Since the Element Hotel in West Des Moines was our hub for the Wedding Weekend, Samra helped us create a seamless transportation itinerary using a 27 passenger mini bus and a 56 passenger coach bus. These vehicles were used throughout the day so all wedding guests (even if they were not staying at the hotel) could plan ahead and choose to take our provided transportation to/from Harpor's Vineyard in New Virginia, Iowa. We knew our guests would enjoy traveling in these luxury vehicles, but our drivers: Mike, Craig, and Greg were truly the best drivers and provided a VIP experience for our guests. They were professional, timely, personable, and prepared for who they were picking up and also made sure everyone was accounted for at the end of the night. No matter the vehicle, Mike, Craig, and Greg were an essential part of the epic wedding day experience.

wesome lighting. We were also able to drop off drinks at the bus garage the day before and when we boarded the bus, the drinks were all in coolers with ice and ready to go. The bus was earlier than expected to our ceremony and the driver even laid out a red carpet in front of the entrance, which was a very nice touch. We would highly recommend Luxxor Limousines for your future party bus needs.

them so much we ended up renting 2 buses. The first was a very nice black Executive Limo to take us to the church. Then we got on the 37 passenger Mercedes to get the party started and head to our reception at Glen Oaks! Both buses made us feel like we were riding first class, because we were! Highly recommended!!

hey did everything possible for me to walk away as a happy client. I will continue using Luxxor in the future and can't say enough how amazing their buses are! ** We rented several shuttles for our wedding as the venue was about 20 minutes outside of town and from the hotels. We were assured that at any time in the night there would be someone available from the company on call and would answer the phones. Come my wedding day, and we get a call from one of the wedding guests that the shuttle had gone to the wrong hotel. Not from the driver, or the company (neither of which were answering any numbers we were given to call). This caused guests having to sit and wait for everything to start and delayed our ceremony and reception over a half hour. We had to cut out parts of our wedding due to the delay when the bus finally arrived with guests. While the buses are absolutely beautiful, they can not make up for the horrible customer service. If you are utilizing the service for your wedding day where customer service is critical, I would highly recommend finding a company with better communication.

than an hour and half so figured we were still okay, but the driver got lost picking up groom, took 45 minutes to complete a 25 minute drive, they were so late getting there, we could barely do any pictures before guests arrived and then they charged us for an additional hour at $200!! never again

cedes bus and it was perfect!! We were a little nervous because we couldn't find many reviews on the company as it's relatively new but it worked out perfect! Nick was our driver and was excellent! Our photographer said he was one of the best drivers she had ever worked with!
