three different seamstresses, they all agree the size difference is too great for alterations to make it work for me. Now I'm out $1,600, defeated and devastated. Mya is simply the worst and should consider a different profession.

I had a great experience dress shopping at Luxe Redux, and am especially thankful for Destiny’s help finding my dress! She was so kind and thoughtful, and picked really great choices for me to try on, adjusting as we went based on my feedback. The shop is a really nice space for shopping, and I enjoyed that it was an intimate experience but still had a ton of dress options. I’ve been shopping elsewhere with other brides, and found some other stores to be more overwhelming and less personal. They made the whole experience fun and easy. I would definitely recommend shopping here for your dress!

Luxe Redux Bridal in Columbus made the dress shopping experience one to remember forever! All of the ladies that were in store with us made me feel so special! Erin is so knowledgeable and sweet. She picked dresses that were exactly what I was looking for and made me feel like a princess. The environment in the boutique is so calm and luxurious! I was not planning on finding THE dress, but on a whim made an appointment while we were in town and I am so glad we did. After trying on a few dresses, Erin brought a dress that was a combination of everything I wanted! We cannot be more thankful to the girls at Luxe Redux for making our day so special. I would genuinely recommend to anyone and everyone looking to have a calm, fun, and special dress shopping experience!

Excellent service and patience for a bride that had no idea what she wanted. Destiny, my stylist, brought out many dresses that fit my style plus some wild cards. The last wild card she brought out is the one I bought! Third dress shop, I’d been to looking for a dress I liked. I am not a traditional wedding dress person and I felt that there was a huge selection of styles for picky people like me.

I had the best experience finding my dress at Luxe Redux!! Destiny was the best consultant, she was very personable and did an amazing job helping me find the one! 10/10 would recommend!

I went to three different bridal dress stores, and I felt the most listened to and catered to at Luxe Redux! They were the only store to ask me about my engagement and my fiance and get to know our love story first. They listened to everything I said and pulled my DREAM dress! Got my whole gang crying. My stylist, Erin, was an absolute angel. She made sure I felt comfortable and truly brought my vision to life. I had so much fun thanks to the entire team. Even the people that weren’t working with me would compliment me when they passed by. This experience has me wishing I could buy a gown once a year !!

Definitely recommend going to Luxe Redux for your wedding dress! Monica and her assistant were amazing in all aspects. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. I fell in love with the first dress and they helped me figure out the accessories that went best. Can’t wait to wear my dress and feel like a princess again.

I am not a typical bride. I was not excited to try on wedding dresses. I hate trying on normal everyday clothes and trying on wedding dresses had me stressed but Mya and everyone at Luxe Redux made me feel so comfortable. I would give them 10/10 stars if I could! I love how when making the appointment they ask to see your pinterest board so they can get an idea of what you are looking for and I showed Mya what I was looking for and the first dress I tried on was the one. As soon as I walked out to show my family and friends, they all said that is the one. Also other people working came over to look and was saying this was the one too and telling me how amazing I looked. They really know how to make you feel beautiful! I did try on other dresses to be sure but the first dress I tried on being right is amazing! Plus the price, I was shocked because I definitely expected to pay at least double what I paid. I would recommend them to everyone who is looking for a dress!

Monica at Luxe Redux was amazing in helping me find my dress. She was very professional and accommodating, even running next door after our appointment to find me at a restaurant to drop off something we left there. Overall, a great experience!

Kaye at Luxe Redux was absolutely wonderful! I had an amazing experience there and I said yes to my dress!!! The dressing room is huge, one on one with consultant, help with getting dress on/off and cinching. Highly recommend Luxe Redux (my sister also found her wedding dress there). To compare…I also went to David’s bridal and had a horrible experience (hated every moment) …and of course I was still thinking about my dress back at Luxe Redux.

