In fact, I originally went in *thinking* I had already found my dress somewhere else and just wanted to rule out other options because I wasn’t positive and there were some changes I would’ve made to that dress— well with Mayce’s help I ended up finding THE one, that I don’t want to change a single thing about. She was into alllll the small details that I asked about, that honestly may have been annoying to some people-but not Mayce, she was on the same page with my entire vision! My dress came in sooo early (2 weeks instead of 5 months!!) At my pick up, they also helped me coordinate a surprise for my mom who lives out of state but happened to be in town, by handing her a card I wrote after I tried on my dress where I asked her to walk me down the aisle. 🥹 SUCH a fun experience. Mayce treated me like a best friend!!! 💖💖💖

I did not know if they were appointment only or not, but they were able to schedule me in the same day. Kendall and I walked through their options for a few minutes and picked ones we thought would look nice and within my budget. I trust Kendall's expertise 100%. I would not have picked the dress I ended up falling in love with had she not suggested it. I went alone which sometimes seems weird as you don't have a buddy to bounce ideas off of, but she became that buddy during my appointment. She was kind, patient, and offered to take photos for me. My budget was $3k and all of the items I tried on were beautiful - I think they have a wonderful selection. I will need alterations as the dress was not cut perfectly for my measurements. Highly recommend Lux Redux. Just note that all items are final purchase no returns.

(Nashville) definitely surpassed my expectations. But what made this experience worth while was Chloe!!! She was absolutely phenomenal. She was so friendly and fun! She was informative, knows her dresses and styles. My sister ended up buying both her ceremony and reception dresses from here. And, because of that, I also decided to buy a 2nd dress for my own wedding reception and made an appointment the very next day. Which, was so worth it! The whole experience was just amazing! My first, and at the time only, wedding dress experience was not at all the best for multiple reasons. However, this experience here at Luxe Redux overwrote that prior experience ten times over. I loved every second trying on dresses and being helped and guided to “my dress” in a kind and meaningful way, and by a lovely person such as Chloe whom really made it that much more special! It was a no brainer I would come back to buy my dress from here as well. Thank you!!

That made me feel comfortable and never pressured. The space itself was beautiful and very private, which made the whole experience feel so personal and special. I never felt rushed at all. Chloe was incredibly patient and not pushy whatsoever. When I found my dress, I actually stayed in it—with the veil and everything—for about 30 minutes just deciding, and she gave me space while still being supportive. Overall, the entire experience was stress-free, fun, and everything I could have hoped for as a bride. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a personalized and memorable dress shopping experience!

I was also scared I was going to have too high of standards to find anything LOL basically I was just feeling super pessimistic walking into the experience As much as I hate to say that. But I found THE one 6 dresses in!!! Maraya made the experience seamless and was so sweet from beginning to end. 10/10 recommend!
