We were so happy going with Paula and Dan for our September wedding. She made it very comfortable for two awkward people getting married. She was adored by the guests and the wedding party. Her photos came out beautifully! I'd recommend Luz photography to any of my friends or family.

Paula was great to work with and was a savior for our wedding! We had an issue with our prior photographer and I reached out to her a couple months before our wedding. She moved things around with her personal life to have her and her husband photograph our wedding, which I was very grateful for. During our wedding, she was professional the entire time and was on point with our timeline. She kept a timer on her which allowed us to keep on track with our first look, ceremony, and reception photos. She had great poses lined up for us and made me and our party feel comfortable the whole time. I highly recommend using Paula as a photographer for your next big event! We already reached out to her to capture newborn photos for when our baby comes this year.

Paula and her husband Dan shot our 10/13/2023 wedding and they were Incredible. They were both very easy to work with and Paula took her time to listen to our wants. We discussed what "vibe" we were looking for and any must have photos we wanted for both our engagement session and on our wedding day. My husband isn't a big "smile" guy, Paula made him laugh to catch those genuine smiles. She also has this incomparable way to catching the moment. Some of my most favorite photos are the magic moment she caught. Posed pictures are always a must for wedding and sometime those can feel super awkward. Paula did not make us feel like that at all! My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Paula and Dan for our 2023 wedding! From the moment we contacted Paula we knew she was the perfect photographer for us! Paula and Dan made us feel comfortable right from the start, when we met them for our engagement shoot! They were very professional knowledgeable about weddings and hilarious! Paula prices are very reasonable and fair! The packages that she offers are very worthwhile! Paula was easy to get a hold of my phone whenever we had any questions! The day of our wedding, Paula was nothing but supportive and helpful-friends and family raved about how awesome Paula and Dan were! Paula is the whole package! She was very helpful as far as coordinating the ceremony, helping us advocate to other vendors, and very accommodating! I cannot recommend Paula enough. She truly made our wedding so much more special!!

Paula & Dan shot our wedding in June 2023 and we could not have been happier with our choice. Both Paula & Dan are incredibly professional, kind, and easy to work with. I continue to receive compliments on how our photos turned out and how they made everyone from our family, friends, and bridal party feel comfortable and confident taking photos. I will also say for the quality of photos and the expertise you are getting from Paula, her prices are very reasonable in comparison to other wedding photographers. All in all, if you are looking for a professional wedding photographer who is on top of her game and will provide amazing shots, Paula is your girl!

There aren't enough words to say how happy I am with the talented Paula and her husband. They truly are a dynamic duo. The pictures are beautiful!! The last thing I wanted to do on my wedding day was think and direct, that's what the planning is for, I wanted to enjoy every moment - with Paula as your shooter you will be able to do just that - it was not her first rodeo! She is fun and makes you feel great the entire time! The pictures speak for themselves: beautiful, classy, and artistic PLUS they're all yours! She has the best packages, with the most to offer. I would not recommend anyone else. She'll be my go-to photographer for every milestone from here on out.

I am still blown away with how amazing Paula and Dan are, and how perfect and beautiful my photos along with our wedding album came out. Price was extremely reasonable for everything you get! Paula does not waste one second of capturing your special day! She also assisted in our wedding rehearsal, which was not an easy task, seeing how our wedding party was a very rowdy crowd. But nonetheless, she got all of us the same page and captured the most amazing pictures. She also gets the most beautiful, real and raw candids. I have been with my now husband for 9 years and never saw him cry, and thanks to Paula I have documented proof to remember forever!!! Thank you Paula and Dan for everything from the bottom of my heart!!!!!!

Paula and her husband Dan were the best wedding photographers we could have hoped for! They are super fun, make everyone comfortable in front of the camera, and went above and beyond what we paid for for our wedding! The pictures came out beautifully and in only a few weeks! I definitely recommend Paula and plan on using her for future shoots (her newborn portraits are absolutely adorable).