I had my first wedding dress try on here and would say it was an overall good experience. However, I was trying to stay around $1000 and felt my options too quickly limited considering how many dresses were in the store. I wish we could’ve walked around to see the options before pulling dresses to try on. It was also strange that their website boasts about how they carry all these other name brands and styles but when I tried on I was only really offered the Luxe Redux in-house brand. This was not due to price point because I could see online they had dresses within. Overall, a good place to start for me but just not where I found my dress.

Monica & Luxe Redux in Columbus made my dress shopping experience one of the BEST days! The store was absolutely stunning & I felt instantly comfortable. Luxe Redux Bridal made the stressful process of finding a wedding gown so so easy. I was a ball of nerves walking into my appointment & very quickly started to have so much fun. Mya was especially helpful, and the first gown she pulled for me ended up being the one. They really take into account your preferences and truly are so good at what they do. It’s an extremely private atmosphere and definitely gives that luxury feeling but with amazing prices. They also give really great seamstress recommendations as well. I’m so grateful to have had this experience & can’t recommend them enough for other brides!

Absolutely amazing experience and service! I went in for an appointment that I thought I had, it turns out I didn’t click a submit button or something and didn’t actually have an appointment but they were still able to get me in the same day! My stylist, Kaye, was absolutely amazing! She listened to everything I said, read my body language before I even spoke and knew exactly what I was visioning! Couldn’t recommend this place more highly! It was the second place I went to and by far the best. My stylist, Kalista, was so sweet and helpful and had clearly done her homework, reviewing my Pin board and finding dresses that looked like all the ones I’d wanted to try on. I’d also done my research before coming into the store and texted an associate a screenshot of one from their website that I knew I wanted to try on - it ended up being the one, but there was another contender, and three different stylists in the store gave me their input as I deliberated between the two and texted my bridesmaids. I never felt rushed or pressured - just totally supported and heard and echoed by their staff. I feel 100% confident that I made the right decision for me. I am SO stoked about the dress. And I did not think that would be possible after a disappointing experience I had the week prior at a smaller bridal boutique, where things worked very differently than they do at Luxe Redux. At the other place, they’d put you in dirty dresses that were nowhere near your size and expect you to want to drop a couple grand on a special order of the dress in your size without ever having experienced feeling good in it. I like how, by contrast, Luxe Redux will only put you in dresses that fit you or could be slightly altered to fit you, and the dresses are kept in great condition so you can walk out with your favorite that same day - and you’ll want to because they are on sale (mine was 40% off original price), probably the only one in store, and not available for order online, so you’ll want to grab it while you can. Erin was amazing to work with and made sure I was comfortable the entire time and allowed me to control the appointment! She was so easy and fun to work with, I couldn’t recommend requesting her more! The place is beautiful and everyone there makes you feel beautiful! Cannot say enough good things about this place!

Wow, luxe redux was an incredible experience in my wedding journey. I cannot recommend a better store for getting a wedding dress. The team here is very professional and really listen to what you are envisioning in a wedding dress when selecting dresses for you to try on. I ended up saying YES to the very first dress but tried on a handful of others to ensure there was nothing else I was missing. I also love that I got to literally take my wedding dress home that day. I will continue to recommend this store to all my friends/family who are brides to be. This is the place to go!

I had Monica as my stylist and she was AMAZING. This was my third fitting and she made me feel so comfortable. She listened to me and found dress after dress until we found the one! This store has many pieces that they can add to the dress as well like straps, sleeves, etc to make it more your style. As someone who had no idea what they wanted, this was exactly what I needed. I did not expect to find a dress at all but this store had so many options. They also had dresses in different sizes which was so nice to see what the dress would actually look like instead of trying a dress that you'd order in a different size.

I entered this appointment having gone to about 10 others and having tried on 85-100 dresses. Alicia helped me find THE ONE and I could not be more thrilled. She really listened to what I wanted and provided me the PERFECT dress. They were so accommodating and let me come back the next morning to try the whole look so my mom could drive in from out of town to see it. Not to mention, the staff seemed so genuinely happy for me. I would 100% trust Alicia with your vision because I was very strong-willed about my veil but she pushed me to try something totally different and it was fabulous.
