vibe was seamless. It's great for an intimate wedding. Parking structure right next to the venue. Location a bit obscure but once you arrive it was worth the drive.

Even my pregnant wife went back for seconds, and boy is she picky when she is pregnant. I would love for my daughter to get married here! Once the sun started to go down it was so romantic to dance under the stars. I can not wait to attend another wedding here. I would strongly suggest this venue to anyone looking to make their special day an unforgettable experience!

The food was amazing, their Dj was so much and kept our party going till the end. Very easy staff to work with. The vendor they use for the flowers was the best. He has so much creativity and you can tell he loves his job. Overall we couldn't' have been happier with our wedding being at Luxury Waterfront Estate :)))

As the MOB, the coordinators approached me several times to ensure that I had everything I needed. When you only have one daughter, having the perfect wedding that she envisions is important. Luxury Waterfront Estate provided it all.

We fell in love with the personal touch and family feel that the staff offered. I was likely a huge pain, always emailing and calling with questions. The outdoor fresh air, the privacy you feel, the view...down to the parking lot! We fell in the love with it instantly. You get an entire team designated to you that day and each one of them is amazing! We had a few hiccups...which you will have on your wedding day lets be real...Alex, the owner, was quick to help rectify anything that we needed! The owners are the sweetest married couple ever! They are thoroughly involved in their business and want every bride to have that perfect day! Not like typical owners and I appreciated that so much! The great thing is that they are always expanding and trying to make things even better! Provide more options...etc. Needless to say our day was perfect! I would recommend anyone to Luxury Waterfront Estate!

elf is insanely beautiful! The weather was amazing and all the flowers were in full bloom! When taking pictures, one of the servers made sure all the guys were well taken care of with drinks and snacks. The staff is the best! Days after and we are still getting comments from guests about Luxury Waterfront Estate being the most beautiful wedding venue they have ever been to and I agree. A true fairy tale wedding! They seem to book up quickly (because why wouldn't they), so if you have a date in mind that has already been taken, this place is worth the wait. I want to do it all over again just so I can work with them again!!!

tter than any other venue we even came close to considering. If you are lucky enough to book this place do it! I wouldn't be surprised if they are always completely booked. The views were magical. The pool was great. Sunset was even better. There was more than enough room for all the wedding guests and never felt crowded. We all watched the sunset from the dock and made some amazing memories. Thank you for letting us use this spectacular home!
