Katrina took the time to listen to what happened at the other place, as well as my vision and asked all the right questions before choosing the most beautiful gowns for me to try on, all within my budget too. She made me feel special and beautiful and brought a ton of joy to the appointment and it was no surprise that she found THE dress for me! What's crazy is it was literally the first dress that she picked out for me. She also actually listened to all the different styles that I wanted to try on so that I could see how they looked on me which was amazing. Because all of the ones that she chose STILL fit my vision and she asked all the right questions to help me figure out which dress was truly speaking to me. She also styled the dress with the cutest accessories which I was able to purchase right then and there as well. Last but not least they offer a cool service where you purchase this package when you buy the dress, and it comes with a box to ship your wedding dress to after your wedding day so that it can be cleaned by that service. And then they'll beautifully package it in a shadow box and send it back to you which I think is amazing! They offered that at a discounted price as well which was really cool. Overall an incredible experience. If you are thinking about checking Luxe Redux out, I would honestly highly recommend. Great energy there, the staff are sweethearts and are completely nonjudgmental lol. They were amazing and it truly was a magical experience.

asn’t able to articulate well what I was looking for. She made it challenging because I was liking EVERYTHING. But the last dress she pulled ended up being the one! It was so much getting to say yes to the dress with my people as well as the other stylists joining in on the cheers. I’m so thankfully I decided to try for a walk in, for Lindsey, and everyone who made the experience easy and fun. Do not sleep on this place and think because it’s on the cheap side they won’t have anything, because everything was SO GOOD!

Kelsey guided me through my appointment asking the perfect questions so that I could narrow down my search and find the perfect dress for me!!! The only thing I wish is that they had a little sign or something that said “i said yes to the dress” but they do have a cute little wall set up to take a pic w your garment bag after you purchase it. I’d say pricing is definitely reasonable for the excellent quality of dress you’re purchasing! 10/10 recommend

o having a bridal moment with a couple of dresses but not willing to purchase right on the spot. Kelsey’s expertise helped pinpoint what was missing and showed me THE dress I couldn’t say no to! This was the last appointment on our dress hunt and I couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend!
