I hired Kristen as my Day of Coordinator and she was incredible!! Kristen was very easy to work with, she was super communicative and answered all of my texts pretty much right away. Kristen started working with me about two weeks out from my wedding day and coordinated final check ins with each of my vendors. She made sure that everyone was on the same page and made sure everything was going how I planned it. She and Allie were so incredibly helpful on our Wedding Day making sure that everything ran smoothly. They followed all of my inspiration pictures exactly as I wanted them to help bring my vision to life. They made sure that everyone was taken care of on the wedding day and made sure all of the hard work was out of my hands. She and Allie packed up all of my stuff from the venue so that the next morning I just had to pick it up. They are such a fantastic team and I raved to them after the wedding about how much stress they took off my plate.
Kristen was absolutely incredible. As MOG, I can't imagine doing a wedding without her. She was always on point with suggestions and recommendations, very creative and helped with every aspect of the wedding. Thank you, Kristen. We couldn't have done this without you.
Words cannot describe how incredible Kristen is. We got married in Cape May which is 5 hours away from where we live. Kristen took all the stress away that comes with planning a destination wedding. She has so much experience, knows so many industry vendors, and has amazing recommendations. She is always available when you need her. Even when she had other events going on we always felt like we were the only event she was planning. She always made time for us and worked with our schedule. She is very organized and detail-oriented. She works with all your vendors and creates a detailed timeline that outlines your event minute by minute. On the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing. Kristen took care of everything so that we could just show up and enjoy ourselves. It was incredible on a day that can be so stressful to have none knowing everything would be perfect because of Kristen. Everything was decorated beautifully and she brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. She also has a day of assistant Allie who is incredible. Allie constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We are sad that it is over and we will miss all our texts, calls, facetime, emails, zoom calls, and funny GIF exchanges with Kristen. We hired her as a wedding planner but gained a lifelong friend. Hiring Kristen was the best decision we made and I just do not know what we would have done without her! All her planning packages are extremely fair and we feel like she went above and beyond what we paid. If you are on the fence I promise you will not regret hiring her. Thank you Kristen you are the absolute best!!

Having Kristen as our wedding coordinator was by far the best decision that we made for our wedding day! We used Kristen’s Essentials Collection, and Kristen and her assistant Allie were absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt like guests at our own wedding. From coordinating the flow of our ceremony and order of events so that everything ran perfectly smoothly, to communicating with our vendors ahead of time so that we didn’t have to stress about it in the days leading up to our wedding– she organized everything so meticulously that I never had to worry (and I am very detail-oriented). She helped us create our dream “classy nautical” theme for our beach wedding and allowed us to rent pieces from her amazing stash of decor, and it could not have turned out more beautifully. She even hand wrote our seating chart on her window panes! To top it off, Kristen and Alli made an extra visit to our hotel room during the wedding so that my wife and I could coordinate a last minute outfit change for our reception. They truly helped make it the best day of our lives. If you are on the fence about hiring a wedding coordinator, trust us–you need Kristen!
Kristen was amazing! We had our wedding at a home in Cape May and she really helped us bring it to life! She is very professional and kept us on track and very reachable via text and email whenever I had a random thought or question! I think it was well worth it and I don’t think we would’ve been able to do it without her and her curated list of vendors that she recommends. Overall we had an amazing day and everything worked out amazing!!!
Kristen! I cannot even begin to express how thankful I was to find her for our wedding! Kristen was always up for my new ideas and made my vision come true for our big day. From the beginning Kristen made me feel like a giant weight was lifted off my shoulders and I could enjoy my wedding every step of the way!
Kristen was absolutely incredible. I was a very type A bride- and felt like I had to do xyz, follow up with vendors etc. And as soon as Kristen came in she was like "I got this." We had no worries with regards to following up with our vendors, cake, caterer, little details we never thought we needed to consider! We were really excited about having our dream come to life and did a lot of our own signage/ favors/ details for the wedding-- and Kristen embraced our vision and made it happen. EVERYTHING. Every corner- was set up JUST as we had hoped. And even better. The attention to detail really made our day so unbelievably special. And best thing? I was so happy to have a comforting person to reach out to with questions/ concerns and her responses were quick and so so helpful. Allie was also amazing. As I was walking down the aisle my veil got caught on the wooden porch and Allie without hesitation was there to help me get moving. Hardly anyone noticed the incident which goes to show how professional, quick, and attentive this team was! I absolutely adore Kristen. She makes it all happen, even last minute having to unload our wedding items she brought in her hubby to help us last minute to make sure our dress rehearsal went by without a hitch.

