Such a beautiful store and everyone is so friendly! Aixa pulled dresses that exactly matched my Pinterest board, one of them being my absolute dream dress!! I could not be happier with their service!

I got to work with Alex at the Detroit location and she was awesome!!! I ended up purchasing the first dress that I tried on. I feel like she really picked dresses based on the photos I sent her for inspo. She made me feel comfortable about the dresses and handled my group really well. She didn’t force me to try anything on, and let me fully express my opinion of everything. It was awesome, she was so kind, overall great experience.

We had Aixa for my bridal dress appointment and she was amazing! She made me feel special and truly enjoys what she does. I would highly recommend her and Luxe Redux for any bride!

My friend recommended this place after she found her perfect dress and she did not steer me wrong! This was my second dress shop, and I had a couple dresses from the first store still on my mind. But Alexandra helped my generally indecisive self feel heard and special. She was kind, attentive and listened to my likes and dislikes to find my perfect dress. My favorite part was putting the whole look together, with a perfect veil recommendation from them as well. It was the first time during this engagement process I truly felt like a bride! Also, it is always a plus to find my dress and veil for under budget.

My consultant Aixa was truly a miracle worker!! My wedding is 3 months out and the original dress I bought was ordered in the wrong size, that bridal boutique was unable to do anything for me… but Aixa and Luxe Redux saved the day. They have two hour wedding dress try on sessions (other places only offer an hour) you don’t feel rushed at all! She was very precise in choosing each gown and asking what I did and didn’t like about each until we found THE dress. I cannot say enough good things about this place and will refer anyone I know who’s getting married to them. Not to mention the store is absolutely gorgeous! Thank you so much again!!!

Had two great experiences at the Detroit location! My first appointment was with Alex, everything was new to me & she did a great job showing me all the styles and taking the time to let me soak it in! I got nervous towards the end of my appointment and she was able to book me again a few days later so I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision. My second appointment was with Aixa who was also fabulous! She helped me say yes to the dress! Super thankful for their patience & both experiences!

Aixa at Luxe Redux bridal in Detroit was absolutely amazing! She was able to quickly narrow down exactly what I was envisioning for my big day and knocked it out of the park. Aixa asked for our love story, my vision and budget. After trying on many beautiful dresses, I found THE ONE! This was my first outing to look too. I bought my dress at Luxe Redux Detroit 2 days ago! The stylist, Aixa, was super helpful and helped me to find what silhouette and details worked best for me. She reviewed my inspiration pics ahead of time to know my vibe and about the venue. They were only doing one appointment at a time, so we had the entire shop to ourselves and full attention the whole time. Our whole group was amazed that this did not feel like a discount store at all! It was the full bridal boutique experience!

Aixa was super sweet and knowledgeable! I ended up not getting a dress here but their selection is amazing. I appreciate that Aixa was able to help me find my dress fit since this was my first time trying on dresses. I wish I could have said yes to their beautiful line but I would recommend going here for their dress selections!

My day was magical. This was my first time trying on dresses, and I was nervous. Aixa was WONDERFUL! She was attentive, knowledgeable and super supportive. She truly made the experience unforgettable. I did not find the dress, but by far wish that I had just because of how much I enjoyed my experience. My stylist Monica was great! She was very attentive to what I was looking for, and also very considerate of the budget I gave her to work with, not pressuring me to look above my budget at all. Very nice and explained everything so well, and made me feel special. I had a great time & found my dress within 6 or so dresses!

Aixa was AMAZING! She was very thorough making sure to get a good idea of what I wanted! She brought out things I told her I was interested in, and then came out with a couple of curveballs. One of the curveballs ended up being the dress I went home with! Could not have imagined going anywhere else!

I consider myself very awkward and hate being in the spotlight but Aixa helped make this a fun experience and bring me out of my shell! I loved trying on dresses. She has a great eye for dresses that YOU want but also what she feels will compliment you as well. Thank you Aixa!

I had such a wonderful experience at Luxe Redux! Lizzie truly listened to my vision and helped made it come to life. I found my dream dress and am so happy that I was able to say yes to the dress! Although Lizzie does not usually style brides and usually helps open new stores, I would not have wanted anyone else to be my stylist. Out of the 6 stores I went to, she was the only one who truly understood my style and vision so THANK YOU!!! Aixa was great to work with! As it my very first appointment, she made me feel comfortable quickly and pulled the exact dress type I wanted. She also threw in a few different styles. I ended up going with one of the different dresses she pulled. Overall, I had a very fun and enjoyable experience!

Luxe Redux Detroit- If I could give a negative rating I would! The experience was HORRIBLE! I am assisting the bride with planning her special day. I called and scheduled the appointment at the request of the bride. I specifically asked about bridesmaid dresses and was told they had them. The bride had to place a credit card on file per their cancellation policy. Everyday up to the scheduled appointment date, I received bullying type text messages stressing their cancellation policy. On the day of our we had to wait to be buzzed in…After traveling from Toledo. FIRST, the stylist told us bride dresses only. Secondly, the stylist was dressed inappropriately (GOTHIC DRESSED, BOOTS AND DARK MAKEUP). Since they didn’t sell bridesmaids dresses the bride decided to look at some gowns. The stylist was told what she DID NOT WANT and pictures were provided, the stylist brought out gowns that was exactly what the bride DID NOT WANT. She brought us out warm, cloudy water to drink. She constantly told us don’t touch the dresses. After hearing the comments from the bridesmaids, the stylist suddenly got sick and another stylist tried, she told us to order the bridesmaid dresses online and that the bride could get one dress and pay $$$$$ to have it altered. After trying on a few dresses the bride decided this is not where she wanted to purchase her dress and we left!

Going to Luxe Redux Bridal to find my dress was the best idea ever! The moment I booked the appointment, they immediately treat you like a princess! Working with Kelli was the absolute best! She was very attentive, making sure I was comfortable the entire time and gave amazing, helpful tips and advice when finding the one! Overall, I would highly recommend! ♡

I had the greatest dress shopping experience at Luxe Redux Detroit! As an indecisive person, Liliana did so well with listening to what I wanted and even reading subtle cues of what I didn’t like. She was able to match different dresses to exactly what I described, which helped make my decision even easier. I initially went to another bridal chain and did not have excellent customer service, so I was very nervous about this experience and also nervous that I would be too picky and indecisive to find anything lol. Liliana did her thang! Lol. She allowed me to explore dress styles while also making sure to assess what I liked and didn’t like about dresses. On top of that, she had such a cool vibe and great energy that made me feel at ease. She patiently assisted me while I stepped into about 20 different gowns lol. The store is also gorgeous and vibey, with enough room to accommodate my large (and crazy) family lol. They also ask that you text inspo pics and get a feeling for what you want via text, I thought that was so cool! I am so appreciative of Liliana and of this bridal shop for making my dress dreams come true and at a very affordable price! Now, on to Operation: Make the groom cry when he sees how beautiful I look on our wedding day!

Liliana was the best! She pulled so many amazing dresses for me to try and adapted to what I liked and what didn’t feel right. She was incredibly cool and vibed so well with our group. Once I had a dress she helped style with jewelry and veil options so I could get a better feel for what the final look would be. Highly, highly recommend the shop and especially working with Liliana!

Liliana was amazing to work with! She hand picked multiple amazing dresses for me to try on and I left with the one! She was so kind and helpful to work with. The boutique itself had so many different dresses to choose from and Liliana made it an unforgettable experience. I would recommend any bride to come to Luxe Redux!
