Luxury Limousine & Airport One

Luxury Limousine was an excellent choice for our wedding party of 8 people - I wanted a traditional white stretch limousine (town car or similar) and they had exactly what I was looking for. The interior was fresh and clean, there were water bottles and glasses available. Our driver was on time and professional (although not wearing a tux) and VERY flexible with out last minute change of plans for picture locations. He was accommodating and gracious. Working with the company was super easy and they had one of the best rates around, with no 4 hour minimum! They even allowed us to have a grace period of time in case we were a few minutes over the hour, and they allowed us to book 3.5 hours - which was perfect. I highly recommend Luxury Limousine for all your limo needs.

I used a Limo company to transport guests back to the hotel from the wedding as a shuttle was already booked at my hotel. Setting up the transportation was super easy, and very budget friendly! However, the driver is what spoiled my experience. I got frequent comments of how he was rude, and at one time he disappeared for over an hour. I found out that he had taken some of my guests to their house, which was not part of what I agreed on, and then he got upset when the rest of my guests who were waiting on him to return needed a ride back after the end of his scheduled time. I called Carol, and she was able to work it out, and I would still recommend this company to those looking for transportation on a budget.

I used Luxury Limousine as a surprise for my sisters bachelorette party. I had a special dvd made of us bridesmaids and pictures of her and her fiance throughout the years they have been dating. The limo driver made sure it was playing when he picked us up :)! The interior of the limo bus was clean and absolutely gorgeous! I was so thankful the office staff willingly took the time to help me put together a tour of wineries in the Sandusky area since I had never been there before. All in all the day turned out to be a huge success thanks to Luxury Limousine!

My wife and I booked two limousines for our bachelor/bachelorette outings. This company knows how to treat its customers... Starting with the moment you call them to inquire about a reservation. The price you settle on at the beginning is what you’re charged for at the end. They’re simply excellent in all respects. Luxury Limousine gets that sometimes it’s necessary to make a grand entrance, but that not everyone is rollin' in the dough. I appreciated how upfront they were about the extent of their services and the terrific way they were carried out.