We are so happy that Paula was our wedding photographer! We initially chose her because we were impressed by her online portfolio. She has a great eye for composition, and we liked her use of color and silhouette. We sincerely appreciate the amount of time that Paula and Dan spent with us before the wedding discussing our preferences and what to expect. Paula is absolutely amazing! From start to finish, she was able to make everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera, find everyone's best angles, and truly felt like a friend. We met Paula in late 2019 at a wedding expo in Bolton, CT and immediately fell in love with her work. We were planning a long engagement and booked her not long after we met her for our June 2022 wedding. Taking our engagement pictures was one of our favorite days during our engagement. We are a couple who doesn’t really know how to take a great picture together but Paula hyped us up and knew exactly how to pose us. She was so much fun to work with. We loved how our engagement pictures turned out! We spent about two and a half years following her work on social media and between seeing the photos that she posted and our own engagement pictures, we knew that we had hired one of the best photographers out there. We were not prepared to be truly blown away with how amazing our own wedding photos came out. We can’t stop looking at them and we have so many favorites that we really don’t know how we are going to choose which ones to display in our home. While we were wedding planning, one thing that we heard over and over again was that you really want to love the vendors that you hire. After our engagement session, there was no doubt that we had made the right choice. Leading up to our wedding, Paula answered any questions we had, helped us with our timeline, and recommended our incredible videographer. On our wedding day, we spent the same amount of time, if not more time with Paula and Dan (her second shooter) than we did with our bridal party. They were such a big part of our day and felt like an extension to our bridal party with how funny and personable they are. Our pictures are of us but our memories include them. We could not have asked for a better photographer team. So many people at our wedding commented at how much they liked our photographer and we will always recommend them!

Paula and her husband were absolutely amazing to work with! From the moment she walked in the door she was so easy to talk to, understanding and had the most wonderful energy! She got right down on the floor and started taking pictures of my rings and decor without me even having to lift a finger. She made my day stress free with her calm demeanor and helpful advice. There are few people who pour as much heart and soul into their work, as Dan and Paula do. My wife and I worked with Luz Photography for both our engagement and wedding shoots. The pictures are absolutely stunning and really capture the characters of everyone there. They really take their time to research and plan, and then take even more time capturing the perfect shots and angles. I hate getting my picture taken, and so does my wife, but we had FUN thanks to Paula and Dan (and we look good too 😉). The best thing for me is how happy my wife gets looking back at the pictures. Worth every penny and then more.

Paula and Dan are amazing! They did both our engagement shoot and our wedding and I could not be happier with how things turned out. From the very beginning, Paula and Dan have been extremely helpful and accommodating. They helped us pick out the best package for us and helped us customize it to fit our wants and needs. They were very thorough, asking us about the vision we had for our wedding and through our conversations, Paula and Dan were able to capture who my husband and I were in every picture they took. Before the wedding, Paula helped me plan the day and scheduled where she and Dan would be at what time, both of them traveling to multiple locations to take pictures of me, the bridesmaids, and the groom and groomsmen. It was so relieving to know how the day was going to go and knowing that we would get all the pictures we desired. On the day of the wedding, Paula and Dan were wonderful. Even though the weather was less than desirable (we had quite a few rain showers throughout the day), they were able to make everything work and come out beautiful. They were able to take all the pictures very quickly without it feeling rushed at all AND we were able to enjoy the day with our family and friends. They were also very diligent and accommodating when it came to taking the obscene amount of formal wedding pictures I asked for. They never questioned anything we asked for. They made sure that they could do everything in their power to do everything we wanted. My favorite parts about having them as photographers were 1. how comfortable they made us feel all day. Even though we are extremely shy around a camera, both my husband and I were not nervous or anxious about taking the pictures or how they would turn out 2. how smoothly the day went while they captured every moment. We did not feel like we had cameras in our face at any point and we got to truly enjoy our day without feeling pushed around or forced to do something before we were ready. We had more than enough time to interact with all of our guests while still having pictures taken. Overall, I am elated to have had Paula and Dan from Luz Photography be our wedding photographers. They made our day feel even more special and magical AND the pictures came out extremely wonderful. I would HIGHLY recommend Luz Photography for everyone, especially anyone who may not feel super comfortable in front of a camera.