I truly don't know how my wedding would have gone without Kristen. We hired Kristen about a year out and she was so helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She always assured me that I could text or call her at any time with any question or thought, and she ALWAYS had an answer and made me feel reassured. Kristen was amazing from day 1, but she really kicked into overdrive the last month and a half before our wedding and she even said she wanted to take over "being me" - coordinating with vendors, answering their emails, etc. And she was!! the day of my wedding Kristen and her assistant Ally were just perfect. I was so happy to see her the day of my wedding and just knew that everything would be perfect - and it was. She thought of every single little detail, all of the things that I had her DIY (my seating chart, welcome table, etc) were PERFECT. She helped working with my florist to bring my vision (that I couldn't even articulate properly) to life, and she managed every detail of my timeline. I have been in many weddings that felt like the timeline was mismanaged and you feel like you spend time just waiting around, wondering where you should be, not making the most of the time with your guests there, and Kristen made sure there was NONE of that. She was so sweet and even went around to our close family making sure they had drinks/food during cocktail hour. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and I know I have Kristen to thank for that!! She made sure all of our gifts and cards were safe at the end of the night, she ran over during our rehearsal to decorate the restaurant we were having our dinner, she even had her assistant take care of a little tie snafu the day of - and no one even noticed!! I can not say enough good things about Kristen - any bride/couple would be extremely lucky to have her in their corner. You will not regret a single dollar spent!!
I don’t even have words to describe my love for kristen and her team. As a very hands off bride she made sure everything happened flawlessly. she is professional and so talented!! She thinks of everything and keeps it all on track. Truly the best of the best! You will wake up after your wedding and miss having her in your life everyday!
Kristen is literally an angel. Her and her assistant Allie literally made my wedding vision come to life. I don’t know what we would have done without her. She is the sweetest soul and has so much attention to detail. I promise you that will be looked over or missed if you hire her! I would recommend her 1000x over to anyone getting married, whether you need a month of coordinator or full wedding planner, she is the one for the job. I cannot say enough great things about Luxe Weddings by Kristen. Kristen was absolutely amazing. She was well organized and always there when we needed her. We were able to focus on the day more while she managed communication with the vendors and made sure everything and everyone was where they needed to be. We had a not-so-great experience (did not have Kristen as a coordinator) with my sister’s wedding the year prior so we really leaned on Kristen to make sure that all of our wants and needs were met. She certainly met those needs and we were so grateful. Kristin created a time line that helped keep us all on track for the big day. Kristen was an amazing coordinator who you NEED to have!!
Hiring Kristen was the best thing I ever did for our wedding/vowel renewal. I initially hired her as a day of coordinator, she went above and beyond her role as that. We planned our wedding in our hometown from states away and she made the process so smooth and seamless. Was super responsive and somehow brought our vision to life. After seeing how well we got along, We ended up hiring her for the entire decoration of our event and it was everything I could have wanted. She nailed every detail and put so much work into making our day complete. She’s amazing at what she does and her team is a reflection of her! At the end of the process I felt like a gained a new friend!

I’ve known Kristen for years and she was the first person I thought of when deciding to hire a wedding planner. Best decision I could have made! She took care of every little detail. We worked together for months leading up to my wedding to make sure every aspect was perfect. I can’t even begin to list all the ways she was so helpful-Suggesting and locating decor, as well as setting it up in our venue, being the main point of contact for all vendors, reaching out to my guests when we had to move hotels 2 days before the wedding, picking up food for my bridal party on the day of my wedding, day of time line. Best of all, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which was why we hired Kristen. She was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend her!
Kristen was such a huge help for me when planning my wedding! When I met with her she immediately put me at ease and set me up for success with an amazing spreadsheet that got me organized.
Kristen also helped me out the day of my wedding. At first I wasn't sure about spending the money to have someone there to help that day but looking back I am SO glad I did! It was worth every penny and then some! She made sure everything ran smoothly and that I didn't have to worry about anything at all. She is a true professional and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for some help to plan their perfect day.
We used Kristen for our daughters wedding in June of 2018. We hired her for the month of package. She was the perfect liaison between us and all the vendors. She was so easy to work with. She kept us all calm when it rained all day and a church fire knocked out the power to the entire town during hair and makeup. She ran back and forth between the venue and the beachfront house to provide everything we needed and to be sure everything was perfect. She was professional, courteous, friendly and provided the perfect timeline. She was responsive and answered every question before it was asked. Highly recommend.
