We absolutely loved having Karla as our florist! She was so easy to work with and captured our vision perfectly. We enjoyed all of her creativity when putting together our florals and she even added twinkle lights to the arch we brought so it could stand out at night. Throughout the process, Karla was flexible with adding or removing any florals we needed as we became more certain in our decor choices and she showed us photos to help us decide on certain floral elements. All the florals she created for us really elevated our wedding and we really can't thank her enough for making our day so special.

Karla was detailed, organized, and hands-on during the entire floral selection process. Karla was always available to answer questions, make changes, and advise. She truly made my dream wedding come true. She nailed my vision, colors, and floral arrangements ideas.

Karla did the flowers for my wedding and I am SO SO happy with how they turned out. We met early on at her studio and she made me feel super comfortable with the planning process. I did not know how to articulate what I wanted and she asked all the right questions that helped me figure out my aesthetic. After we talked she made a super helpful planning sheet that laid out each arrangement, how many and where they would go. I am very visually and textually oriented so that was very helpful for me. We checked in multiple times leading up to the day and she was super flexible and rolled with all the little changes and additions I had. On the day of she was like a flower fairy, making sure everything was where it was supposed to be and tweaking what needed to be tweaked. If you chose LFD for your wedding or event you can be sure that she will get it done smoothly and you will not need to stress about anything. You are in good hands with Karla and, most importantly, your flower bouquets and arrangements will be STUNNING.

Karla was great to work with. After I just had my budget DOUBLED after a month of working with my previous florist I was SO grateful that Karla worked with me so honestly - sharing what she could and couldn't do within the budget but getting creative so we could achieve my dream. She even drove out to the site with me for a final walkthrough to see if I was missing anything. She was so nice - I really enjoyed working with her.

Karla was professional, flexible, and most importantly, she listened. She was really able to grasp my vision for the flowers and style I wanted with minimal guidance. Her familiarity with local venues and wedding coordinators was also an added bonus as it took the stress of planning logistics off of me. I received nothing but compliments on our flower arrangements and they looked and smelled amazing. My only regret is not ordering more!

We envisioned a bright tropical theme for our wedding florals and Karla truly brought our vision to life so perfectly! I know the names of maybe… 10 flowers? LOL so I just provided Karla with our color scheme, our wedding vibe, a few inspo pix, and trusted that she would deliver, and she certainly did! We received SO many compliments on the flowers and how beautifully they looked against our outdoor vineyard backdrop. It felt very unique and very us. She was lovely, thorough, and easy to work with — receptive to customizing the work order as small adjustments needed to be made throughout the planning process. I highly recommend her for your wedding!

Our wedding was brought to life by Luxury Floral Designs and Karla! From my very first conversation with Karla, everything was well thought out and organized. She took our thoughts on what we wanted and a few simple inspiration photos and added her touch/ creativity and we could not be happier. We changed our mind on quite a few things over the course of our engagement and Karla was so understanding and patient. We chose garlands as our table centerpiece and they were so much more than I imagined they would be! I remember walking into the reception area after the ceremony and I was so impressed with how everything looked, such a good feeling as a bride. The bouquets, centerpieces, arbor, everything at my wedding was absolutely gorgeous! The bouquets were better than I could have imagined, full of so many different types of flowers! I had some last minute ideas before the wedding, and she went above and beyond in making the ideas come to life. Karla is a rock star. She had everything under control from Day 1 when we inquired to her - from absolutely nailing our vision to building an entire floral design that fit seamlessly into the aesthetic of our venue. She was communicative, friendly and thorough in every correspondence we traded in the months leading up. The day of our wedding, she was there early and ready to execute - even to the point where watching her work helped significantly to de-stress my groom!!! We even found a little note from her in our Guestbook Advice Box after our wedding. Karla gave us a truly beautiful wedding, down to the very last detail, and I truly believe she is a blessing to have in your corner for such a milestone event.

Karla designed the most gorgeous tropical flowers for our daughter's beach wedding in Monterey. She was pleasant, professional, and an absolute delight to work with throughout the entire process. She carefully guided us through the selection of flowers, bouquets, and decorative pieces at the initial consultation and provided us with a detailed invoice, complete with concept pictures of each piece ordered. Karla was always available and prompt in answering our questions as they arose while planning for the big day. When the wedding day arrived, Karla miraculously delivered boutonnieres and bouquets to the wedding party and decorated multiple stations at four different sites at the venue. The flowers were by far the most beautiful design aspect of the wedding. We couldn't be happier with our experience with Karla.

Karla was a fantastic florist to work with. I'm the kind of girl who has no idea about florals at all -- I had a basic Pinterest board but it was all over the place, really no consistency. Karla took that and guided me through not only what to choose, but how to think about what to choose. She worked hard to hit my budget and more, gave me suggestions for arrangements to could cut costs, and even helped adjust my wedding day schedule so that the flowers would be fresh and beautiful for the whole day. Karla went above and beyond to ensure that my wedding floral creations were perfect! I was a pretty indecisive bride who only had a rough idea of what I wanted (theme and colors was basically it) and Karla was able to take my very loose idea of a plan and turn it into something better than I could have ever dreamed of! Karla was very responsive and organized which was awesome! She put together examples of what each floral arrangement would look like and included notes for colors and placement along with transparent pricing. I was able to review and make changes along the way to ensure it was exactly what I wanted in the end. I'm so so pleased with how everything turned out!
