day (my chief concern heading into our big day) tackling the mean streets of New York City in summer heat a breeze. He didn't complain when we made him wait around for about an hour for us and made the ride safe and comfortable for all of our bridal party. Would certainly use them again.

ire booking process was dealt with the help of an agent named Tom who was very polite and informed over the phone. We got informed via e-mail about the confirmation, and from there everything went well.

there we asked to be dropped off at our wedding venue at Prospect Park. Our vehicles showed up on time with a nice and clean interior, and did a great job of driving us everywhere we desired. Really reliable and an example of a caring company.

at impressions that we decided to call Luxor and ask about prices and availability... No regrets, whatsoever - genuine and great staff, and what mattered the most we could get everything done via credit card.

nd the office with no answer. Totally unacceptable!!!!!! We need to be at the church for 3 in Manhattan from Staten Island. I’m so upset!!! We are sitting here at my house waiting with about 20 groomsmen. That’s why I have time to write this review. Do Not Use them!!!!! We are late for the church now. The bus could go through the tunnel. He had to take the Manhattan Bridge which added 20 minutes on to the trip.

as my first time ever using a car service. And this service was intended for my Boss's son and friends. So I had a million questions, and twice as many calls to customers service with additional questions. When I was done, they sent a confirmation with all of the many details listed on my confirmation receipt. The trip was yesterday and everything went perfect! The Meet and Greet, the sign, the service, the care for the minors . . . Tremendous! I thank you!

n immaculate state! There were refreshments chilling inside. The driver was courteous, drove us everywhere we needed to be and on time. He was prompt with picking us up, and drove carefully. We felt very secure the entire trip. It was for a 50th Anniversary mass at St. Patrick's Cathedral in NYC, followed by dinner at NYC Italian restaurant, it was the best experience not to have to worry about parking and driving in Mid town traffic. My family was able to enjoy the time being all together in the back of the super stretch escalade. We have the best memories of the day, and in part is thanks to Luxor Limo! We will definitely recommend you to others, and use your service again.

credibly rude. I even asked him if he could be more positive because we just got married an hour ago....to which he didn't respond. I provided feedback to the company to which I didn't get a response until I called them directly. They couldn't find the email I provided them feedback in and I had to reforward it. I also caught numerous billing errors after the event. Overall, they were just not a reliable vendor and caused me a lot of anxiety and stress on my wedding night and after the fact.

ding day 30 minutes before the scheduled pick up to tell me they car was not working and they would be sending a stretch Hummer instead. I told them it was unacceptable. The woman on the phone was rude, and informed me that they were doing their best to remedy the situation but all that was available on short notice was the Hummer. I requested either a limo or a black car be sent instead. After many minutes of arguing on my wedding day she finally agreed to send a Mercedes but told me it would arrive 45 minutes late. I received only a partial refund for my $800 charge to date. Completely unacceptable customer service and result for a bride on her wedding day. I was just shocked. Stay away!

e driver was on site on time and the car itself was clean. The only thing I would not recommend is the "meet and greet", as it's not worth the extra charge. Otherwise an all around good experience.

From then on it was a comfortable, clean, safe ride. The driver was extremely friendly and helpful. Using Luxor made our arrival into NYC simple and enjoyable.

On our way to the venue to take pictures for our lovely wedding the limo starts to smoke, there was a problem with the engine. Instantly my thought is these people didn't even check this car before sending it out on the road. We had to stop on the Jackie Robinson Parkway, people honking , causing traffic. We finally had to slowly take the first exit to get off the highway. I immediately call the limo service and let them know the situation, the person on the phone told us they can't do anything because their manager is not in. They did not assure me that there is another limo coming to get us. The driver then finally let us know that the driver will pick us up in 30 minutes. Of course this was a lie, because we waited over an hour on the side of the road. During his time which I was supposed to be taking pictures for our wedding. When we finally got picked up, I had paid and ordered a hummer originally and what was sent to us was a small limo and a sprinter van so my whole party had to be split up. Not only was the mood and atmosphere already ruined due to the fact that we had to wait outside for an hour but now we have to rush to the party. When I finally got to my final desitination I was not able to take the pictures I wanted due to the time frame I had, I had to rush and go into my party. I called on Monday asked to speak to a manager, explained the situation and stated that if this was him how would he feel, the manager explained he will look into the situation and call me back. After a few hours I check my email to see a modification bill that was no where near to what should have been given back to us. The manager didn't even have the audacity to call me back to assure the discount and discuss what is appropriate. The manager himself, instead of calling back and trying to assure me he actually cares to help just ignored the situation and sent an email. The customer service for all the people I dealt with at this service was beyond horrible and I would never recommend this place to anyone I know. Anyone who is having a wedding understands how important this day is, how much stress time and planning go into one day. You pay amounts and rely on others to help make this day special and when they let you down it ruins your entire day. Anyone thinking of using this service, think again and don't. Save yourself the stress and time wasted dealing with horrible customer service.

tures. We had two stops over the course of several hours of post-wedding partying, and each time the driver was magically right outside. They were also great at communicating when earlier in the week I lost my wallet (!!) and had to call and switch payment methods at the last minute so they didn't try to charge a canceled card. A class act all around.

an extensive search before making a final decision. Luxor Limo’s were very professional from the beginning - answering any questions I had along the way, which is was what really drew me towards them. The morning of the wedding, I knew I made the right decision. I had received a text saying that the limo was outside my fiancé’s apartment. I called him to let him know and he said that they had been there for about an hour waiting for the pickup time that I had requested. I was amazed! The second transportation bus was there at the Church waiting for us as I requested. Even the next day we requested transportation pick-up and the 36 passenger bus arrived an hour before scheduled to make sure they were there on time! The only thing that was a con for us was their GPS system. It was accurate and got us to our destinations, but it took us out of the way going to our destination and coming back home the next day. I would suggest updating the GPS system because it definitely made the trip much longer than it should have taken. Their drivers were extremely nice and accommodating. Overall amazing experience! I would recommend Luxor Limo’s to anyone and everyone!

and our driver was prompt, courteous, professional and did everything he could to get us to our multiple destinations. Luxor served us three times-- picking us up at JFK, on our wedding day and then taking us back to JFK. Highly recommend them and just pay for the service and don't question it. NYC traffic is brutal and you want your wedding day to go smoothly as possible.
