I initially met Kristen at her boutique, Luxe Boutique & Gift Shop in OCNJ while shopping for my bridesmaid proposal gifts. I bought the cutest candles for my girls, and after chatting with Kristen about my wedding plans, she had very gently offered her planning services. Two months into my engagement, I figured I could do everything on my own and politely declined.... but boy was I mistaken! Several months later I messaged Kristen and soon after we were on a call figuring out what type of planning service would work best with what I already had in place. Once I started working with Kristen, I was immediately relieved, and knew we would be in good hands in the months leading up to, and on the day of our wedding. Kristen's experience in this industry shows, as there were several "day of" decisions that she took full control of, and I gladly trusted her to do so. Kristen also knows so so so many vendors in this industry, which made coordination & communication so easy. My husband and I hosted a cocktail style wedding, in a gorgeous but non-traditional wedding venue; there were so many decisions that had that felt super overwhelming to me, but planning & execution came easy to Kristen. Not only is Kristen a star at what she does, but her kind heart and care that she put into making our day seamless made my husband and I feel so comfortable and stoked on how the day went. Kristen's team member Natalie is also incredible, and incredibly accommodating. I had a bit of a hair frenzy, as our ceremony and pictures were on the beach, but Natalie was quick to jump in with her hair styling talents and make sure I felt beautiful. Throughout the entire planning process, and day of service, Kristen and Natalie made us feel incredibly taken care of, and were so excited for my husband and I. By the end of this process, they felt like our friends, and still do! I will forever recommend Luxe Weddings by Kristen to all future brides.

oining vendor calls – Her help went way beyond just “day of”. On the day of our wedding, she and her assistant Natalie ensured everything was running smoothly. I was able to enjoy the morning getting ready with my girls and trust that they were ensuring everything was set up in the reception and ceremony area. Throughout the night, they were attentive to everything we needed, bustling my dress multiple times, fixing my veil, hunting down tide to go pens, etc. Everywhere we looked, they were on top of it! Highly recommend and very fairly priced for day of coordination services.

day and overwhelmed by the last minute details, the stars aligned and Kristen came highly recommended by a colleague! Being a local to Ocean City, she brought invaluable insight, amazing connections, and a deep understanding of the area that made all the difference.
Kristen went above and beyond, even gaining special access to the boardwalk rides so we could capture the most incredible and memorable photos. As we got closer to the wedding, I really needed someone to take the finalization of details completely off my plate and Kristen did exactly that with calm confidence and care.
Because of her organization and dedication, we were able to fully enjoy the day without stress. Our wedding was everything we dreamed of and more, and we will be reminiscing about it forever. We are endlessly grateful.

e phone call with her, I immediately felt at ease. She lives in the beach town where my ceremony took place and has coordinated countless weddings there, so I knew right away she was the perfect fit. She truly knows the area inside and out and could probably coordinate with her eyes closed. Kristen is incredibly easy to talk to, friendly, and exceptionally organized. I also loved that she has an entire warehouse of décor available to rent, which meant I didn’t have to worry about sourcing or setting up anything myself. It was such a relief. Although I originally hired her just for my beach ceremony, if I could go back, I would absolutely hire her for the entire day. She would have been invaluable in easing the overall stress of being a bride. She was truly wonderful to work with, and I cannot recommend Kristen highly enough!

As a self-proclaimed type B bride, I needed someone who could help keep me organized without making the planning process overwhelming, and Kristen was that person and so much more. She created a detailed timeline, handled every interaction with our vendors seamlessly, and ensured the entire day ran smoothly from beginning to end. I never had to worry about a thing.
On top of her professionalism and incredible eye for design, Kristen was always there to answer my questions, calm me down when I was panicking, and guide me through each step of the planning process. Her calm, reassuring presence made all the difference.

e to us booking a lighthouse as our venue. We pretty much were only booking the land and had to build this wedding in its ~entirety~ from the ground up; from the food, decor, music, extra restrooms... EVERYTHING. Kristen NAILED this wedding. What really sold me on choosing her company over others is that I was granted access to her own garage full of wedding decor at no extra cost to her booking fee. This alone saved us thousands in the end.
Kristen is an absolute gem of a human and was my rock throughout the 2-year planning phase. I’m a teacher, so extra time isn’t usually on my side, but I had full trust in Kristen. She handled most of the phone calls, email exchanges, and communications with all the vendors and would ensure I had all the information I needed to make the final call on decisions. She helped make this the least-stressful wedding experience I think any bride could have endeavored.
Kristen worked extremely hard to help bring my vision to life, and she was amazing at it! I’d give her ideas on color schemes, decor ideas, and envisions of the day, and she would ALWAYS come back with perfect executions to what my brain was envisioning. She was also very helpful and conscience of helping us find budget-friendly options. (Don’t count Etsy out on fabulous faux-florals and decor options!!)
Truly, I cannot fully put into words how amazing the whole Luxe Wedding team is and how much we thank them all for bringing our perfect wedding day together. I will be forever recommending Kristen to any bride who is in need of any guidance for their Big Day!

