Rented 2 limo buses for our wedding in April and the guys bus showed up with no working AC. I made sure to ask if they have AC and was told of course. The driver informed them that...
it was broken when he got there which is completely unacceptable. The guys showed up drenched in their suits and had to find a way to clean up and cool off before the ceremony. I was sent a survey for the service and addressed this issue and never heard back from anyone. I was very impressed with the communication and easy booking process but showing up with no AC with zero notice or fix of the problem is the reason I will never book with them again.

ed was clean and comfortable with excellent AC, and everyone in our wedding party fit in a seat with a seat belt. If you’re looking for quality transportation that doesn’t break the bank, Luxury Rides is a great choice. They provide point to point/one way transportation and don’t add inexplicable charges or additional charges for time you will not use. We had a great experience and highly recommend booking with Luxury Rides LLC in New Orleans!
