We hired Dani as our day of coordinator and she exceeded every expectation! She was so organized, thoughtful, and handled every detail before we even had to ask. She managed all of our vendors, set up our decor perfectly, and even steamed all of the bridesmaid dresses so we could be present and in the moment. Everything went off without a hitch because of her and her team. She really helped make our wedding day the best day of our lives!

I want to start this review by saying I have incredibly high standards and can be very type A, in the weeds, and it's often hard for me to let go and trust others. I even said this to Dani upon our first meeting for a conversation surrounding planning vs. day-of-coordination for our wedding. We ultimately decided to go through with full-service planning with Dani, and of all of the decisions we made throughout the wedding planning process, she was single-handedly the best investment and most integral choice. Dani is confident, assertive when needed, trustworthy, honest, and fiercely defensive of her couples. She is attentive to complex timelines and needs, proactive in her responses and communications, and truly has a talent for event planning. And that's just up and through planning! On our wedding day, my (now) husband and I didn't have to answer a single question, navigate tricky conversations, or attend to mundane tasks. We were given the gift of letting ourselves be present and focus on the opportunity to soak in the entire day. Dani steamed dresses, assisted family members who needed support, and kept us on timeline. There is SO much that goes into a wedding that you don't think about until you're there - and we can confidently say there's so much more we'll never know because it was handled so swiftly by Dani & her team. Our families and friends commented on how smooth everything was as well. I highly recommend Lykke Events. Even if you think you're a type A bride who can DIY to the ends of the earth and figure it out on her own, you deserve the gift of having a stress free process and support system through Lykke on your wedding day.

From a young age, Dani was captivated by the magic of weddings, inspired by her parents' wedding videos. The joy and elegance of their special day left a lasting impression, and she knew early on that she wanted to transform that enchantment into her career. Dani's passion for event planning was further ignited by her experiences working alongside two of Vogue’s top event planners and for the Boston Red Sox, where I fell in love with the idea of whisking people away from reality with a captivating event. Beyond event planning, she is deeply passionate about family, friends, and making a meaningful impact. Whether it's making loved ones feel extra special or giving back to local charities, these pursuits fuel my drive. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of contributing to various organizations, and she is continually inspired by those who break down barriers and defy the odds. In the weeks leading up to the wedding, Dani coordinated with our vendors and venue, created our timeline and floor plan, and made sure every detail was accounted for. On the wedding day, she was an absolute godsend — setting up our decor, coordinating every vendor, keeping everyone on schedule, repurposing our ceremony flowers for the reception, steaming dresses, and even finding earplugs for my aunt when the music was too loud. You don’t realize how many things need to be handled until the day is actually happening, and somehow Dani was always one step ahead. She anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask, all while being incredibly calm, organized, kind, and genuinely happy to help. I truly don’t know how we would have gotten through our wedding day without her. We cannot recommend Dani highly enough and will forever be grateful she was part of our wedding.

From identifying the right Photo Booth company that fit our aesthetic to painstakingly folding napkins into little bows for every guest, Dani was happy to support us in everything that mattered to us. She asked multiple level questions: how did you meet, propose, favorite thing about each other, what do you like to do together, favorite foods. She asked our vision of the wedding (ethereal, whimsical). We talked about having our dream wedding in the mountains-Dani said "we'll bring the feelings of the mountains to you". She also connected with us on Instagram, and she scoped out our personalities a little more that way. She consistently kept me in the loop, about wish granters, like hair & makeup, cake, Officiant, and photographer & videographer, etc. THE WEDDING: The full execution was flawless: Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, Photo Shoot, Hall Entrance, Dining & Dancing, Limo Exit (and more). Dani was there continuously and demonstrated a light touch moving the event forward [timing and facility staff], while maintaining a firm hand on the flow and vibe of the Night.
