Do not use this vendor. They have hidden provisions in their contract and exorbitant pricing. Everyone who works there is extremely rude. Stay away.

These guys were the best! I would 100% recommend them for your wedding. Our limo driver was so helpful since the girls were in charge of loading up the cooler, he helped carry that for us. He was so pleasant and so patient with our rowdy bunch and all our tunes. Our shuttle bus driver was awesome as well. There was actually a glitch in the original shuttle I had purchased and Suzanne was nice enough to call me and let me know she was upgrading us (no charge) to a fancier shuttle bus. Which was awesome! They added in an additional pickup/drop off time because of the change. You will not be disappointed when you book with Luxury Limo!!

Luxury Limousine lived up to their name! The limo bus we rented was absolutely perfect for our wedding. It was very clean and the driver was absolutely wonderful! There were precautions put in place because of Covid which made everyone feel safe. The only negative things I would say is that they are a little on the pricey side and if you rent the limo bus, there are a lot of restrictions on where it can go to pick up the bridal party (if you live in a rural areas). We originally selected them because of all the reviews we had seen and they had a wide selection of vehicles available. In hindsight, we might have shopped around a little bit more to save some money, but if you have a higher budget for transportation, I would absolutely recommend going with them.

We rented the Vintage Bentley from Luxury Limo for my June wedding. The driver arrived on time and was so kind. The car was AMAZING. It looked fantastic in our wedding photos and was such a fun way to travel to and from the church ceremony. It is truly a timeless and elegant vehicle and I would recommend it to future brides as an alternative option to a limo or other form of transport.

The driver was on time, well dressed, displayed absolute professionalism and overall did a wonderful job. The limo bus itself was wonderful and we had a great time as the event required that we spent a fair amount of time on the bus over the course of a few hours. Administratively, I was not really impressed. The company books very far in advance and makes it clear that they will cancel if payment is not received by a certain date, but will not invoice or send any reminders. As a customer you need to really be on top of making sure you don’t forget to pay on time. Also, the driver gratuity is required to be paid day of, in cash or the driver will leave. This is not disclosed until the invoice is paid, which creates another specific task to take care of the day of. (note: the contract says cash or check but apparently only cash is acceptable). Short version: High marks for the actual service, medium marks for administrative details)

Everyone at Luxury Limousine was a pleasure to work with. They are very professional and truly care about your safety and the quality of their fleet and services. Hands down the best limo service in the area , they were perfect for our wedding day! We will definitely be using them again in the future!! Great job Carl and team!

Awesome company to travel with from start to finish just wish didn’t have to finish! Group of 6 with 3 being children and 1 handicap adult the service was exceptional! Timely and courteous as well as responsive!!! Emailed as well as called to confirm with no problems! Limo was clean and stocked and led us to our smooth sailing cruise! Kids couldn’t wait to go back on limo as I can’t wait to book with company again! Thanks again for great job

My husband was in charge of the limo as he's in law enforcement and is very particular about who drives him. He chose Luxury Limousine Service due to their quality vehicles and backgrounds they do on their drivers. We were very comfortable and felt very safe with our driver, Gary. He was amazing! He was on time, very professional, and texted to make sure he had everything we needed. He even sent me some pictures he took while he was waiting for us to have pictures taken! So great!

My husband and I used Luxury Limo for our wedding on 9/24/16. The service was fantastic. We had a very large wedding party and rented their largest limo bus. It was very clean and modern. Our driver, Kelvin, was on time and very accommodating to our party. He helped all of the girls in and out of the vehicle at each stop. The office staff at Luxury Limo was also very professional throughout the booking process. I really like the email notifications the week and day of so that I did not have to worry about that part of the schedule. John and I would highly recommend Luxury Limo!

I rented a 22 passernger limo bus for a concert trip to Penn's Peak. Susanne was very helpful during the booking process and our driver James Langhorne was great and delivered excellent service. I will definitely book another trip with Luxury Limousine Service.

We had the best of the best with Luxury Limo on our wedding day! The driver literally had to drive back and forth all over NEPA to accommodate the needs of the bride and groom and their bridal party. Len always kept me calm (the bride) and answered my texts and calls immediately the day of our wedding when I had questions or moments of panic! He was the best! Also, I used luxury limo through out my entire wedding dress process from start to finish since I purchased my dress at Kleinfeld in NYC. Gary was with me everything step of the way and was sure to take special care of the dress the day we picked it up. Gary is now a part of our family we all say. He's the best there is! Personable, professional, kind, caring, and always gets you where you need to be on time. I've been using Luxury Limo for ten years now for different needs and we are never disappointed! Highly recommend by myself, family, and friends.

Both gentlemen were so helpful with the bridal party, our family and both of us. The day was rainy, but Luxury Limousine made everything else run very smooth. We used Luxury Limo for our wedding and they were awesome! They were super helpful with coordinating all the plans for our big day and helped us with all the details - including stocking the bars with our favorite drinks :) The limos were super clean and in excellent condition and had a great sound system so we could party in the party bus after the ceremony! They even had the limos decorated with beautiful flowers that matched our wedding colors. And the drivers were super friendly and helpful. They even escorted us from the limo to the reception with umbrellas since it was raining. Would definitely recommend them and look forward to using their services for other big events :)

My friends at Luxury Limousine made this special day even better! The limo was spectacular, the driver more than accommodating and it was stocked with our favorite beverages. He even made a quick trip around the block after spotting my groom pull up behind us so we wouldn't see each other!
