Kristen listened to everything that I had to say and was there for me anytime that I needed her. She’s an expert in the industry, knows all the vendors to make the best recommendations tailored to you, and has such an amazing creative mind. Give her an idea or tell her something that’s important to you and she makes it happen! She’s extremely organized, professional, responsive, and super fun to work with! Most importantly, Kristen and her team honestly gave us the gift of truly being present on our wedding day. We were able to enjoy every single moment of it. She handled everything seamlessly behind the scenes. We had such a blast planning with her and look back on our perfect day knowing we couldn’t have done it without her. Thank you, Kristen!

That being said, she was extremely helpful and available for questions I had prior to the month of. She is accommodating and truly cares about the couples she works with! Our first meeting was via phone as we live out of state, but Kristen went out of her way to meet with us when we were visiting a few months later. We DIY’d a good amount of our wedding, and as we approached the month of the wedding, Kristen took SO much work off of my plate! She was incredibly professional and worked seamlessly with our vendors. Throughout the wedding weekend, I was truly able to take the back seat and just enjoy because I knew Kristen (and her amazing assistant Allie!) had everything under control. Our wedding was absolutely incredible and went even better because of Kristen and Allie. We are so grateful for them, and would absolutely recommend them to anyone considering booking!!

She genuinely cares about the success of your wedding, rather than trying to upsell you. Kristen and her team were a calming presence on our wedding day. She knew when to approach me for my opinion, and when to make decisions herself. When things went wrong, I didn’t hear about it until the next day because she gracefully fixed them without adding additional stress on our wedding day. I wound up utilizing her extensive collection of rentals (chargers, candles, lounge chairs, picture frames, etc) which I highly recommend! It was so much more affordable than purchasing the items, or renting from another vendor. I had a detailed vision of what I wanted the space and decor to look like, and she carried out my dream perfectly. Kristen and her team had the venue set up down to a science. They even managed to make a parking lot transform into a beautiful ceremony space. From DIY brides like myself, to the bride that wants to be hands-off, Kristen and her team are for you. Her services are very fairly priced, and her experience is priceless.

Even when she had other events going on we always felt like we were the only event she was planning. She always made time for us and worked with our schedule. She is very organized and detail-oriented. She works with all your vendors and creates a detailed timeline that outlines your event minute by minute. On the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing. Kristen took care of everything so that we could just show up and enjoy ourselves. It was incredible on a day that can be so stressful to have none knowing everything would be perfect because of Kristen. Everything was decorated beautifully and she brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. She also has a day of assistant Allie who is incredible. Allie constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We are sad that it is over and we will miss all our texts, calls, facetime, emails, zoom calls, and funny GIF exchanges with Kristen. We hired her as a wedding planner but gained a lifelong friend. Hiring Kristen was the best decision we made and I just do not know what we would have done without her! All her planning packages are extremely fair and we feel like she went above and beyond what we paid. If you are on the fence I promise you will not regret hiring her. Thank you Kristen you are the absolute best!!

e were absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt like guests at our own wedding. From coordinating the flow of our ceremony and order of events so that everything ran perfectly smoothly, to communicating with our vendors ahead of time so that we didn’t have to stress about it in the days leading up to our wedding– she organized everything so meticulously that I never had to worry (and I am very detail-oriented). She helped us create our dream “classy nautical” theme for our beach wedding and allowed us to rent pieces from her amazing stash of decor, and it could not have turned out more beautifully. She even hand wrote our seating chart on her window panes! To top it off, Kristen and Alli made an extra visit to our hotel room during the wedding so that my wife and I could coordinate a last minute outfit change for our reception. They truly helped make it the best day of our lives. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, trust us–you need Kristen!

She always assured me that I could text or call her at any time with any question or thought, and she ALWAYS had an answer and made me feel reassured. Kristen was amazing from day 1, but she really kicked into overdrive the last month and a half before our wedding and she even said she wanted to take over "being me" - coordinating with vendors, answering their emails, etc. And she was!! the day of my wedding Kristen and her assistant Ally were just perfect. I was so happy to see her the day of my wedding and just knew that everything would be perfect - and it was. She thought of every single little detail, all of the things that I had her DIY (my seating chart, welcome table, etc) were PERFECT. She helped working with my florist to bring my vision (that I couldn't even articulate properly) to life, and she managed every detail of my timeline. I have been in many weddings that felt like the timeline was mismanaged and you feel like you spend time just waiting around, wondering where you should be, not making the most of the time with your guests there, and Kristen made sure there was NONE of that. She was so sweet and even went around to our close family making sure they had drinks/food during cocktail hour. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and I know I have Kristen to thank for that!! She made sure all of our gifts and cards were safe at the end of the night, she ran over during our rehearsal to decorate the restaurant we were having our dinner, she even had her assistant take care of a little tie snafu the day of - and no one even noticed!! I can not say enough good things about Kristen - any bride/couple would be extremely lucky to have her in their corner. You will not regret a single dollar spent!!
