My consultant was Kassidy and she was very professional, attentive, and had amazing customer service skills. She only showed me dresses within my price range, made me feel very comfortable, wasn’t pushy, and helped me in and out of each dress. Everything communicated to me was clear and understandable, like the pricing, the contract, and alterations. She provided me with the contact information of seamstresses in the area. I was able to find my dress and they were able to locate a store with it in my size. I had such an amazing experience finding my wedding dress and veil thanks to Annika! She was so patient and truly took the time to listen to what I liked and didn’t like about each dress. She pulled options that matched my style, size, and budget perfectly and even adjusted to some other options based on my feedback I gave on other dresses I tried on. One of those ended up being the one! It was quite a different style than I originally thought of, but when I tried it on, I got emotional and just knew it was my dress. She was also so wonderful with my family/friends, taking their thoughts and suggestions into account and pulling in a few dresses they loved too. It made the whole appointment feel really special and collaborative. I’m so grateful for her patience, attention to detail, and genuine excitement throughout the process. The private suite was also such a nice touch. We had the space to ourselves and didn’t feel rushed or distracted by anyone else, which made the moment even more meaningful. Definitely recommend Annika and Luxe Redux Bridal!

You have a whole area to yourself and the guests you bring with you to really enjoy that signature bridal experience. The mirror they have is ginormous, floor to ceiling and wall to wall. Allows you to see your entire dress, no matter how big or long!

Both stylists were a dream to work with – friendly, patient, offered helpful insight, and helped expertly guide me through the entire process.