That being said, she was extremely helpful and available for questions I had prior to the month of. She is accommodating and truly cares about the couples she works with! Our first meeting was via phone as we live out of state, but Kristen went out of her way to meet with us when we were visiting a few months later. We DIY’d a good amount of our wedding, and as we approached the month of the wedding, Kristen took SO much work off of my plate! She was incredibly professional and worked seamlessly with our vendors. Throughout the wedding weekend, I was truly able to take the back seat and just enjoy because I knew Kristen (and her amazing assistant Allie!) had everything under control. en lent me so much support during the entire planning process. We were the first in our families to get married, and without Kristen’s guidance I would have been so lost. She genuinely cares about the success of your wedding, rather than trying to upsell you.
Kristen and her team were a calming presence on our wedding day. She knew when to approach me for my opinion, and when to make decisions herself. When things went wrong, I didn’t hear about it until the next day because she gracefully fixed them without adding additional stress on our wedding day.
I wound up utilizing her extensive collection of rentals (chargers, candles, lounge chairs, picture frames, etc) which I highly recommend! It was so much more affordable than purchasing the items, or renting from another vendor.
I had a detailed vision of what I wanted the space and decor to look like, and she carried out my dream perfectly. Kristen and her team had the venue set up down to a science. They even managed to make a parking lot transform into a beautiful ceremony space.
From DIY brides like myself, to the bride that wants to be hands-off, Kristen and her team are for you. Her services are very fairly priced, and her experience is priceless.

She and Allie were so incredibly helpful on our Wedding Day making sure that everything ran smoothly. They followed all of my inspiration pictures exactly as I wanted them to help bring my vision to life. They made sure that everyone was taken care of on the wedding day and made sure all of the hard work was out of my hands. She and Allie packed up all of my stuff from the venue so that the next morning I just had to pick it up. stination wedding. She has so much experience, knows so many industry vendors, and has amazing recommendations. She is always available when you need her. Even when she had other events going on we always felt like we were the only event she was planning. She always made time for us and worked with our schedule. She is very organized and detail-oriented. She works with all your vendors and creates a detailed timeline that outlines your event minute by minute. On the day of our wedding we did not have to worry about a thing. Kristen took care of everything so that we could just show up and enjoy ourselves. It was incredible on a day that can be so stressful to have none knowing everything would be perfect because of Kristen. Everything was decorated beautifully and she brought our vision to life and exceeded our expectations. She also has a day of assistant Allie who is incredible. Allie constantly checked in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. We are sad that it is over and we will miss all our texts, calls, facetime, emails, zoom calls, and funny GIF exchanges with Kristen. We hired her as a wedding planner but gained a lifelong friend. e were absolute gems. They went above and beyond to make sure that we felt like guests at our own wedding. From coordinating the flow of our ceremony and order of events so that everything ran perfectly smoothly, to communicating with our vendors ahead of time so that we didn’t have to stress about it in the days leading up to our wedding– she organized everything so meticulously that I never had to worry (and I am very detail-oriented). She helped us create our dream “classy nautical” theme for our beach wedding and allowed us to rent pieces from her amazing stash of decor, and it could not have turned out more beautifully. She even hand wrote our seating chart on her window panes! To top it off, Kristen and Alli made an extra visit to our hotel room during the wedding so that my wife and I could coordinate a last minute outfit change for our reception. As I was walking down the aisle my veil got caught on the wooden porch and Allie without hesitation was there to help me get moving. Hardly anyone noticed the incident which goes to show how professional, quick, and attentive this team was! I absolutely adore Kristen. She makes it all happen, even last minute having to unload our wedding items she brought in her hubby to help us last minute to make sure our dress rehearsal went by without a hitch.

helpful and responsive throughout the entire process. She always assured me that I could text or call her at any time with any question or thought, and she ALWAYS had an answer and made me feel reassured. Kristen was amazing from day 1, but she really kicked into overdrive the last month and a half before our wedding and she even said she wanted to take over "being me" - coordinating with vendors, answering their emails, etc. And she was!! the day of my wedding Kristen and her assistant Ally were just perfect. I was so happy to see her the day of my wedding and just knew that everything would be perfect - and it was. She thought of every single little detail, all of the things that I had her DIY (my seating chart, welcome table, etc) were PERFECT. She helped working with my florist to bring my vision (that I couldn't even articulate properly) to life, and she managed every detail of my timeline. I have been in many weddings that felt like the timeline was mismanaged and you feel like you spend time just waiting around, wondering where you should be, not making the most of the time with your guests there, and Kristen made sure there was NONE of that. She was so sweet and even went around to our close family making sure they had drinks/food during cocktail hour. Our wedding was the best day of our lives and I know I have Kristen to thank for that!! She made sure all of our gifts and cards were safe at the end of the night, she ran over during our rehearsal to decorate the restaurant we were having our dinner, she even had her assistant take care of a little tie snafu the day of - and no one even noticed!! I can not say enough good things about Kristen - any bride/couple would be extremely lucky to have her in their corner. You will not regret a single dollar spent!!

and has so much attention to detail. I promise you that will be looked over or missed if you hire her! I would recommend her 1000x over to anyone getting married, whether you need a month of coordinator or full wedding planner, she is the one for the job. She is amazing and words really cannot express how happy we are that we hired her and that she was a part of our special day. We love you Kristen!

We had a not-so-great experience (did not have Kristen as a coordinator) with my sister’s wedding the year prior so we really leaned on Kristen to make sure that all of our wants and needs were met. l. We worked together for months leading up to my wedding to make sure every aspect was perfect. I can’t even begin to list all the ways she was so helpful-Suggesting and locating decor, as well as setting it up in our venue, being the main point of contact for all vendors, reaching out to my guests when we had to move hotels 2 days before the wedding, picking up food for my bridal party on the day of my wedding, day of time line. Best of all, my husband and I didn’t have to worry about a thing on our wedding day, which was why we hired Kristen. She was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend her!

She ran back and forth between the venue and the beachfront house to provide everything we needed and to be sure everything was perfect. She was professional, courteous, friendly and provided the perfect timeline. She was responsive and answered every question before it was asked. Highly recommend.
